The methanolic extract and its fractions from the fresh flowers of Prunus mume SIEB. et ZUCC. were found to show scavenging effects on 1,1-diphenylpicryl-2-hydrazyl (DPPH) radical and superoxide. The fragrance constituents of P. mume were analyzed by GC-MS and a new polyacylated sucrose, prunose III, was isolated from the ethyl acetate-soluble fraction. The structure of prunose III was determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence as 4,3',4',6'-tetra-O-acetyl-6-O-p-coumaroylsucrose. In dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) experiments applied to organic solids for creating nonequilibrium, high (1)H spin polarization, an efficient buildup of (1)H polarization is attained by partially deuterating the material of interest with an appropriate (1)H concentration. In such a dilute (1)H spin system, it is shown that the (1)H spin diffusion rate and thereby the buildup efficiency of (1)H polarization can further be enhanced by continually applying radiofrequency irradiation for deuterium decoupling during the DNP process. As experimentally confirmed in this work, the electron spin polarization of the photoexcited triplet state is mainly transferred only to those (1)H spins, which are in the vicinity of the electron spins, and (1)H spin diffusion transports the localized (1)H polarization over the whole sample volume. The (1)H spin diffusion coefficients are estimated from DNP repetition interval dependence of the initial buildup rate of (1)H polarization, and the result indicates that the spin diffusion coefficient is enhanced by a factor of 2 compared to that without (2)H decoupling. 相似文献

In order to investigate the effectiveness of an SMA receptacle as wideband measurement electrode for human ESD, we derived the transfer impedance of a 50-Ω SMA receptacle, and measured its frequency characteristics from 300 kHz to 20 GHz. With a 12-GHz digital oscilloscope, measurement of discharge currents through a hand-held metal bar from a charged human was made, and thereby the injected currents on the SMA receptacle were reconstructed from the measured transfer impedance. The results show that at a charge voltage of 1500 V the reconstructed current waveform agrees well with the observed voltage waveform divided by 50 Ω. 相似文献

Uniformly sized molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for Boc-l-Trp were prepared using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as the cross-linker, and methacylic acid (MAA) and/or 4-vinylpyridine (4-VPY) as the functional monomers or without use of a functional monomer. The MIPs prepared were evaluated using acetonitrile or a mixture of phosphate buffer and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. The Boc-l-Trp-imprinted EDMA polymers can recognize Boc-l-Trp by its molecular shape, and can thus afford the enantioseparation of Boc-Trp. Besides the molecular shape recognition, the hydrophobic interactions with the polymer backbones as well as the hydrogen-bonding interactions of Boc-l-Trp with carboxyl and pyridyl groups in the polymers should work for the retention and recognition of Boc-l-Trp on the imprinted MAA-co-EDMA and 4-VPY-co-EDMA polymers, respectively, in the hydro-organic mobile phase. The hydrogen-bonding interactions seem to become dominant when only acetonitrile is used as the mobile phase. The Boc-l-Trp-imprinted 4-VPY-co-EDMA polymers gave the highest retentivity and enantioselectivity for Boc-Trp among the MIPs prepared. However, the simultaneous use of MAA and 4-VPY was not effective for the enantioseparation of Boc-Trp in a hydro-organic mobile phase. Furthermore, the baseline separation of Boc-Trp enantiomers was attained within 10 min on the Boc-l-Trp-imprinted 4-VPY-co-EDMA polymers under the optimized HPLC conditions. 相似文献

Rapid separation and determination of mixtures of L-ascorbic acid, nitrite, sulfite, oxalate, iodide and thiosulfate by conventional ion chromatography is often difficult due to incomplete separation of L-ascorbic acid and nitrite from the water peak when using eluents giving short elution times for iodide and thiosulfate. Separation of the six species within about 15 min has been achieved by isocratic elution using a resin-based ion-exchange column with a carbonate eluent containing a trace amount of 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (BTA) and fluorescence measurement of cerium(III) formed via postcolumn reactions of the separated sample species with cerium(IV). Calibration plots of peak height versus concentration were linear up to 10.0 microM (1.76 ppm) for L-ascorbic acid, 8.0 microM (0.37 ppm) for nitrite, 8.0 microM (0.70 ppm) for oxalate, 80.0 microM (10.2 ppm) for iodide and 25.0 microM (2.80 ppm) for thiosulfate, whilst the sulfite calibration was linear up to 25.0 microM (2.00 ppm) when peak area was plotted against concentration. Detection limits (defined as S/N = 3) were 18 ppb for L-ascorbic acid, 4 ppb for nitrite, 16 ppb for sulfite, 7 ppb for oxalate, 72 ppb for iodide and 37 ppb for thiosulfate. The proposed method was applied successfully to the determination of L-ascorbic acid, nitrite, sulfite, oxalate, iodide or thiosulfate in water samples. 相似文献

Potentiometric and spectrophotometric studies on acid equilibria and reactions with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) for Methylthymol Blue (MTB) are described. The equilibrium constants have been calculated. MTB has been found to form 1:1 and 2:1 (mole ratio of metal to ligand) complexes, including protonated ones.
