本文通过建立0-1规划模型,设计了一种公务员招聘中的最优录用分配方案,并运用L INGO软件求得了一个实际问题的最优解.     

A solar radio moving type IV burst of expanding arches type involving multi-sources

A complex solar radio moving type IV burst was observed on 23 September 1998 with the broadband (1.0–2.0 GHz and 2.6–3.8 GHz) spectrometers with high temporal and spectral resolutions at National Astronomical Observatories of China (NAOC). Comparing to the high spatial resolution data of Siberian Solar Radio Telescope (SSRT), we find that this burst is a rare type of moving type IV burst which is caused by the expanding arches, and the spatial structure oscillations of the radio sources are related with the time structure pulsations of the radio emission. Furthermore, the burst is associated with the multiple quasi-periodic long-term pulsations, and this suggests the existence of multi-scale magnetic structures in a large expanding coronal arch. We think the moving type IV burst is due to the synchrotron emission of the energetic electrons trapped in the expanding arch, and the multiple quasi-periodic pulsations are due to the second harmonic plasma emission.     

Uniform convergence of Galerkin‐multigrid methods for nonconforming finite elements for second‐order problems with less than full elliptic regularity

In this article we prove uniform convergence estimates for the recently developed Galerkin‐multigrid methods for nonconforming finite elements for second‐order problems with less than full elliptic regularity. These multigrid methods are defined in terms of the “Galerkin approach,” where quadratic forms over coarse grids are constructed using the quadratic form on the finest grid and iterated coarse‐to‐fine intergrid transfer operators. Previously, uniform estimates were obtained for problems with full elliptic regularity, whereas these estimates are derived with less than full elliptic regularity here. Applications to the nonconforming P₁, rotated Q₁, and Wilson finite elements are analyzed. The result applies to the mixed method based on finite elements that are equivalent to these nonconforming elements. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 荧光光谱法研究蛋白质构象的电磁-温度协同效应

长期以来电磁生物效应受到人们普遍关注，近年来从各个角度进行了相关研究。电磁－温度协同效应是当前的热点。本研究通过电磁场及温度协同对蛋白质影响的研究，发现蛋白质在电磁场作用下的不可逆变性，而且这种变性也遵循Arrhenius规律，并进一步得出电磁－温度协同作用的蛋白质变性模型。本文从分子反应动力学的角度解释了电磁－温度协同效应，并对非热效应作了一定的探讨。     

VO2-Based Infrared Microbolometer Array

V0₂-based thin film materials on silicon substrates are fabricated by ion beam sputtering and a post-annealing which is different from the conventional fabricating method. An infrared linear microbolometer array with 128 pixels is prepared using as-deposited vanadium dioxide thin films. Optical and electrical properties for V0₂-based microbolometer array are tested.     

Modelling for the planning and management of bed capacities in hospitals

The internal dynamics of a hospital represent a complex non-linear structure. Planning and management of bed capacities must be evaluated within an environment of uncertainty, variability and limited resources. A common approach is to plan and manage capacities based on simple deterministic spreadsheet calculations. This paper demonstrates that these calculations typically do not provide the appropriate information and result in underestimating true bed requirements. More sophisticated, flexible and necessarily detailed capacity models are needed. The development and use of such a simulation model is presented in this paper. The modelling work, in conjunction with a major UK NHS Trust, considers various types of patient flows, at the individual patient level, and resulting bed needs over time. The consequence of changes in capacity planning policies and management of existing capacities can be readily examined. The work has highlighted the need for evaluating hospital bed capacities in light of both bed occupancies and refused admission rates. The relationship between occupancy and refusals is complex and often overlooked by hospital managers.     

Microstructure of a-SiOx:H

A set of a-SiO_x:H (0.52 <x< 1.58) films are fabricated by plasma-enhanced-chemical-vapor-deposition (PECVD) method at the substrate temperature of 250°C. The microstructure and local bonding configurations of the films are investigated in detail using micro-Raman scattering, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). It is found that the films are structural inhomogeneous, with five phases of Si, Si₂O:H, SiO:H, Si₂O₃:H and SiO₂ that coexist. The phase of Si is composed of nonhydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si) clusters that are spatially isolated. The average size of the clusters decreases with the increasing oxygen concentration x in the films. The results indicate that the structure of the present films can be described by a multi-shell model, which suggests that a-Si cluster is surrounded in turn by the subshells of Si₂O:H, SiO:H, Si₂O₃:H, and SiO₂.
