A series of novel triazolo thiadiazines were synthesized by a simple, highly efficient, one‐pot pseudo four component approach involving the condensation of 4‐amino‐5‐hydrazinyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 1 ), aromatic aldehydes ( 2 ), and various phenacyl bromides ( 3 ) with good yields. The structures of compounds were confirmed by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR) data.  相似文献

Sodium bis(trimethylstannyl)amide NaN(SnMe3)2, isolated by the reaction of trimethylstannyldiethylamine with sodium amide, reacts with tris(trimethylsilyl)hydrazino—dichloro-phosphine to form bis(trimethylsilyl)bis(trimethylstannyl)-2-phospha-2-tetrazene, (Me3Si)2N-N=P-N(SnMe3)2. An easy adoptable technique has been developed to prepare magnetizable cellulose by the process of wet grinding of a mixture of iron oxide (magnetite) and cellulose in a stirred ball mill. Anti rabbit IgG was covalently coupled to this magnetizable cellulose. The immunosorbent thus prepared has been used in radioimmunoassays of T3 and T4 for the separation of bound and free antigens. The reliability of the above immunosorbent has been validated by studying assay parameters such as non-specific binding (NSB), maximum binding (B 0), CV etc. The single step process of wet grinding adopted here not only firmly binds magnetite and cellulose physically, but also lowers the size of the resulting magnetizable cellulose. The conventional method of preparation involves the coprecipitation of cellulose dissolved in cuprammonium hydroxide solution along with iron oxide, followed by extensive grinding and sieving of the iron oxide impregnated cellulose.  相似文献

Short pin fins are used to enhance heat transfer rates by increasing the level of turbulence in the trailing edge of gas turbine blades. Experiments are conducted to investigate the local Nusselt number distributions in a staggered pin-fin array using the infrared thermal imaging technique. The pin fins are arranged in a rectangular channel with an aspect ratio of 9. The pins have streamwise pitch-to-diameter (XS/D) and spanwise pitch-to-diameter (XT/D) ratios of 2 with a pin height-to-diameter (H/D) ratio of 2. Ejection holes of 5-mm diameter with a pitch of 12.7 mm are used to study the effects of lateral ejection. Both one-wall and two-wall heating situations are studied for straight-flow and lateral-ejection cases. It is found that the local Nusselt numbers are highest below the horseshoe vortices just upstream of the individual pin fins. For the straight-flow case, the Nusselt numbers for the two-wall heating case are observed to be 15–20% higher than those of the one-wall heating case. Lateral ejection causes a decrease of about 1–10% for the one-wall heating case, while there is an increase of about 10% for the two-wall heating case. Experiments are also carried out with vortex generators between individual pin fins. Vortex generators cause an increase in heat transfer by about 50% compared to the straight-flow cases.  相似文献

An efficient zinc chloride‐catalyzed one‐pot synthesis of 5,8‐dihydro‐5,8‐dioxo‐4H‐chromene derivatives have been achieved by the reaction of 2,5‐dihydroxy‐6‐undecyl‐1,4‐bezoquinone, cyanothioacetamide, and aromaticaldehyde, in EtOH at room temperature. Systematic studies on the DNA binding of a new anthracene derivative, carrying a 1,8-octyldiamine side chain, were carried out. Calorimetric, spectroscopic, and helix melting studies show that the side chain, consisting of eight methylene groups, enhances the binding constant by a factor of approximately 35 when compared to the binding of a probe lacking the long side chain. Furthermore, the enthalpy of binding of the long-chain derivative to calf thymus DNA (Delta H = 4.1 +/- 0.1 kcal/mol) is far greater than the sum of the enthalpy changes associated with the binding of the probe lacking the long side chain, and the enthalpy for the binding of 1,8-octyldiamine.2HCl. Strong synergistic effects, therefore, are seen with the long-chain derivative. Spectroscopic data indicate bathochromism, strong hypochromism, and quenching of anthryl fluorescence when the above ligand binds to calf thymus DNA. Fluorescence energy transfer studies and circular dichroism data strongly suggest intercalation of the anthryl ring system. The binding stabilizes the double helix, and the helix melting temperature is increased from 78 degrees C to >90 degrees C. The binding to DNA is reversible, depended on the ionic strength, and the major binding mode was suppressed at high ionic strengths and a new mode begins to dominate binding. Substitution of the anthracene ring with 1,8-octyldiamine chain provided a simple method to enhance the binding constant by nearly a factor of 35.  相似文献

A simple, practical, and efficient approach to synthesize new series of 2‐(3‐(2,4‐dichlorophenoxy)‐2‐(4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl)‐4‐oxoazetidin‐1‐ylamino)‐N‐arylacetamide by Staudinger [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction. The titled compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activity against eight microorganisms. A series of novel, multifunctional 1,3,4‐thiadiazine derivatives bearing phthalazines, pyridazines and pyrido‐pyridazines ( 9–13 ) have been synthesized via the multicomponent reaction of (3‐(2‐bromo‐2‐[2‐chloropyrimidin‐4‐yl]acetyl)‐2‐chlorophenyl)‐2,6‐dichloro benzene‐sulfonamide with thiocarbohydrazide and various anhydrides. The reactions were performed by refluxing the components in mixed ethanol/acetic acid to afford the corresponding products in good to excellent yields. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral studies. The developed method features short reaction time, simple work‐up without chromatographic separation, and a broad range of substrate applicability.  相似文献

An atom‐efficient, catalyst‐free, and environmentally friendly approach towards the synthesis of substituted 1,4‐dihydroquinolines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j ) through a one‐pot multicomponent reaction involving resorcinol, aromatic aldehyde, acetoacetanilide, and ammonium acetate has been developed. The reactions were carried out under both conventional and microwave irradiation conditions. In general, improvement in rate and yield were observed when reactions were carried out under microwave irradiation compared with classical conditions. Most of the new compounds possessed moderate to significant antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

An influential subject of research is the use of lignin for effective removal of hazardous dyes from wastewater effluents utilizing green techniques. Lignin makes up to 10–25% of lignocellulosic biomass. In this study, a solvent evaporation approach was employed to construct a novel chitosan lignin membrane, which was then used to remove the methylene blue (MB) dye from water. The physicochemical, thermal, and morphological attributes were characterized by SEM, XRD, FTIR ATR, and TGA DSC. With higher lignin content in the membrane, its tensile strength was reduced. The dye was removed 95% of the time by the membrane, and the adsorption followed the Langmuir isotherm. The membranes could be recycled up to five times.  相似文献
