Pb2＋在液/液界面迁移的电化学研究及其应用

用循环伏安法研究了双硫腙络合推动Pb^2＋在水/乙酰丙酮界面迁移的伏安过程. 实验证明, 该过程是受扩散控制的不可逆过程, Pb^2＋由水相转移到有机相中, 与双硫腙形成络合物Pb(DzH)₂. Pb^2＋的峰电位在－0.3 V处, 并且在5× 10^－6～0.1 mol•L^－1范围内与峰电流成正比. 这一方法为工业废水中铅的在线、现场测定提供了可靠、灵敏的检测方法.     

Cascade Rearrangement of 5-Cyclopentylidenecyclooctanones

Acid-catalyzed rearrangement of 5-cyclopentylidenecyclooctanone derivatives 9a-c was examined to obtain polyspiropolyquinanes 11a-c, considered to have a unique helical structure, through cascade rearrangement pathways consisting of continuous transannular cyclization followed by successive 1,2-alkyl shifts. The substrates were prepared easily by use of the Wittig or McMurry reaction. Reaction of the 5-cyclopentylidenecyclooctanone (9a) with acid gave the expected dispirotriquinane ketone 11a in high yield. The precise mechanism was elucidated by a deuterium-labeling experiment. In the case of the ketone 9b, having another spiroannulated cyclopentane ring attached on 9a, the trispirotetraquiane 11b was not obtained but the bis-propellane-type tetrahydrofuran 25 was produced exclusively. The 5-(5'-cyclopentylidenecyclooctylidene)cyclooctanone (9c) afforded the polycyclic compounds 27-31, depending on the acid used, instead of the desired tetraspiropentaquinane 11c. The structures of the products were determined by NMR spectral data including 2D (13)C INADEQUATE spectra and X-ray crystallographic analyses. The unexpected rearrangement pathways are also discussed.     

Euler operator and homogeneous hida distributions

Let (S)⊄L ²(S′(∔),μ)⊄(S)^* be the Gel'fand triple over the white noise space (S′(∔),μ). Let (e _n ,n>-0) be the ONB ofL ²(∔) consisting of the eigenfunctions of the s.a. operator . In this paper the Euler operator Δ _E is defined as the sum , where ∂ _i stands for the differential operatorD _{e i}. It is shown that Δ _E is the infinitesimal generator of the semigroup (T _t ), where (T _t ϕ)(x)=ϕ(e ^t x) for ϕ∈(S). Similarly to the finite dimensional case, the λ-order homogeneous test functionals are characterized by the Euler equation: Δ _Eϕ =λ_ϕ. Via this characterization the λ-order homogeneous Hida distributions are defined and their properties are worked out. Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.     

Observation of Δn=1 dielectronic recombination resonances of boronlike argon

We report here an observation ofn=1 dielectronic recombination resonances of boron-like argon in the energy region 140–195 eV. With the cooler's electron beam as a target, a resolution of approximately 0.6 eV FWHM was obtained in the observed energy range. The energies of the doubly excited states were estimated with a Hartree-Fock calculation, which indicates that the observed resonances are from Ar¹³⁺(1s²2s²2p) to Ar¹²⁺(1s²2s²3l3l) and Ar¹²⁺(1s²2s2p3l3l) transitions.     

HIGHLY SENSITIVE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY OF NIOBIUM

In pH2.0-3.0,niobium(V)forms molybdonlobic acid with sodiummolybdate.A spectrophotometric method has been developed for the deter-mination of niobium based on the formation of ion-associate compound ofmolybdoniobate with Butyl Rhodamine B in aqueous solution in the presenceof polyvinyl alcohol and 0.4-0.7 mol/L H_2SO_4.The maximum absorption ofion-associate compound exhioits at 85 nm and the molar absorptivity is7.5×1.0~5 L.mol~(-1).cm~(-1)for niobium.The new method has been applied tothe determination of microamounts niobium in silicate rock,when niobiumcontent is at the level of 8×10~(-3)%,with the relative standard deviationof about 3%.     

Determination of antibiotics such as macrolides,ionophores and tiamulin in liquid manure by HPLC–MS/MS

A method for the analysis of several macrolide and ionophore antibiotics as well as tiamulin in liquid manure was developed. Reversed-phase liquid chromatography and atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation (APCI) tandem mass spectrometry was used for detection.High-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) separation of the antibiotics was achieved in 35 min. The analytes were extracted with ethyl acetate and the extracts were cleaned up by solid-phase extraction on a diol SPE cartridge. Recovery experiments with spiked liquid manure concentrations varying from 6 to 2,000 microg kg(-1) gave constant recovery rates. The recovery rates for the macrolides erythromycin, roxithromycin and oleandomycin were 75-94%, that for the ionophore salinomycin was 119%, while that for the pleuromutilin tiamulin was 123%, when using a macrolide internal standard. The relative standard deviation was found to be 15-36% and the limits of detection were 0.4-11.0 micro g kg(-1).The maximum concentrations found in manure samples were 43 micro g kg(-1) for tiamulin and 11 micro g kg(-1) for salinomycin.     

C1/Ag(111)体系研究 Ⅳ.氯吸附对甲醇吸附氧化的影响

运用HREELS技术对甲醇在预吸附氯的Ag(111)表面上的吸附氧化行为进行了较细致的研究.结果证明Cl对甲醇氧化的影响缘于它在Ag(111)上的吸附所引起的表面结构的改变进而改变表面氧吸附物种,从而使得甲醇氧化的中间产物发生变化.实验结果说明甲醇在Ag(111)和低暴露量氯吸附的Ag(111)表面上的氧化行为是相似的,检测到了中间产物Ⅰ和Ⅲ;在高暴露量氯吸附的Ag(111)上甲醇氧化时则产生中间产物Ⅰ、Ⅳ和甲醛物种.对上述不同的甲醇氧化行为作了分析,并指出了以前人们在考察甲醇氧化机理时只考虑原子氧作用的片面性.

Total synthesis and cytotoxicity studies of a cyclic depsipeptide with proposed structure of palau'amide

[structure: see text] Total synthesis of a cyclic depsipeptide with proposed structure of palau'amide is achieved, which features a stereoselective elaboration of its 5,7-dihydroxy-2,6-dimethyldodec-2-en-11-ynoic acid unit. The synthetic compound has potent cytotoxicity against three tumor cell lines but different rotation and NMR data compared to those reported for palau'amide, which implies that its conformation is close to that of palau'amide but that some stereochemistry in palau'amide was misassigned.
