Catalytic addition of chiral phosphine, that is, (R)‐ or (S)‐SITCP, to an α‐substituted allene ester generated a zwitterionic dipole. Under optimized reaction conditions, this dipole could engage isatine‐derived N‐Boc‐ketimines in a novel mode of [3+2] annulation reaction. Pyrrolinyl spirooxindoles are thus afforded in high yields and with excellent enantioselectivities. The unprecedented annulation reaction successfully facilitated the construction of sp3‐rich and highly substituted 3,2′‐pyrrolidinyl spirooxindoles supporting many chiral centers. 相似文献

Sulfonated polyaryletherketones (SPAEK) bearing four sulfonic acid groups on the phenyl side groups were synthesized. The benzophenone moiety of polymer backbone was further reduced to benzydrol group with sodium borohydride. The membranes were crosslinked by acid-catalyzed Friedel-Crafts reaction without sacrifice of sulfonic acid groups and ion exchange capacity (IEC) values. Crosslinked membranes with the same IEC value but different water uptake could be prepared. The optimal crosslinking condition was investigated to achieve lower water uptake, better chemical stability (Fenton's test), and higher proton conductivity. In addition, the hydrophilic ionic channels from originally course and disordered could be modified to be narrow and continuous by this crosslinking method. The crosslinked membranes, CS4PH-40-PEKOH (IEC = 2.4 meq./g), reduced water uptake from 200 to 88% and the weight loss was reduced from 11 to 5% during the Fenton test compared to uncrosslinked one (S4PH-40-PEK). The membrane showed comparable proton conductivity (0.01–0.19 S/cm) to Nafion 212 at 80°C from low to high relative humidity (RH). Single H2/O2 fuel cell based on the crosslinked SPAEK with catalyst loading of 0.25 mg/cm2 (Pd/C) exhibited a peak power density of 220.3 mW/cm2, which was close to that of Nafion 212 (214.0 mW/cm2) at 80°C under 53% RH. Summary An intense fluorescence,5D7F, of the europium(III) ion was observed at room temperature in DMSO and DMF solutions of the europium(III) chelate with salicylidene-valinate Schiff base, as a result of an intramolecular energy-transfer from the ligand to the metal ion. The metal chelate has been characterized and appears to possess an octahedral configuration. These results offer an interesting opportunity to probe the active sites of pyridoxal enzymes. 相似文献

Ethyl 4,6-dimethyl-3-(pyrrol-1-yl) selenolo[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylate (2) was synthesized by the reaction of previously prepared ethyl 3-amino-4,6-dimethyl selenolo[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylate (1) with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran in acetic acid. The pyrrolyl ester (2) was converted into the corresponding carbohydrazide 3 which reacted with acetyl acetone, aromatic aldehydes, carbon disulfide in pyridine, and sodium nitrite to afford the corresponding dimethyl pyrazolyl 4, arylidene carbohydrazides 5a–d, oxadiazolyl thiole 6, and caboazide compound 8, respectively. The carboazide 8 reacted with different alcohols and amines to give the corresponding carbamates 9a–c and the aryl urea derivatives 10a–d. Heating of carboazide 8 in dry xylene afforded the pyridoselenolo-pyrrolopyrazinone 11. The latter compound was used as a versatile starting precursor for synthesis of other pyridoselenolo-pyrrolopyrazine compounds. The newly synthesized compounds and their derivatives were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopy (IR, 1H-NMR, and mass spectra). Some of the newly synthesized pyrrolyl selenolopyridine compounds showed remarkable antioxidant activity compared to ascorbic acid. 相似文献

The isotropic Raman band shape corresponding to C=O stretching vibration of some molecules has been studied in neat liquids and as a function of solvent concentration using both polar and non-polar solvents. The Raman band shape was analyzed on the basis of correlation with the Lorentzian line shape by employinga simple method of linear curve fitting. In neat liquids and in low solvent concentration region, the band shape was found to be non-Lorentzian. With the gradual increase in solvent concentration the band shape approaches a Lorentzian function. The plot of the correlation coefficient for a Lorentzian shape shows a discontinuity in the intermediate range of solvent concentration. The influence of the structural characteristics of the solute and the solvent systems on the reference mode and various multipolar interactions together with the time varying spatial distribution of solvent molecules with respect to the reference molecule are expected to govern the microenvironmental fluctuations. This may be responsible for the discontinuity in the intermediate solvent concentration region. 相似文献

A sol–gel process for producing monolithic silica–phosphate (SiO2–P2O5) system different concentrations of P2O5, starting with tetra-ethoxysilane TEOS, and triethyl-phosphate as sources of SiO2 and P2O5 was performed. The gels were heat-treated at temperatures ranging from 100 up to 900 °C. The structural and chemical analyses
of the samples were determined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). It was
found from the XRD that the existence of phosphorus enhances the crystallization of silica gel, while the FTIR indicated the
main functional groups of silica–phosphate. It is important to study the effect of hydroxyl in silica–phosphate glass. The
results obtained are promising to use the prepared samples in a variety of applications, ranging from traditional application
such as lighting products) to the modern application (such as optical fibers. Optical studies were measured by using the spectrophotometer
in wavelength range 0.2–2.5 μm. The refractive index (n) was calculated for the prepared samples, it was found to be strongly affected by structural rearrangement resulting from
the elimination of the solvent and the Si–OH, Si–O–Si and Si–O–OH bonding by phosphate and aluminum and it increases by increasing
