Control of LHCD on the HL-2A Tokamak

in order to study non-indutive plasma current production, the lower hybrid current drive（LHCD） experiment on the HL-2A tokamak is carried out. Simultaneously a microcomputer has been used to control the whole LHCD system. During the experiment this year, we can monitor and protect the LHCD system by use of the microcomputer control system, which will imediately switch off the microwave power to be launched into the tokamak if the plasma is disrupted. All this ensure that the microwave is injected into the equipment correctly.     

Surface Plasmon Resonance and Field Enhancement of Au/Ag Alloyed Hollow Nanoshells

We investigate the nanostructure, surface plasmon resonance （SPR） absorption and nonlinear enhancement of Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells prepared by the replacement reaction of Ag nanoparticles in a HAuCI4 aqueous solution. As the volume of HAuCl4 increases from OmL to 0.S mL, the SPR band of the Au/Ag alloyed nanoshells is tuned from 430nm to 780nm, and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility is enhanced nearly by an order of magnitude, which indicates a large enhancement of local field in the Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells with hole defects.     

Improved Resistive Switching Characteristics of Ag-Doped ZrO2 Films Fabricated by Sol-Gel Process

Ag-doped and pure ZrO₂ thin films are prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si substrates by sol-gel process for resistive random access memory application. The highly reproducible resistive switching is achieved in the 10% Ag-doped ZrO₂ devices. The improved resistive switching behaviour in the Ag doped ZrO₂ devices could be attributed to Ag doping effect on the formation of the stablefilamentary conducting paths. In addition, dual-step reset processes corresponding to three stable resistance states are observed in the 10% Ag doped ZrO₂ devices, which may be implemented for the application of multi-bit storage.     

Four-Component Borocarbonylation of Vinylarenes Enabled by Cooperative Cu/Pd Catalysis: Access to β-Boryl Ketones and β-Boryl Vinyl Esters

We report here a general four-component synthetic procedure for the preparation of β-boryl ketones and β-boryl vinyl esters. Joint catalyzed by palladium and copper catalysts, borocarbonylative reaction between vinylarenes, aryl halides/triflates, B₂Pin₂, and carbon monoxide proceed successfully. A variety of synthetically useful β-boryl ketones were synthesized in good to high yields by using aryl iodides as the substrates. It is noteworthy that when aryl triflates were applied as the starting materials, β-boryl vinyl esters were synthesized in a similar manner and with broad functional group tolerance. A rational mechanism for this reaction was also proposed.     

化学模拟在反应堆水化学课程中的应用

高温高压化学反应对反应堆设备的可靠性、反应堆性能的控制、核电站运行的安全持久性等具有重要影响,但相关实验难以在高校教学中开展。借助PHREEQC程序及最新热力学数据,建立了反应堆一回路硼酸-氢氧化锂添加配比、腐蚀沉淀物产生及二回路pH控制方案的化学反应模型。运用化学模拟来教学,促进了学生对所学知识的理解与掌握,丰富了现代教学方法。相关模型对核电企业的培训也具有一定参考价值。     

Lattice Boltzmann Simulations of Particle-Particle Interaction in Steady Poiseuille Flow

The moving behaviour of two- and three-particles in a pressure-driven flow is studied by the lattice Boltzmann simulation in two dimensions. The time-dependent values, including particles＇ radial positions, translational velocities, angular velocities, and the x-directional distance between the particles are analysed extensively. The effect of flow Reynolds number on particle motion is also investigated numerically. The simulation results show that the leading particle equilibrium position is closer to the channel centre while the trailing particle equilibrium position is closer to the channel wall. If Reynolds number Re is less than 85.30, the larger flow Reynolds number results in the smaller x-directional equilibrium distance, otherwise the x-directional distance increases almost linearly with the increase of time and the particles separate finally. The simulation results are helpful to understand the particle-particle interaction in suspensions with swarms of particles.     

SiC缓冲层对Si表面生长的ZnO薄膜结构和光电性能的改善

用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)技术制备了ZnO/SiC/Si和 ZnO/Si薄膜并制成了紫外探测器。利用X射线衍射(XRD),光致发光(PL)谱,I-V曲线和光电响应谱对薄膜的结构和光电性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:SiC缓冲层改善了ZnO薄膜的结晶质量和光电性能,其原因可能是SiC作为柔性衬底能够减少ZnO与Si 之间大的晶格失配和热失配导致的界面缺陷和界面态。     

液晶电视无风扇冷却的数值建模

本文使用Flotherm商业软件对无风扇冷却的超薄液晶电视进行了数值建模,通过与红外测试以及恒温恒湿箱测试的对比,验证了数值计算的可靠性,获得了对超薄液晶电视内部器件布置、通风口结构以及器件参数等热设计优化问题的有力工具.     

鲍鱼、海参中微量元素的分析研究

采用高压密封硝化罐消解样品,应用ICP-AES法测定鲍鱼、海参中Fe,Ca,Mg,Zn,Sr,Se,Hg,Cd等15种微量元素的含量,以正交实验设计方案,通过方差分析选择最佳的实验操作条件,将数理统计与化学方法相结合,以极少的实验次数获得更多的信息。该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,准确性好, 且能多元素同时测定,另外对环境污染小。此方法回收率在91.0%～110.0%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.55%。实验结果表明：鲍鱼、海参中均含有丰富的Fe,Ca,Mg,Zn,更含有Se, Ge, Sr, Cu等对人体有益的微量元素,是营养价值极高的海产品,但同时由于目前环境污染较严重,环境对海水的污染也不容忽视。当海域受到污染时,有害物质沉积于鲍鱼、海参体内,使其有害重金属含量偏高,人们食用时需要慎重。
