β-phase polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)–BaTiO3 nanocomposite samples have been prepared by solution mixing method. XRD data represent that the crystallinity of PVDF decreases with increase in loading level of BaTiO3 nanoparticles. DSC curve represents that the melting point of PVDF is lightly affected by loading concentration of BaTiO3. The morphology and microstructure of PVDF and PVDF embedded by BaTiO3 nanofillers were investigated by using inverted contrast microscopy (ICM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). FTIR interferrometry is proven that PVDF and BaTiO3 are not chemically interacting; therefore, interaction of BaTiO3 is van der Waals type of interaction. The thermally stimulated discharge current (TSDC) of PVDF and PVDF–BaTiO3 nanocomposites sample was characterized by single peak. The observed TSDC peak is discussed on the basis of dipolar and interfacial polarization.  相似文献

Myoglobin is a primary iron, and oxygen-binding protein of muscle tissues and levels can be an important diagnostic biomarker for acute myocardial infarction, myocardial necrosis, or other cardiac diseases. The establishment of myoglobin recognition systems is important because of its protein’s structural and functional values in physiology, biochemistry, and diagnostic value in some damaged muscle tissue and cardiac diseases. For this purpose, we used molecular imprinting technique for myoglobin recognition from aqueous solutions and human plasma. In the first step, myoglobin-imprinted poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) cryogels (MGb-MIP) were prepared, and optimum myoglobin adsorption conditions were determined. Selectivity experiments have been done with the competitive proteins, and myoglobin adsorption from IgG and albumin-free human plasma was studied. The purity of the desorbed samples was determined with SDS-PAGE. The desorption efficiency and reusability of the MGb-MIP cryogels were tested, and it was shown that without any significant loss in the adsorption capacity, MGb-MIP cryogels can be used a number of times for myoglobin recognition and separation.  相似文献

Realizing spatiotemporal patterns out of a chemical reaction diffusion system remains an experimental challenge owing to the difficulty in overcoming the stringent condition of diffusion driven instability. Herein, by considering the spatially extended Gray-Scott model system, we have investigated how the cross diffusivities of the reactants involved influence the nature and dynamics of spatiotemporal patterns. Our study unravels that in absence of diffusion driven instability, spatially inhomogeneous patterns can be obtained for the Gray-Scott model system, and unstable time dependent patterns can be stabilized just by adjusting cross diffusivities of the reactants. Interestingly, the effect of cross diffusion in presence of the diffusion driven instability can differentially alter the speed of pattern formation, and potentially modify the nature of the spatiotemporal patterns obtained under different parametric conditions. Experimental verification of our findings may allow us to observe spatiotemporal patterns beyond the regime of classical Turing instability.  相似文献

An integral approach to phase measurement is presented. First, the use of a high-resolution technique for the pixelwise detection of phase steps is proposed. Next, the robustness of the algorithm that is developed is improved by incorporation of a denoising procedure during spectral estimation. The pixelwise knowledge of phase steps is then applied to the Vandermonde system of equations for retrieval of phase values at each pixel point. Conceptually, our proposal involves the design of an annihilating filter that has zeros at the frequencies associated with the polynomial that describes the fringe intensity. The parametric estimation of this annihilating filter yields the desired spectral information embedded in the signal, which in our case represents the phase steps. The proposed method offers the advantage of extracting the interference phase of nonsinusoidal waveforms in the presence of miscalibration error of the piezoelectric transducer. In addition, in contrast to previously reported methods, this method does not require the application of selective phase steps between data frames for nonsinusoidal waveforms.  相似文献

A maximum-likelihood (ML) method based on spectral estimation theory for the extraction of dual phase distributions in holographic moire in the presence of nonsinusoidal waveforms, noise, and the miscalibration of piezoelectric (PZT) devices is proposed. The extraction of these phases requires incorporating two PZTs into the moire setup. ML estimators are asymptotically efficient for sufficient data samples. The approach presented uses a direct stochastic algorithm called probabilistic global search Lausanne for minimizing the ML function.  相似文献

Digital speckle pattern interferometry (DSPI) is a well-known technique for measuring deformations, but it is limited in range by speckle decorrelation. We developed an adaptive interferometer with increased measurement range by combining the DSPI set-up with a pupil filter that generates optical superresolution. As a result, a decrease in the transverse speckle size is observed accompanied with a substantial increase in the longitudinal speckle size. The increase in the speckle correlation length along the optical axis allows for obtaining an out-of-plane deformation measurement over a significantly extended depth. An experimental verification of this concept of superspeckles is presented with an intensity-only LCD spatial light modulator (SLM) acting as a pupil filter. Comparison of speckle correlation fringes with and without the superresolution filter confirms the proposed concept. The present work demonstrates a doubling of the measurement range when using the superresolution interferometer. A standard set-up in which the speckle length is comparably elongated by stopping down the lens has a similar loss of intensity, but its lateral resolution is only half as good.  相似文献

Comparative holographic interferometry addresses a key problem of nondestructive evaluation: comparison of the resistance to strength in real time of two nominally identical specimens. After outlining the basis of comparative holography in flaw detection, the present paper reports on some new and complementary developments in comparative holographic interferometry. The proposed systems stand out by their ability to store the master displacement field in the interferometric setup. The integration of the storage capacity in the instrument considerably augments its potential in nondestructive routine inspection tasks. The visual display of the fringes contouring the difference in mechanical response is shown to improve considerably with the addition of auxiliary phase difference satisfying certain conditions. Methods for the generation of corresponding fringes are considered and their localization investigated in brief. Particular attention is devoted to the formation of the holographic moiré fringes. The influence of system misalignment on the moiré fringe interpretation is examined. A potential application of comparative holography to the quantitative evaluation of fatigue is described. Experimental evidence supporting the operational feasibility of the technique along with the results obtained in application to flaw detection are finally presented.  相似文献
