[Eu2(TCM)2(DMSO)6]·2DMSO双核笼状稀土配合物的合成与结构

报道一个H3TCM配体在较小尺寸的溶剂DMSO中与稀土离子Eu3+通过自组装形成的双核笼状结构, 从中可进一步看出溶剂分子的尺寸对该双核结构的影响.     

Characterization of A New Organic Photochromic Compound

A new organic photochromic compound, 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-fluoro)-benzal-5-pyrazolone ethanyl-thiosemicarbazone (PM4FBP-ETSC) was found to undergo photochromic reactions in the solid state. Upon irradiation with 365nm light the white powder sample turned light yellow. The photochromic properties were characterized by the time-dependent UV-vis reflective spectra. The structure of PM4FBP-ETSC was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.

Molecular structure and 1H, 13C NMR assignments of 1,3,5-tris(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene

The molecule 1,3,5-tris(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene (titmb) crystallizes as a monohydrate in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 20.888(4), b = 13.220(2), c = 14.385(2) Å, = 90.36(1)°. Two of three imidazole groups are on one side of the central benzene ring, and the other one is on the opposite side. The crystal packing of titmb is stabilized by O-H--N hydrogen bonding between the water molecule and nitrogen atoms of the imidazole group. The complete ¹H and ¹³C NMR assignments for titmb were carried out by 2D NMR spectral measurements.

三羟甲基氨基甲烷与苦味酸（Pic）镍在乙醇水混合液中反应，制得少见的半 对称分叉氢键连接的超分子化合物Ni[H_2NC (CH_2OH)_3]_2·(H_2O)_2·(Pic)_2 ，晶体属三斜晶系，空间群为P(1-bar)，晶胞参数为a = 0.6912(1) nm，b = 0. 8190(1) nm，c = 1.3595(2) nm，α = 79.59(1)°，β=83.69(1)°，γ = 83. 77°，V = 0.74925(18) nm~3， Z = 2，F(000) = 410。在配合物的结构单元中， Ni~(2+)位于对称中心，分别与两个四齿配体（三羟甲基氨基甲烷）中的两个－OH ，一个－NH_2，三齿配位，呈笼状螯合。而另一个－OH，因配体和中心离子构型的 限制，不参与配位。运用Gaussian 98量子化学程序包，对该配合物进行从头算研 究，探讨了此配合物的稳定性、原子净电荷分布，并对分子识别、分子间与分子内 交互作用进行了讨论，为该类配合物的合成、分子组装研究提供理论参考。     

[Mn(NH2NHCO2C2H5)3](NO3)2的晶体结构和热分解机理

[Mn(ECZ)₃](NO₃)₂ is newly prepared by the aqueous solutions of Mn(NO₃)₂ and ethyl carbazate (ECZ). The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray crystal diffraction analysis. It belongs to monoclinic with space group of P2₁/n. The crystal parameters are: a=1.3974(2) nm, b=0.8796(2) nm, c=3.4322(7) nm, β=91.25(1) °, V= 4.2175(1) nm³, Z=8. Its molecular weight is 491.30. Mn²⁺ is located on the center of the molecular structure. Ethyl carbazate serves as a bidentate ligand which coordinates to the metal cations with its carbonyl oxygen atom and the terminal hydrazine nitrogen atom, forming five-member chelating rings, and three such rings are formed in each molecule. The coordination number of the metal ion is six and the coordination configuration of the central ion is octahedral. Specially, antimer configuration phenomenon is found in the molecule. The complex is further characterized by element analysis and IR measurements. The thermal decomposition mechanism is studied by using TG-DTG and DSC techniques. CCDC: 215675.     

Studies on solid state reactions of coordination compounds LI.Solid state syntheses of a family of Ag-Mo(W)-S cubane-like cluster compounds:Crystal structures of{Ag_3MoS_3I}(PPh_3)_3S and{Ag_3WS_3Cl}(PPh_3)_3S·0.5P(S)Ph_3·3H_2O~+

Reactions of[NH_4]_2[MS_4](M=Mo,W),AgX(X=Cl,Br,I,CN,SCN)and PPh_3in the solid state produced six new mixed-metal sulfur containing cluster compounds,two ofwhich,{Ag_3MoS_3I}(PPh_3)_3S(1)and{Ag_3WS_3Cl}(PPh_3)_3S·0.5P(S)Ph_3·3H_2O(2),were determinedby single crystal X-ray analysis.The crystal data:1,triclinic,P,a=12.114(2),b=13.420(2),c=20.346(3),α=74.53(1),β=86.73(1),γ=63.74(1)°,Z=2,R=0.043 for 4805 independentdata;2,hexagonal,R3,a=b=16.201(3),c=45.091(10),Z=6,R=0.042 for 2729 independentdata.The central unit{Ag_3MS_3X}(M=Mo,W;X=Cl,I)of the two compounds can be des-cribed as a slightly distorted cube,four corners being formed by the MS_4~(2-) ligand(with a ter-minal S atom).The remaining corners are occupied by one X(Cl or I)atom and three Agatoms(with one PPh_3 ligand bound to each of the latter).The generation of different types ofAg-Mo(W)-S cluster compounds prepared from solid state reactions under different reactiontemperatues is discussed.     

双核配合物[Cu2(L-Asp)(phen)3(NO3)](NO3)·4H2O的合成及晶体结构

The new complex [Cu₂(L-Asp)(phen)₃(NO₃)](NO₃)·4H₂O (L-Asp=L-aspartic acid and phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic with space group P2₁/c, The cell parameters are: a=1.261 3(2) nm, b=1.500 8(4) nm, c=2.230 7(4) nm, β=99.55(1)°, and V=4.164 1(16) nm³，D_c=1.587 g·cm^-3. The complex contains two six-coordinated copper ions, and these two copper ions are connected together by L-aspartate to give rise to a binuclear structure. Hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions are observed in the complex. CCDC: 249250.     

[Pb2(TNR)2(CHZ)2(H2O)2]4H2O的结构及热分解机理

The coordination compound of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O was prepared by using the aqueous solution of carbohydrazide, lead nitrate and sodium styphnate. The molecular structure of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O(C 7H 13 N 7O 12 Pb, Mr=594.43) was determined by using a single crystal diffraction analysis .The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title compound was studied by TGDTG, DSC and IR techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P2 1/n.The unit cell parameters are as follows: a=0.64700(10)nm, b=1.6074(3)nm, c=1.4883(3)nm,β=97.42(2)°,V=1.5349(5)nm3, Z=2, DC=2.572g•cm -3 ,μ(Mo, Kα)=11.080cm -1 , F(000)=1128. R=0.0422, Rw=0.0735. The binuclear lead coordination compound is bridged by two carbohydrazide molecules. The molecule has a symmetrical center. TNR 2- ,CHZ and H 2O coordinate with the central ions simultaneously.     

3-硝基-1, 2, 4-三唑-5-酮钾配合物的制备、晶体结构和量子化学研究

通过3-硝基-1, 2, 4-三唑-5-酮(NTO)与氢氧化钾水溶液反应,制备了标题配合物, 并用TG, 元素分析, 红外光谱分析对它进行了表征。其结构用单晶分析法测定, 所得晶体学参数为a=0.6408(1),b=0.8218(1), c=1.2626(1)nm, β=100.63ⅲ(1), V=0.6535(1)nm^3,Z=4, Dc=1.892g.cm^-^3, μ=0.785mm^-^1, F(000)=376; 晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为P21/n, 最终偏离因子R为0.0246。用EHMO计算表明, 标题化合物主要是靠静电引力形成的配合物, 中心原子K与H2O的配位较K与NTO环的结合弱, 预示热解优先脱水。
