In this communication, a simple and straightforward procedure for the heterocyclization of 1H‐4,5‐dihydro‐3‐(4‐haloaryl)‐5‐substituted phenylpyrazoles (4) with 1‐bromo‐3‐chloropropane and 2,3‐dibromo‐1‐(4‐fluoro‐3‐methylphenyl)‐3‐phe‐ nylpropanone affording 2,3,4,8,9‐pentahydro‐7‐(4‐haloaryl)pyrazolo[5,1‐e]benzo[1,5] oxazocines 5 and regioselective synthesis of 2,3(erythro),7,8‐tetrahydro‐2‐ aryl‐3‐(4‐fluoro‐3‐methylbenzoyl)‐6‐(4‐halophenyl)pyrazolo[5,1‐d]benzo[1,4]oxa‐ zepines 6, respectively, via solid–liquid PTC is reported. All the synthesized compounds have been characterized on the basis of their spectral studies (IR, PMR, and MS) and analytical data.  相似文献

Electrochemical methods for pollution abatement have been shown to be viable alternatives or complementary to biological treatment in some instances, especially when pollutants are recalcitrant to biological processing. Electrochemical oxidation and reduction have been found successful in decomposing the most resilient compounds, and electrolysis is assigned an important role in the elucidation of the electrode process. Small well-defined cathodic and anodic peak were observed that on controlled-potential electrolysis (CPE) reduced substantially with a considerable decrease in color and absorbance. The rate of decrease of the current and absorbance was found to exhibit a first-order dependence. The COD of the solutions showed a decrease from 1416 to 352 mg/L. No peak could be observed in the voltammograms after CPE, indicating the absence of any electroactive substance left in the solutions. Results show that electrochemical reduction is a superior technology for treatment of dyes, as there is no simultaneous addition of anions, such as sulfate or chloride.  相似文献

In vitro transdermal permeation of 5-fluorouracil (antineoplastic), a hydrophilic drug encapsulated in AOT/water/isopropylmyristate water-in-oil microemulsions (MEs), were studied using a modified Keshary and Chien diffusion cell. AOT (aerosol-OT or sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate) is an anionic surfactant, which forms 'water-in-oil' ME in non-aqueous medium. The effect of water and AOT concentrations in MEs to the transdermal permeation of 5-fluorouracil through hairless mouse skin was investigated. MEs with 5:95 weight ratio of AOT:isopropylmyristate, containing 0.9, 1.8, 2.7 and 3.6% w/w of water have showed 1.68-, 2.36-, 3.58- and 3.77-fold increases in the skin flux of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) respectively, compared to the aqueous solution of drug. The MEs with 5:95, 9:91 and 13:87 weight ratio of AOT:isopropyl myristate at fixed water content W0=15 (W0=[H2O]/AOT]) gave 3.58-, 5.04- and 6.3-fold enhancement of drug. In addition, attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy was used to examine the effect of ME on lipid alkyl chain, hydration level, and corneocyte cells of the stratum corneum (SC). Results reveal that the ME interacts with a component of the SC and perturbs its architectural structure. The extent of perturbation in the SC depends on the concentration of water and AOT in the ME. Preliminary dermal toxicity studies indicate that the AOT/water/isopropylmyristate ME be safe for the transdermal permeation of 5-FU.  相似文献

Incorporation of a polymer material into an inorganic ion exchanger provides a class of hybrid ion exchangers with a good ion exchange capacity, high stability, reproducibility and selectivity for heavy metals. Such a type of ion exchanger ‘polyaniline Sn(IV) arsenophosphate’ has been synthesized by mixing polyaniline into inorganic material. This material is characterized using X-ray, IR, TGA studies in addition to ion exchange capacity, pH-titration, elution and distribution behaviour. On the basis of distribution studies, the material has been found to be highly selective for Pb(II). Kinetic study of exchange for the metal ions has been performed and some physical parameters such as self diffusion coefficient D0, energy Ea and entropy ΔS* of activation have been determined.  相似文献

We have evolved an effective interionic interaction potential to investigate the pressure-induced phase transitions from zinc blende (B3) to rock salt (B1) structure in II-VI [ZnSe] semiconductors. The elastic constants, including the long-range Coulomb and van der Waals (vdW) interactions and the short-range repulsive interaction of up to second-neighbor ions within the Hafemeister and Flygare approach, are deduced. Keeping in mind that both of the ions are polarisable, we employed the Slater-Kirkwood variational method to estimate the vdW coefficients. The estimated value of the phase transition pressure (P t ) is higher than in the reported data, and the magnitude of the discontinuity in volume at the transition pressure is consistent with that data. The major volume discontinuity in the pressure-volume phase diagram identifies the structural phase transition from zinc blende to rock salt structure.

The variation of second-order elastic constants with pressure resembles that observed in some binary semiconductors. It is inferred that the vdW interaction is effective in obtaining the thermodynamic parameters such as the Debye temperature, the Gruneisen parameter, the thermal expansion coefficient and the compressibility. However, the inconsistency between the thermodynamic parameters as obtained from present model calculations and their experimental values is attributed to the fact that we have derived our expressions by assuming the overlap repulsion to be significant only up to the nearest second-neighbor ions, as well as neglecting thermal effects. It is thus argued that full analysis of the many physical interactions that are essential to binary semiconductors will lead to a consistent explanation of the structural and elastic properties of II–VI semiconductors.  相似文献

CeO2 thin films were deposited on quartz substrates by using the rf-sputtering technique. The 80-keV Ni- ion-implanted and, subsequently, post-annealed films have shown the formation of Ni oxide and Ni metallic phases at 7 at% of Ni concentration. Such secondary phases were dissolved by swift heavy ion irradiation with 200-MeV Ag+15 ion beams. Structural properties, surface roughness, and magnetic behavior of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, and hysteresis loop measurements, respectively. Dissolution of secondary phases has been discussed in the light of irradiation-induced local temperature rise and energy loss processes.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The structural, electronic, elastic and thermodynamic properties of LuX (X = N, Bi and Sb) based on rare earth into phases, Rocksalt (B1) and CsCl (B2) have been investigated using full-potential linearized muffin-tin orbital method (FP-LMTO) within density functional theory. Local density approximation (LDA) for exchange-correlation potential and local spin density approximation (LSDA) are employed. The structural parameters as lattice parameters a0, bulk modulus B, its pressure derivate B’ and cut-off energy (Ec) within LDA and LSDA are presented. The elastic constants were derived from the stress–strain relation at 0 K. The thermodynamic properties for LuX using the quasi-harmonic Debye model are studied. The temperature and pressure variation of volume, bulk modulus, thermal expansion coefficient, heat capacities, Debye temperature and Gibbs free energy at different pressures (0–50 GPa) and temperatures (0–1600 K) are predicted. The calculated results are in accordance with other data.  相似文献
