Human A3 adenosine receptor (hA3AR) is a membrane‐bound G protein‐coupled receptor implicated in a number of severe pathological conditions, including cancer, in which it acts as a potential therapeutic target. To derive structure–activity relationships on pyrazolo–triazolo–pyrimidine (PTP)‐based A3AR antagonists, we developed a new class of organometallic inhibitors through replacement of the triazolo moiety with an organoruthenium fragment. The objective was to introduce by design structural diversity into the PTP scaffold in order to tune their binding efficacy toward the target receptor. These novel organoruthenium antagonists displayed good aquatic stability and moderate binding affinity toward the hA3 receptor in the low micromolar range. The assembly of these complexes through a template‐driven approach with selective ligand replacement at the metal center to control their steric and receptor‐binding properties is discussed.  相似文献

A highly efficient one pot, multicomponent synthesis of 4H-benzo[g]chromene and pyrano[2,3-g]chromene derivatives are reported by electrochemically stimulated condensation of an aromatic aldehyde, malononitrile and some enolizable acidic compounds in ethanol at room temperature under constant current density. By utilizing common electrode materials and a simple constant current protocol, this method is a new alternative to conventional methods.  相似文献

Sulfanyl‐glycosides have been synthesized by reaction of 2,3‐dimercaptoquinoxaline ( 1 ) with acetohalo sugars in presence of base to give the thioglycosides‐derived quinoxalines 5 , 6 , 7 and 9 . Similarly, the acyclic analogs 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 were prepared by coupling of 1 with different acyclo‐alkylating agents. The preparation of 3‐morpholinyl‐quinoxalines 10 and 11 allowed the synthesis of 3‐glycosylsulfanyl‐2‐morpholinyl‐quinoxalines 12 , 13 , 14 and 17 as well as the acyclic analogs 27 , 28 , 29 . Microwave irradiation of the reactants turned out to be preferred over the conventional method for achieving the synthetic goals. An ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA) precursor-based chemical method is reported for preparing single-phase nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) nanopowder. The synthesized powder was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, particle size analysis and scanning electron microscopy. DC electrical resistivity and magnetic property of the synthesized NiFe2O4 were measured by using a two-probe method and a vibrating sample magnetometer respectively. The DC resistivity behaviour of the NiFe2O4 nanopowder was correlated with the change of microstructure, during sintering. This EDTA precursor-based method is capable of producing nanostructured single-phase NiFe2O4 powder at a comparatively low calcination temperature and offers the potential of a simple and cost-effective route, including the preparation of other ferrite nanoparticles.  相似文献

Pure and cerium doped Dy2O3 nanoparticles were prepared by wet chemical synthesis route. The particles were subjected to thermal, structural, morphological and optical property studies. The calcination temperature was chosen based on the decomposition of the samples revealed by TG studies. EDS and FTIR results confirmed the presence of cerium in the Dy2O3 system. The particle size calculated from Williamson-Hall plot was consistent with TEM results. The effect of cerium as a dopant on the UV–vis absorption and photoluminescence intensity has been studied. XRD and PL analyses demonstrate that the cerium ions uniformly substitute dysprosium sites in Dy2O3 lattice and hence influence the optical properties.  相似文献
