A new compound, pycnalin (1), together with four known compounds, ginnalins A (2), B (3), C (4), and 3,6-di-O-galloyl-1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol (3,6-di-GAG) (5), were isolated from Acer pycnanthum. The structure of 1 was determined on the basis of 2D-NMR spectral data and synthesis of 1. Pycnalin (1) is the first 1,5-anhydro-D-mannitol linked to a gallic acid, while compounds 2-5 were 1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol linked to gallic acids. All compounds were tested in vitro for α-glucosidase inhibitory and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities. Pycnalin (1) exhibited moderate α-glucosidase inhibitory activity as well as free radical scavenging activity. Ginnalin A (2) and 3,6-di-GAG (5), which have two galloyl groups, exhibited potent α-glucosidase inhibition, compared to those of other compounds 1, 3, and 4 containing a galloyl group. These results suggest that α-glucosidase inhibition is influenced by the number of galloyl groups.  相似文献

The Dawson-type polyanion [α-Mo(18)O(54)(SO(3))(2)](4-), with two SO(3)(2-) templates embedded inside a polyoxomolybdate(vi) cage, exhibits thermochromism over an exceptionally wide temperature range (~500 K). The temperature dependence of the cluster structure, established from X-ray crystallography, IR and Raman spectroscopy and DFT calculations, is related to a decreasing HOMO-LUMO gap in the near UV with increasing temperature. We postulate this is due to geometrical changes that affect both the occupied and unoccupied frontier molecular orbitals of this cluster anion.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the canonical extension of poset expansions. To obtain canonicity results on poset expansions, we study Ghilardi and Meloni’s canonicity methodology for Heyting algebras with unary modalities, raise the problem of extending the technique to poset expansions, and give a possible solution for the problem. Finally, we obtain a syntactic account of canonical inequalities on poset expansions consisting of constants, e^{\epsilon_{\bot}} -additive operations, eT{\epsilon^{\top}} -multiplicative operations, diamond, box, and strict adjoint pairs, and bounded poset expansions consisting of constants, e{\epsilon} -join preserving operations, e{\epsilon} -meet preserving operations, e{\epsilon} -additive operations, e{\epsilon} -multiplicative operations and adjoint pairs, which are more restricted than the case of lattice expansions, but can still account for Sahlqvist-like canonicity results.  相似文献

Cesium manganese hexacyanoferrates exhibit an interesting phenomenon of temperature-induced phase transition accompanied by a variation in the magnetic susceptibility. We observed the variation in the electronic state of Mn during the phase transition by using X-ray absorption spectroscopy. The results of the analyses showed that the content ratio of FeII-CN-MnIII and FeIII-CN-MnII systematically varied during the phase transition. However, the ratio of FeII-CN-MnII remained constant at almost all temperatures. These results suggest that the charge transfer between Fe and Mn ions in the FeIII-CN-MnII or the FeII-CN-MnIII bond produces the phase transition.  相似文献

Epoxy‐grafted silicone oligomer (ESO), which has a linear silicone chain in the backbone moiety, was synthesized from a trifunctional alkoxysilane via a sol–gel reaction. Characterization of ESO was performed with 1H and 29Si NMR, Fourier transform infrared, and gel permeation chromatography. The number‐average molecular weight of ESO was 3300. By adding the silicone oligomer as the inorganic source in the curing process of the epoxy resin, novel epoxy/silica hybrid materials were prepared. It was observed by transmission electron microscope that fine silica‐rich domains of about 5‐nm diameter were uniformly dispersed in the cured epoxy matrix. Thermomechanical properties of the hybrid materials were also investigated. The storage modulus in the rubbery region and the peak area of the tan δ curve at the glass‐transition region increased and decreased, respectively, with the hybridization of the silica network. The mobility of the epoxy network chains should be considerably suppressed by the hybridization with the silica network. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The possibility of kaon condensation in high-density symmetric nuclear matter is investigated including both s- and p-wave kaon–baryon interactions within the relativistic mean-field (RMF) theory. Above a certain density, we have a collective state carrying the same quantum numbers as the antikaon. The appearance of the state is caused by the time component of the axial-vector interaction between kaons and baryons. It is shown that the system becomes unstable with respect to condensation of K pairs. We consider how the effective baryon masses affect the kaon self-energy coming from the time component of the axial-vector interaction. Also, the role of the spatial component of the axial-vector interaction on the possible existence of the collective kaonic states is discussed in connection with Λ-mixing effects in the ground state of high-density matter. Implications of condensation for high-energy heavy-ion collisions are briefly mentioned.  相似文献

We have developed a new method for a fast and precise analysis of circle-to-circle amplification (C2CA) product for specific gene detection by microchip electrophoresis. In this method, we have added a new enzymatic step to the C2CA reaction, which could be carried out isothermally at 37 degrees C. Compared to the original single-stranded DNA, the double-stranded DNA that is produced by this enzymatic reaction is more reliable for analysis by microchip electrophoresis. C2CA product was detected within 55 s with high reproducibility by this method which was successfully applied to the detection of 10-ng genomic DNA of the pathogenic bacteria Vibrio. cholerae within 110 s. Purification was found to be an indispensable step for the analysis of the C2CA product of genomic DNA samples.  相似文献

A nonmagnetic compound, [NO2BzPy][Cu(mnt)2] (mnt2? = maleonitriledithiolate; NO2BzPy+ = 1-(4′-nitrobenzyl)pyridinium), is isostructural with [NO2BzPy][Ni(mnt)2], which is a quasi-1D spin system and exhibits a spin-Peierls-like transition with J = 192 K in the gapless state and spin energy gap = 738 K in the dimerization state, respectively. Further, five nonmagnetic impurity doped compounds [NO2BzPy][CuxNi1?x(mnt)2] (x = 0.04–0.74) were prepared, and their crystal structures as well as magnetic properties were investigated. The nonmagnetic doping causes the suppression of the spin transition with an average rate of 139(13) K/percentage of dopant concentration, and the transition collapse is estimated at around x > 0.5.  相似文献
