研究了水溶性钯-膦配合物PdCl2(TPPTS)2催化1-己烯加氢反应,考察了两相催化体系中添加表面活性剂CTAB,膦配体TPPTS,以及溶液pH值等对反应的影响,证明了1-己烯加氢反应中有一诱导期.反应中涉及两种催化活性物种.一种是由PdCl2(TPPTS)2还原生成的低氧化态催化物种,它在一定的CTAB浓度下,可以保持相当的稳定性.另一种是被TPPTS或H2还原形成的钯黑.根据PdCl2和TPPTS反应过程的31PNMR研究,对PdCl2(TPPTS)2分子中Pd被还原和TPPTS被氧化提出了解释  相似文献

At low pH conditions and in the presence of anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants, hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble emulsions (HASE) exhibit pronounced interaction that results in the solubilization of the latex. The interaction between HASE latex and surfactant was studied using various techniques, such as light transmittance, isothermal titration calorimetry, laser light scattering, and electrophoresis. For anionic surfactant, noncooperative hydrophobic binding dominates the interaction at concentrations lower than the critical aggregation concentration (CAC) (C < CAC). However, cooperative hydrophobic binding controls the formation of mixed micelles at high surfactant concentrations (C > or = CAC), where the cloudy solution becomes clear. For cross-linked HASE latex, anionic surfactant binds only noncooperatively to the latex and causes it to swell. For cationic surfactant, electrostatic interaction occurs at very low surfactant concentrations, resulting in phase separation. With further increase in surfactant concentration, noncooperative hydrophobic and cooperative hydrophobic interactions dominate the binding at low and high surfactant concentrations, respectively. For anionic and cationic surfactant systems, the CAC is lower than the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of surfactants in water. In addition, counterion condensation plays an important role during the binding interaction between HASE latex and ionic surfactants. In the case of nonionic surfactants, free surfactant micelles are formed in solution due to their relatively low CMC values, and HASE latexes are directly solubilized into the micellar core of nonionic surfactants.  相似文献

A rapid HPLC assay was developed for monitoring the activity of the two proprotein convertases, PACE-4 and furin. Six novel peptide substrates were synthesized containing the minimal PC recognition sequence (Arg-X-X-Arg), as well as tryptophan residue(s) for easy detection. Four of the peptides were cleaved by both PCs and their kinetic parameters determined. Two peptides were not cleaved but were shown to be good negative controls although not inhibitors of either PC. In addition, inhibition curves were plotted and IC(50) values calculated for PACE-4 and furin in the presence of two polyarginine peptides, hexa and deca-D-arginine.  相似文献

Dome-shaped gold nanoparticles (with an average diameter of 10.5 nm) are grown on H-terminated Si(100) substrates by simple techniques involving electro- and electroless deposition from a 0.05 mM AuCl3 and 0.1 M NaClO4 solution. XPS depth profiling data (involving Au 4f core-level and valence band spectra) reveal for the first time the formation of gold silicide at the interface between the Au nanoparticles and Si substrate. UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra indicate that both samples have surface plasmon resonance maxima at 558 nm, characteristic of an uniform distribution of Au nanoscale particles of sufficiently small size. Glancing-incidence XRD patterns clearly show that the deposited Au nanoparticles belong to the fcc phase, with the relative intensity of the (220) plane for Au nanoparticles obtained by electroless deposition found to be notably larger than that by electrodeposition.  相似文献

A first demonstration of conjugated polyhydroxylated fullerene (C60(OH)30) on the surface of cellulose nanocrystals (CNC)s is reported. These nanohybrids display favourable antioxidant performance and are an attractive alternative to derivatized fullerene nanocages reported previously. UV–Vis measurements indicated that the C60(OH)30-CNC system scavenged 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radicals to a greater degree than C60(OH)30 alone, due to the nucleation of C60(OH)30 on the surface of CNC and high colloidal stability of the engineered nanohybrid. A mechanism for the 2-stage process of the radical reaction with C60(OH)30-CNC is proposed, and modelled by pseudo-first order kinetics. Successful grafting of C60(OH)30 on CNC was confirmed by FTIR, while TEM revealed the morphology of the system with a grafting degree of 20.8 % C60(OH)30. Zeta potential measurements of C60(OH)30-CNC in aqueous solution showed a high stability in the pH range 4.0-8.0, indicating functionality of the CNC based antioxidant system as a biocompatible and sustainable protocol with potential for use in personal care applications.  相似文献

We report the solvothermal synthesis and characterization of a series of layered lead phenylphosphonates. The crystals were suitable for single crystal X-ray diffraction data, and the two new structures we denote BING-6 [SUNY at Binghamton, Structure No. 6, Pb(PO(3)C(6)H(5)).0.25C(5)H(5)N, triclinic space group Ponemacr;, Z = 2, a = 7.0770(4) A, b = 9.3113(6) A, c = 14.6785(9) A, alpha = 80.456(1) degrees, beta = 78.023(1) degrees, gamma = 73.265(1)(o)] and BING-9 [Pb(PO(3)HC(6)H(5))(PO(3)HC(6)H(4)CH(3)), monoclinic space group C2/c, Z = 4, a = 32.663(8) A, b = 5.6220(13) A, c = 8.3307(19) A, beta = 101.419(4)(o)]. The third structure, a polytype of BING-9, was previously known only from powder X-ray diffraction methods and is denoted 3 [Pb(PO(3)HC(6)H(5))(2), monoclinic space group C2/c, Z = 4, a = 31.681(6) A, b = 5.5639(11) A, c = 8.2515(16) A, beta = 101.814(4)(o)]. All three structures possess Pb(II) and P centers connected by doubly and triply bridging oxygens. The phenyl groups cap and separate the charge-neutral layers. The phosphonates of BING-6 are nonprotonated, and the structure therefore has a Pb/P ratio of 1:1. Neutral, partially disordered pyridine solvent molecules also reside in the interlamellar space, increasing the layer to layer distance. BING-9 and 3 are polytypes and contain singly protonated phosphonates, for a Pb/P ratio of 1:2. Further characterization methods are discussed, including powder X-ray diffraction, in-situ variable temperature powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. Related work in the Ge, Sn, and Mn systems is also discussed. These low-dimensional materials may be useful intercalation compounds for ion-exchange or sensor applications.  相似文献

The aqueous solution of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) in the presence of different concentrations of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was examined by laser light scattering and isothermal titration calorimetric techniques. A small fraction of PEO aggregates were found to coexist with unimeric PEO chains in dilute solution. The presence of monovalent salt does not alter the hydrodynamic properties of PEO in aqueous solution. Addition of a monovalent anionic surfactant, such as SDS, induces cooperative binding of surfactant monomers to PEO backbones at SDS concentrations ranging from 4.0 mM (critical aggregation concentration) to 16.5 mM (saturation concentration). The hydrodynamic radius of PEO unimers decreases initially and then increases with SDS concentration, resulting from the structural reorganization of the PEO/SDS complex. Beyond the saturation concentration, the hydrodynamic radii of PEO/SDS complex are independent of SDS concentration.  相似文献

TiO2/organically modified silane (ORMOSIL) composite materials produced by the sol-gel method were studied for optical waveguide applications. High optical quality waveguiding films on different substrates, including silicon, gallium arsenide, silica/silicon substrates, and microscope glass slides, were prepared from high titanium content (0.2 molar) ÿ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane at low temperature. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) have been used to investigate the optical and structural properties of the composite films. The TGA/DTA results showed that the organic compounds in the film would tend to decompose in the temperature range from 200°C to 500°C. SEM and AFM results showed that a dense and porous-free composite material film could be obtained at the heat treatment temperature of 100°C. It was also shown that ORMOSIL is integrated in the glass, providing low shrinkage and high cracking resistance. The propagation loss properties of the composite films were also investigated. About 1.1 dB/cm propagation loss of the planar waveguide film was obtained at the wavelength of 633 nm.  相似文献

This paper presents the design and implementation of an adaptive-repetitive visual-servo control system for a moving high-flying vehicle (HFV) with an uncalibrated camera to monitor, track, and precisely control the movements of a low-flying vehicle (LFV) or mobile ground robot. Applications of this control strategy include the use of high-flying unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with computer vision for monitoring, controlling, and coordinating the movements of lower altitude agents in areas, for example, where GPS signals may be unreliable or nonexistent. When deployed, a remote operator of the HFV defines the desired trajectory for the LFV in the HFV’s camera frame. Due to the circular motion of the HFV, the resulting motion trajectory of the LFV in the image frame can be periodic in time, thus an adaptive-repetitive control system is exploited for regulation and/or trajectory tracking. The adaptive control law is able to handle uncertainties in the camera’s intrinsic and extrinsic parameters. The design and stability analysis of the closed-loop control system is presented, where Lyapunov stability is shown. Simulation and experimental results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method for controlling the movement of a low-flying quadcopter, demonstrating the capabilities of the visual-servo control system for localization (i.e.,, motion capturing) and trajectory tracking control. In fact, results show that the LFV can be commanded to hover in place as well as track a user-defined flower-shaped closed trajectory, while the HFV and camera system circulates above with constant angular velocity. On average, the proposed adaptive-repetitive visual-servo control system reduces the average RMS tracking error by over 77% in the image plane and over 71% in the world frame compared to using just the adaptive visual-servo control law.  相似文献
