The title compound, 8-bromo-7-isopropoxyisoflavone (bromoipriflavone), C18H15O3Br, crystallizes in tetragonal crystal system, space group I41/a with cell constants a = 21.396(2) Å, c = 13.588(2) Å, V = 6220.2(14) Å3 and Z = 16. Bromoipriflavone is composed of a benzopyranone moiety, a phenyl moiety, an isopropoxy group and a bromine atom. The benzopyranone ring is not coplanar with the phenyl ring with a dihedral angle of 55.1. The molecules are stacked into a C(4) helices down [001] via – stacking and hydrogen bonds, the C(4) helices are assembled into three-dimensional network via strong BrsBr interactions and synthons R42(10) formed by two tri-centered C–HsO hydrogen bonds, resulting in a distinctive high-symmetry supramolecule. The title compound was also characterized by IR and 1H NMR. 相似文献

A 6,(17)-epoxylathyrol diterpenoid ((2S*3S*4R*5R*6S*9S*11S*15R*)-5,15-diacetoxy-3- phenylacetoxy-14-oxolathyra-6(17),(12E)-diene-6(17)-epoxide) was isolated from the seeds of Euhporbia lathyris L. Its configuration was puzzled because of the incomplete X-ray results reported before. In this work, the atom connectivity and configuration were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction together with ESI-MS, ^1H-, and ^13C-NMR spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 11.386(1), b = 8.2839(7), c = 17.192(2) A, β = 108.305(2)°, Z = 2, V = 1539.5(2)A^3, C32H40O8, Mr = 552.64, Dc = 1.192 g/m^3, /7(000) = 592,μ(MoKα) = 0.085 mm^-l, T = 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0398 and wR = 0.0950 for 2057 observed reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2α(Ⅰ). The molecule shows a tricyclic terpenoid skeleton, consisting of fused five-, eleven- and three-membered rings. The configuration at C(5) is R^* and that at C(6) S^*. 相似文献

合成了标题Schiff碱并获得了其单晶,化学式为C7H8N4OS,Mr= 196.23,经X射线单晶衍射分析,该晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数: a= 13.198(2),b= 8.070(1),c= 16.999(2),β= 102.760(10)°,V= 1765.8(4)3,Z= 8,Dc=1.476g/cm 3,μ= 0.330m m - 1,F(000)= 816,在2.46°< θ< 29.00°范围内以ω扫描方式收得独立衍射点2347 个,其中I> 2σ(I)的可观测点为1687 个。最终偏离因子R=0.0344,w R= 0.0843,(Δ/σ)m ax= 0.001,S= 1.082。分子为平面构型。与相应配合物的晶体结构进行了比较并讨论了配位前后标题化合物主要的键性质的变化。 相似文献

在苯并-1,3-噻唑-2-硫酮(Hbztzt,HL)和三苯膦(PPh~3)的乙腈溶液中,用牺牲铜阳极的电化学方法一步合成了Cu(Ⅰ)的相应配合物,电化学效率(E~f)、元素分析和IR光谱表明:产物为同时含有硫醇阴离子(L)和中性硫酮(HL)两种配体及三苯膦的多元混合配体配合物[Cu(L)(HL)(PPh~3)]。配合物在CS~2中重结晶得淡黄色晶体,X射线单晶衍射法测定其结构为[Cu(L)(HL)(PPh~3)~2]·CS~2。晶体属三斜晶系,空间群:P1.a=1.0159(2)nm,b=1.4200(2)nm,c=1.8072(3)nm,α=78.12(1)°,β=86.56(1)°,γ=67.65(1)°,Z=2,V=2.3929(6)nm^3,D~c=1.41g·cm^-^3,R=0.0348,R~w=0.0316。Cu原子以变形四面体与两个PPh~3的两个P原子、被氢键(N-H…N)平均化的硫醇阴离子(L)和中性硫酮分子(HL)上的两个环外S原子配位(两个Cu-S键的键长为0.2372nm和0.2410nm)。 相似文献
