A series of dense and energetic polynitroaryl‐1,2,4‐triazoles were synthesized through the nitration of aryl‐1,2,4‐triazoles. The Cu‐catalyzed/base‐mediated coupling reactions of haloarenes with 1,2,4‐triazoles delivered N‐aryl‐1,2,4‐triazoles. These new nitro‐rich‐aryltriazoles were characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods. The solid‐state structures of most of these compounds were established by X‐ray diffraction analysis. Their thermal properties were determined by differential scanning calorimetry–thermogravimetric analysis. Their heats of formation (HOFs) and crystal densities were also calculated. The densities of the synthesized compounds ranged from 1.40 to 1.85 g cm?3. Some of these newly synthesized compounds exhibited high positive HOFs, good thermal stabilities, high densities, and reasonable detonation velocities and pressures.  相似文献

This paper presents a numerical study to investigate the effect of geometrical and material transition on the flow and progression of a sample plug in electrokinetic flows. Three cases were investigated: (a) effect of sudden cross-sectional area change (geometrical transition or mismatch) at the interface, (b) effect of only material transition (i.e. varying ζ-potential), and (c) effect of combined material transition and cross-sectional area change at the interface. The geometric transition was quantified based on the ratio of reduced flow area A2 at the mismatch plane to the original cross-sectional area A1. Multiple simulations were performed for varying degrees of area reduction i.e. 0–75% reduction in the available flow area, and the effect of dispersion on the sample plug was quantified by standard metrics. Simulations showed that a 13% combined material and geometrical transition can be tolerated without significant loss of sample resolution. A 6.54% reduction in the flow rates was found between 0% and 75% combined material and geometrical transition.  相似文献

Let Mn be the algebra of all n × n complex matrices. For 1 k n, the kth numerical range of A Mn is defined by Wk(A) = (1/k)jk=1xj*Axj : x1, …, xk is an orthonormal set in n]. It is known that tr A/n = Wn(A) Wn−1(A) W1(A). We study the condition on A under which Wm(A) = Wk(A) for some given 1 m < k n. It turns out that this study is closely related to a conjecture of Kippenhahn on Hermitian pencils. A new class of counterexamples to the conjecture is constructed, based on the theory of the numerical range.  相似文献

Molecular assemblies of potential guest molecules through non-covalent host-guest interactions have found immense use in many applied areas. In this study supramolecular interaction of a biologically important dye Hoechst-33258 (H33258) has been investigated in aqueous solutions at different pHs, in the presence of a macrocyclic host, namely, cucurbit[7]uril (CB7). The pH dependent emission behaviour of H33258 is inherently connected with its protolytic equilibria which allow the dye in different geometrical conformations. This pH dependent structural orientation is greatly affected by the complexation with CB7. The significant structural changes in the monocationic H33258 brought out by CB7 at pH 7 have been documented in the fluorescence emission and lifetime data, which are comparatively less affected in case of the dicationic form, which is prominent in dye solutions at pH 4.5. The strong ion-dipole interactions provided by the carbonyl portals of the CB7 host adequately stabilize the CB7-H33258 complex, both in 1:1 and 2:1 stoichiometries at both the pH conditions. The Job's plot method, fluorescence anisotropy, NMR measurements and geometry optimization calculations confirm the stoichiometric arrangement and are found to be tunable with the addition of metal ions. The non-covalently stabilized assembly brings out large enhancement in the fluorescence emission due to the unique structural orientation attained by H33258, which reduces the non-radiative relaxation pathways. Comparison of the spectral data of the dye at different pH conditions in the absence and presence of CB7 proposes a large upward pK(a) shift due to CB7 encapsulation, thus providing a handy tool to modulate the photophysical characteristics of the guest molecules.  相似文献

A novel synthetic route to spirocyclic thiazolidinediones is reported by utilizing ring-closing metathesis (RCM). A selective cross metathesis (CM) of N-allyl azaspiro derivatives with different olefins has been demonstrated to prepare substituted azaspiro-[4.4]nonenediones. The X-ray crystal structure of a spirocyclic thiazolidinedione dimer is described, which has been prepared in two steps from thiazolidinedione using a one-pot sequential ring-closing and self metathesis. Cross metathesis proceeds smoothly with both electron rich and poor olefins. The symmetrical bis-thiazolidinedione spirocyclic system can be used as CM coupling partner with olefins. One-pot sequential RCM-CM has been developed for the synthesis of substituted spirocyclic compounds. The methodology allows a quick access to thia-azaspiro-[4.4]nonene and -[4.5]decene-dione ring systems from readily available starting materials which are not otherwise accessible.  相似文献

Mercury(II) salt mediated opening of cyclopropylcarbinols by an intramolecular sulfinyl group is disclosed. All four diastereomeric stereotriads have been prepared from cis- and trans-disubstituted cyclopropanes. The trisubstituted cyclopropanes also react regio- and stereoselectively to afford products possessing quaternary stereogenic centers. The reaction is clean and general.  相似文献

COVID-19 is a viral pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2. Due to its highly contagious nature, millions of people are getting affected worldwide knocking down the delicate global socio-economic equilibrium. According to the World Health Organization, COVID-19 has affected over 186 million people with a mortality of around 4 million as of July 09, 2021. Currently, there are few therapeutic options available for COVID-19 control. The rapid mutations in SARS-CoV-2 genome and development of new virulent strains with increased infection and mortality among COVID-19 patients, there is a great need to discover more potential drugs for SARS-CoV-2 on a priority basis. One of the key viral enzymes responsible for the replication and maturation of SARS-CoV-2 is Mpro protein. In the current study, structure-based virtual screening was used to identify four potential ligands against SARS-CoV-2 Mpro from a set of 8,722 ASINEX library compounds. These four compounds were evaluated using ADME filter to check their ADME profile and druggability, and all the four compounds were found to be within the current pharmacological acceptable range. They were individually docked to SARS-CoV-2 Mpro protein to assess their molecular interactions. Further, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations was carried out on protein–ligand complex using Desmond at 100 ns to explore their binding conformational stability. Based on RMSD, RMSF and hydrogen bond interactions, it was found that the stability of protein–ligand complex was maintained throughout the entire 100 ns simulations for all the four compounds. Some of the key ligand amino acid residues participated in stabilizing the protein–ligand interactions includes GLN 189, SER 10, GLU 166, ASN 142 with PHE 66 and TRP 132 of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro. Further optimization of these compounds could lead to promising drug candidates for SARS-CoV-2 Mpro target.

Hexagonal YPO4 phosphors doped with Eu3+/Dy3+ and co-doped with Ce3+ were synthesized by a hydrothermal route assisted using lauric acid as a capping agent. The prepared phosphors were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectra. YPO4: Eu3+ gives two red emission peaks at 587 and 610?nm corresponding to 5D07F1 and 5D07F2 transitions, respectively. YPO4: Dy3+ exhibits two emission peaks at 485?nm (blue) and 575?nm (yellow) corresponding to 4F9/26H15/2 and 4F9/26H13/2 transitions, respectively. Ce3+ ions enhanced the emission intensity as a co-dopant in both phosphors. Moreover, the effect of γ-radiation in the dose range 5–300?kGy on the photoluminescence behaviour of YPO4:Eu3+,Ce3+ and YPO4:Dy3+,Ce3+ was also investigated. Quenching of emission intensity, after irradiation at 5 and 300?kGy, was observed in both the phosphors due to loss of excess energy through a non-radiative relaxation process.  相似文献

Thiamine deficiency, if detected early in infancy, can be treated with thiamine supplementation and can prevent seizures, other disabilities and death. The dried blood spot (DBS) sampling technique is an attractive sample collection technique for infants. The present study reports the development and validation of a highly sensitive and precise method for quantification of thiamine diphosphate from DBS. The method utilizes full‐spot analysis of a volumetrically deposited 40 μl DBS. The analyte was extracted from the DBS using 50% methanol and then derivatized using potassium ferricyanide to thiochrome. Separation was achieved with the help of an Inertsil ODS C18 column (5.0 μm, 250 × 4.6 mm) using 150 mm phosphate buffer pH 7–acetonitrile (90:10, % v/v) as the mobile phase. The use of a fluorimetric detector gave a good response to the thiochrome derivative offering good sensitivity for the method. The excitation and emission wavelengths were 367 and 435 nm, respectively. The limit of detection and lower limit of quantification were 5 and 10 ng/ml, respectively. Linearity was demonstrated from 10 to 1000 ng/ml, and precision (CV) was <12.08%, at all tested quality control levels. The method accuracy was 89.34–118.89% with recoveries >80%. Bland–Altman analysis of DBS sampling vs. whole blood demonstrated a mean bias of only 1.16 ng/ml, with a majority of the 60 investigated patient samples lying within 7.2% of the corresponding concentration measured in blood, thereby meeting the clinical desirable biological specification criterion and showing that the two methods are comparable.  相似文献
