The three-component photopolymers consisting of poly(p-hydroxystyrene) (PHS) or poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid) (PSA) as the binder polymer, 2,2-bis(4-(2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy)phenyl)propane (BPA-DEVE) or 1,1,1-tris(4-(2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy)phenyl)ethane (THPETEVE) as the crosslinking agent, and a photoacid generator were investigated with regard to their lithographic characteristics and thermal crosslinking reactivity because of the acidity of the acid component. The thermal crosslinking rate can be represented as the pseudo first-order reaction. The PSA copolymer with an acrylic acid unit has the higher crosslinking rate and sensitivity, and the lower activation energy. Under low baking temperatures at which crosslinking does not take place, dual-mode resist behavior is observed.  相似文献

利用高温固相法合成了Y1.95-xGdxSiO5:Eu0.05(x=0.6mol%)荧光体。结构测定表明所合成的荧光体为单斜晶系的X2型Y2SiO5相,空间群为B2/b。真空紫外光谱表明:随着Gd^3+含的增加,在192nm附近,出现了Gd^3+的激发峰,且此峰的强度随着Gd^3+含量的增加而增在;同时位于150 ̄185nm之间的基质吸收带的强度也增大;而位于200 ̄300nm之间的Eu的电荷迁移  相似文献

 采用水热法直接合成了含磺酸基的介孔分子筛SBA-15-SO3H.XRD表征结果表明,该分子筛具有规则的、六方立柱形的中孔结构,通过酸碱滴定和XRD确定了正硅酸乙酯/有机硅的最佳合成配比为9(α=0.1).29SiMASNMR固体核磁结果表明,含磺酸基的有机基团Si-(CH2)3-SO3H中的硅与SBA-15骨架上的氧通过Si-O键结合,形成稳定的有机/无机组成,FT-IR谱表明:在SBA-15-SO3H表面含有质子酸中心-SO3H.N2吸附-脱附和TEM结果表明,SBA-15-SO3H具有较大的比表面积、孔容和孔径,孔大小是单一的,孔分布是高度有序的.酯化反应结果表明,与后合成法相比,直接法合成的催化剂既具有较高的稳定性,又具有简便、快捷和高效的优点.  相似文献

一个正在建设的位于韩国Y2L地下实验室的低能暗物质探测实验中,采用了CsI(T1)晶体反符合探测器作为主动屏蔽体.本工作对CsI(T1)晶体反符合探测器的实验性能进行了研究.通过FADC系统记录的脉冲波形数据,研究了探测器的能量分辨率和波形甄别的能力;研究相同能量γ射线入射到反符合探测器不同位置的相对光输出将有助于选择探测器的工作参数;为了解晶体自身放射性对暗物质测量的影响,利用低本底HPGe探测器对CsI(T1)晶体内部的放射性进行了测量,得到晶体内部Cs同位素的放射性活度.探测器系统进行了约18d的试运行取数.实验数据表明,CsI(T1)晶体探测器的反符合效率约为31%,HPGe探测器的本底计数率水平约为133cpd.为了进行暗物质探测研究,需要采取有效的方法进一步降低探测器的本底水平.  相似文献

We experimentally attempted to understand the vibration characteristics of a flexible pipe excited by vortex shedding. One of them is the relation between spatial characteristics of a flow-induced vibrating pipe, such as its length, the distribution of wave number, and frequency responses. A non-linear mechanism between the responses of in-line and cross-flow directions is also an area of interest, if the pipe is relatively long so that structural modal density is reasonably high. In order to investigate such areas, two kinds of instrumented pipe were designed. The instrumented pipes, of which the lengths are equally 6 m, are wound with rubber and silicon tape in different ways, having different vortex-shedding conditions. One has uniform cross-section of diameter of 26·7 mm, and the other has equally spaced four sub-sections, which are composed of different diameters of 75·9, 61·1, 45·6 and 26·7 mm. Both pipes are towed in a water tank (200 m×16 m×7 m) so that they experienced different vortex-shedding excitations. Various measures were obtained from the towing experiment, including frequency responses, the time-domain tracing of in-line and cross-flow responses, and Wigner-Ville distributions. The experimental results analyzed by using these measures exhibit several valuable features. One of them is that the natural frequencies and their corresponding strain mode shapes dominate the strain response of the uniform pipe. However for those of non-uniform pipe, the responses are more likely local and many modes participate in it.  相似文献

The impulse wave is made by the weak normal shock discharge from an open end of a shock tube. In order to understand the dynamic characteristics of the impulse wave impinging upon a flat plate, experiments are performed over the shock Mach number range from 1·01 to 1·20. A flat plate is placed downstream, normal to the axis of the shock tube, to simulate the impulse wave impingement on an object. The distance between the exit of the shock tube and flat plate is changed. The baffle plate is installed at the exit of the shock tube. The sizes of the baffle plate and impinging flat plate are varied to investigate the magnitude of the impulse wave impinging upon the flat plate. Computational analysis is applied to model the flow field subject to unsteady, axisymmetric, inviscid, compressible, equations. Computational results well predict the experimented dynamic behavior of the impinging impulse wave. The impulse wave impinging upon the flat plate has a sharp peak of very short rising time and its magnitude decreases with distance from the center of the flat plate. The magnitude of the impulse wave impinging upon the flat plate can be predicted by the empirical equations that are developed in the present study.  相似文献

The FRF-based substructuring method is one of the most powerful methods in analyzing the responses of complex built-up structures with high modal density. In this paper, a general procedure for the design sensitivity analysis of a vibro-acoustic system has been presented using the FRF-based substructuring formulation. For an acoustic response function, the proposed method gives a parametric design sensitivity expression in terms of the partial derivatives of the connection element properties and the transfer functions of the substructures. The derived noise sensitivity formula is combined with a non-linear programming module to obtain the optimal design for the engine mount system of a passenger car. The objective function is defined as the area of the interior noise graph integrated over a concerned r.p.m. range. The interior noise variations with respect to the dynamic characteristics of the engine mounts and bushings have been calculated using the proposed sensitivity formulation and transferred to a non-linear optimization software. To obtain the FRFs, a finite element analysis was used for the engine mount structures and experimental techniques were used for the trimmed body including the cabin cavity. The optimization based on the sensitivity analysis gives the ideal stiffness of the engine mount and bushings. The resultant interior noise in the passenger car shows that the proposed method is efficient and accurate.  相似文献
