缓慢炭化部分氧化对制备煤质活性炭的影响 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
研究了炭化升温速度、炭化低温区引入空气部分氧化对活性炭制备过程中炭化阶段、炭化物结构、活性炭性能等的影响。结果表明,炭化时低温部分氧化可提高炭化物得率,使炭化物微晶的d002值升高和Lc值减小;而较慢的炭化升温速度有利于制备优质活性炭。缓慢炭化、部分氧化可以在一定程度上控制炭化路径,使炭化向生成取向性差、难石墨化、各向同性、呒定形炭多的炭化物的方向进行;并讨论了它们控制炭化的作用机理。以此为指导, 相似文献

In divalent tin halides, when the halogen is small and highly electronegative (F, Cl), the tin valence orbitals are hybridized, the tin(II) non-bonded electron pair is located on one of the hybrid orbitals, and the resulting large electric field gradient gives a large quadrupole splitting. The reaction of barium chloride and tin difluoride in aqueous solutions, for large BaCl2.2H2O/SnF2 ratios (>10) results in the precipitation of a white powdered material, which is identified by X-ray diffraction to be BaCIF. However, Tin-119 Mossbauer spectroscopy shows the material contains a fairly large amount of divalent tin in the Sn2+ ionic form, with unhybridized orbitals, like in SnCl2. Using X-ray diffraction, we have established that Sn2+ ions substitute 15% of the Ba2+ ions at random, and chemical analysis shows the material has the formula Ba5.66SnCl7.30F6.04 and thus is enriched in chlorine. 相似文献

Substituted ]-(6-methoxy-2-benzothiazolyt)-2-pyridones were prepared from 2-amino-6-methoxybenzathiazate through N-(6-methoxy-2-benzothiazotyl) cyanvorearmileaznd-3-aryl-N-(6-methoxy-2-benzothiazolyt)-2-cyano-2-propenamides. Low molecular weight epoxidized natural rubber has been crosslinked within seconds by UV irradiation in the presence of a triarylsulfonium salt. The photoinitiated cationic ring-opening polymerization was studied quantitatively by infrared spectroscopy and shown to proceed with surprisingly long kinetic chains in such solid medium. The high conversion (60%) needed for complete insolubilization, together with the presence of tetrahydrofuran structures, argue in favor of an intramolecular polymerization process involving neighboring epoxy groups. The photoinitiator concentration has a strong influence on the rate and extent of the reaction, as well as on the depth of cure profile. Because of an efficient dark process, close to 100% conversion was reached upon storage of the irradiated elastomer at ambient, with a concomitant increase of the gel fraction and the polymer hardness. The grafting of pendent acrylate groups onto the polymer chain leads to a three-fold decrease of the initial rate of polymerization of the epoxide. The photocuring of natural rubber bearing both epoxy and acrylate groups generates a dual polymer network which combines the properties of the two moieties. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

A novel voltammetric sensor, based on single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT) dispersed in Nafion and modified glassy carbon
electrode (GCE), was fabricated and used to determine the trace amounts of dihydromyricetin (DMY). The electrochemical behavior
of DMY at this sensor was investigated in 0.1 mol L−1 sulfuric acid solutions + 0.1 mol L−1 NaCl by cyclic voltammetry and squarewave voltammetry. Compared with bare GCE, the electrode presented an excellent response
of DMY through an adsorption-controlled quasi-reversible process. Under the optimum conditions, the response peak currents
were linear relationship with the DMY concentrations in the range of 1.0 × 10−7–1.0 × 10−5 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 9 × 10−8 mol L−1. Based on this voltammetric sensor, a simple and sensitive electroanalytical method for DMY was proposed and applied to quantitative

The unprecedented nucleophilic tribromomethylation of N-(tert-butanesulfinyl)imines with bromoform has been shown to be a highly stereoselective and practical method for the synthesis of enantiomerically pure α-tribromomethyl amines. THF has proven to be the best solvent in this addition reaction. By changing the reaction solvent from THF to DMF, 2,2-dibromoaziridines can also be synthesized directly from bromoform and N-(tert-butanesulfinyl)imines under similar reaction conditions. 相似文献

The present study revealed a surprising valence transformation of copper (Cu) in the sintering process of mixtures of copper chloride dihydrate (CuCl(2)·2H(2)O) with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in ambient atmosphere. Such a transformation in Cu valence states can be modulated by changing the initial molar ratio (IMR) of CuCl(2)·2H(2)O to β-CD in the mixtures. Firstly, as the value of IMR decreased, the content of cuprous chloride (CuCl) decreased, while the content of cupric oxide (CuO) increased gradually. That is to say, there is an unambiguous IMR-dependence of the contents of CuCl and CuO formed. However, such a controllable valence transformation from Cu(II) to Cu(I) to Cu(II) did not happen in nitrogen atmosphere. Secondly, the in situ composite of CuCl and CuO produced a highly ordered structure of self-assembled nanowires, intertwined, with a diameter of 30 to 50 nm. Furthermore, electronic structural analysis provided direct evidence that the Cu-Cl and Cu-O bonds in this composite material were simultaneously impaired by self-assembled growth. Finally, we noticed that the photoluminescence property of CuCl was regulated through the formation of composites with CuO. In addition, this in situ composite synthesis technique was used to modify the magnetic property of CuO. Furthermore, the anomalous ferromagnetic behaviour of the CuO nanocrystal was observed and explained. In short, this work not only demonstrates a flexible and easily controllable valence transformation of Cu, but also provides a novel approach for constructing inorganic nanocomposite materials. The chemical and enzymatic deposition of polyaniline (PANI) films by in situ polymerization was studied and the resulting films were characterized. The film formation and polymerization processes were simultaneously monitored by the evolution of the open circuit potential and quartz-crystal microbalance measurements. Different substrates, such as Indium-Tin oxide electrodes and gold-coated quartz-crystal electrodes were used as substrates for PANI deposition. Electroactive PANI films were successfully deposited by in situ enzymatic polymerization at low oxidation potential. The electrogravimetric response of the enzymatically deposited PANI film was studied by cyclic voltammetry in monomer-free acidic medium. The morphology of the films was observed by scanning electron microscopy, revealing a granular structure in enzymatically deposited PANI. The PANI films were also characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron and Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy. The simultaneous use of quartz crystal microbalance and open circuit potential is presented as a very useful technique to monitor enzymatic reactions involving oxidoreductases. 相似文献
