in order to study non-indutive plasma current production, the lower hybrid current drive(LHCD) experiment on the HL-2A tokamak is carried out. Simultaneously a microcomputer has been used to control the whole LHCD system. During the experiment this year, we can monitor and protect the LHCD system by use of the microcomputer control system, which will imediately switch off the microwave power to be launched into the tokamak if the plasma is disrupted. We investigate the nanostructure, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorption and nonlinear enhancement of Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells prepared by the replacement reaction of Ag nanoparticles in a HAuCI4 aqueous solution. As the volume of HAuCl4 increases from OmL to 0.S mL, the SPR band of the Au/Ag alloyed nanoshells is tuned from 430nm to 780nm, and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility is enhanced nearly by an order of magnitude, which indicates a large enhancement of local field in the Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells with hole defects. 相似文献

Ag-doped and pure ZrO2 thin films are prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol-gel process for resistive random access memory application. The highly reproducible resistive switching is achieved in the 10% Ag-doped ZrO2 devices. The improved resistive switching behaviour in the Ag doped ZrO2 devices could be attributed to Ag doping effect on the formation of the stablefilamentary conducting paths. In addition, dual-step reset processes corresponding to three stable resistance states are observed in the 10% Ag doped ZrO2 devices, which may be implemented for the application of multi-bit storage. 相似文献

We report here a general four-component synthetic procedure for the preparation of β-boryl ketones and β-boryl vinyl esters. Joint catalyzed by palladium and copper catalysts, borocarbonylative reaction between vinylarenes, aryl halides/triflates, B2Pin2, and carbon monoxide proceed successfully. A variety of synthetically useful β-boryl ketones were synthesized in good to high yields by using aryl iodides as the substrates. It is noteworthy that when aryl triflates were applied as the starting materials, β-boryl vinyl esters were synthesized in a similar manner and with broad functional group tolerance. The moving behaviour of two- and three-particles in a pressure-driven flow is studied by the lattice Boltzmann simulation in two dimensions. The time-dependent values, including particles' radial positions, translational velocities, angular velocities, and the x-directional distance between the particles are analysed extensively. The effect of flow Reynolds number on particle motion is also investigated numerically. The simulation results show that the leading particle equilibrium position is closer to the channel centre while the trailing particle equilibrium position is closer to the channel wall. If Reynolds number Re is less than 85.30, the larger flow Reynolds number results in the smaller x-directional equilibrium distance, otherwise the x-directional distance increases almost linearly with the increase of time and the particles separate finally. The simulation results are helpful to understand the particle-particle interaction in suspensions with swarms of particles. 相似文献

采用高压密封硝化罐消解样品,应用ICP-AES法测定鲍鱼、海参中Fe,Ca,Mg,Zn,Sr,Se,Hg,Cd等15种微量元素的含量,以正交实验设计方案,通过方差分析选择最佳的实验操作条件,将数理统计与化学方法相结合,以极少的实验次数获得更多的信息。该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,准确性好, 且能多元素同时测定,另外对环境污染小。此方法回收率在91.0%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.55%。实验结果表明:鲍鱼、海参中均含有丰富的Fe,Ca,Mg,Zn,更含有Se, Ge, Sr, Cu等对人体有益的微量元素,是营养价值极高的海产品,但同时由于目前环境污染较严重,环境对海水的污染也不容忽视。当海域受到污染时,有害物质沉积于鲍鱼、海参体内,使其有害重金属含量偏高,人们食用时需要慎重。 相似文献
