平行因子分析法在太湖水体三维荧光峰比值分析中的应用   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以太湖水样三维荧光光谱数据为例,提出在采用平行因子分析法(PARAFAC)处理后的荧光数据中提取荧光峰强度计算荧光峰比值进行水环境分析评价的方法,较直接在水样原始荧光谱图中获取的荧光峰强度更加准确客观。天然水体中各水样间由于受荧光团复杂多样性等因素的影响,某类荧光物质荧光峰的激发发射波长位置并不是固定不变的,就同一水样而言各类荧光峰之间的相互重叠干扰也将影响到荧光峰强度和位置的准确判断。而在PARAFAC模型各因子中提取相应荧光峰值可以保证各水样间同类荧光物质荧光峰在同一位置又有效减弱同一水样中各类荧光物质荧光峰之间的相互干扰,更加高效准确的利用荧光峰比值进行水环境分析。区域差异性分析时水样因子得分比值的区域变化与原始荧光峰比值变化趋势是一致的。  相似文献

The supercurrent in a Josephson junction composed of the zigzag edged graphene nanoribbon (ZGNR) lying between two superconducting leads [superconductor-graphene-superconductor (SGS) junction] has been studied by the Green's function method. It is found that a small transverse electric field applied on the ZGNR can reverse the supercurrent direction, leading to a so-called 0-pi phase transition. The 0-pi phase transition can happen periodically with a change in the ZGNR's length, and, more importantly, can be easily and electrically controllable by a gate voltage, which is absent in the conventional superconducting pi junction and would make the SGS junction very promising for future application in superconducting electronics, as well as quauntum information and computation.  相似文献

近红外光谱(NIRS)广泛应用于生产过程分析与监测,常需事先建立定量校正或定性判别模型,并需在生产条件变化后调整模型,使用较复杂。本文从相异度和相似度两个对立互补的角度,提出自适应移动窗口标准差法和过程光谱相似度法,并以此为基础建立一种针对生产过程的无需校正模型的简易光谱在线监测方法。论文以中药柱层析过程为例,对监测过程作NIRS自适应移动窗口标准差趋势图和过程光谱相似度趋势图,并通过HPLC离线分析所得的多指标成分含量变化趋势图进行对比验证,发现可用于工艺状况实时监测,指导收集起点、终点、溶液相变点的判断,表明论文提出的方法合理可行。该方法亦可用于紫外/可见、红外、拉曼、荧光等光谱及色谱、质谱等其他过程分析技术。  相似文献

Since the (original) ghost fluid method (OGFM) was proposed by Fedkiw et al. in 1999 [5], a series of other GFM-based methods such as the gas–water version GFM (GWGFM), the modified GFM (MGFM) and the real GFM (RGFM) have been developed subsequently. Systematic analysis, however, has yet to be carried out for the various GFMs on their accuracies and conservation errors. In this paper, we develop a technique to rigorously analyze the accuracies and conservation errors of these different GFMs when applied to the multi-medium Riemann problem with a general equation of state (EOS). By analyzing and comparing the interfacial state provided by each GFM to the exact one of the original multi-medium Riemann problem, we show that the accuracy of interfacial treatment can achieve “third-order accuracy” in the sense of comparing to the exact solution of the original mutli-medium Riemann problem for the MGFM and the RGFM, while it is of at most “first-order accuracy” for the OGFM and the GWGFM when the interface approach is actually near in balance. Similar conclusions are also obtained in association with the local conservation errors. A special test method is exploited to validate these theoretical conclusions from the numerical viewpoint.  相似文献

In pH 1.99 sodium acetate-HCl buffer solutions at 60 °C, Rhodamine B exhibited a strong fluorescence peak at 584 nm using an excitation wavelength of 548 nm. The fluorescence quenching occurred when Fe3O4 nanoparticles catalyzed H2O2 oxidation of Rhodamine B. Under the chosen conditions, the fluorescence intensity at 584 nm decreased when the concentration of H2O2 increased. The fluorescence quenching intensity is linear with the concentration of H2O2 in the range of 10–200 nmol/L. Thus, a new and simple and sensitive nanocatalytic fluorescence method was proposed for the determination of H2O2 in synthetic sample, with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this paper, the microwave-absorbing properties of (Ni1−xyCoxZny)Fe2O4 spinel ferrites have been investigated within the frequency range of 0.5–14 GHz. There are two kinds of resonance peaks observed in the permeability spectra: domain-wall resonances at lower frequency and spin-rotation resonances at higher frequency. The reflection loss (RL) calculations show that the prepared NiCoZn spinel ferrites are good electromagnetic (EM) wave absorbers in microwave range. In terms of the absorbing frequency band (AFB) and the matching thickness (tm), (Ni0.407Co0.207Zn0.386)Fe2O4 shows the best performances: tm=3.15 mm and the AFB is 8.64–11.2 GHz. Decreasing the weight ratio of NiCoZn ferrites in ferrites/wax composites, the matching thickness decreases and the AFB shifts to higher frequencies. Compared with the absorbers with single-layer ferrites, the absorbers with double-layers ferrites have better absorbing performances, such as a thinner matching thickness and a wider EM wave AFB.  相似文献

We have developed a model and realized an algorithm for the calculation of the coefficient of coherent (direct) transmission of light through a layer of liquid crystal (LC) droplets in a polymer matrix. The model is based on the Hulst anomalous diffraction approximation for describing the scattering by an individual particle and the Foldy-Twersky approximation for a coherent field. It allows one to investigate polymer dispersed LC (PDLC) materials with homogeneous and inhomogeneous interphase surface anchoring on the droplet surface. In order to calculate the configuration of the field of the local director in the droplet, the relaxation method of solving the problem of minimization of the free energy volume density has been used. We have verified the model by comparison with experiment under the inverse regime of the ionic modification of the LC-polymer interphase boundary. The model makes it possible to solve problems of optimization of the optical response of PDLC films in relation to their thickness and optical characteristics of the polymer matrix, sizes, polydispersity, concentration, and anisometry parameters of droplets. Based on this model, we have proposed a technique for estimating the size of LC droplets from the data on the dependence of the transmission coefficient on the applied voltage.  相似文献

通过石英砂与绿豆在多层流化床内的非稳态干燥特性实验,得出与稳态干燥的重要区别即为没有稳定的值速干燥段。将Page方程修正后,可用于多层流化床非稳态干燥数据处理。推导出的非稳态干燥动力学方程证明在非稳态干燥时,不可能出现恒速干燥段,并表明变工况与快速高强度干燥是提高干燥速率的重要途径。  相似文献
