The title centrosymmetric cluster octakis(4-iso­propyl­pyridine-N)-di-μ4-oxo-hexa-μ3-oxo-octa-μ2-oxo-deca­oxo­octa­molyb­denum(V)­dimolybdenum(VI), [Mo10O26(C8H11N)8], consists of ten Mo atoms connected together by bridging oxo groups. Pentavalent Mo atoms are linked into four Mo2V pairs by metal–metal single bonds with lengths of 2.5637 (6) and 2.6132 (6) Å.  相似文献

We report on helical coordination networks that were prepared using a hexanuclear manganese metallamacrocycle as a helical tecton. We were able to prepare the three-dimensional helical coordination networks using a hexanuclear manganese metallamacrocycle, [Mn(6)(lshz)(6)], as a helical tecton, where N-lauroyl salicylhydrazide (H(3)lshz) was used as the primary building unit to generate the helical tecton as a secondary building unit. While the 4(1)/4(3) screw symmetry-linked helical coordination network was obtained when the primary building units had an N-acetyl group, both the 3(1)/3(2) screw symmetry-linked and the 4(1)/4(3) screw symmetry-linked helical coordination networks were obtained simultaneously in the same batch when the primary building unit had a long alkyl N-lauroyl group at the N-acetyl site.  相似文献

The hydrazones 3a,b , prepared from phenylhydrazine ( 1 ) and dialkyl 2‐oxopropane‐1,3‐dicarboxylate ( 2a,b ) were converted in concentrated sulfuric acid at ?5 °C into a mixture of alkyl (3‐carboxyindol‐2‐yl)acetates ( 5a,b ), and ethyl (5‐ethoxy‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl)acetate 6 . The hydrazone 8 , prepared from 1 and ethyl acetoacetate ( 7 ) was transformed under the same conditions into a mixture of five compounds: ethyl 2‐methylindol‐3‐carboxylate ( 9 ), 2‐methylindol‐3‐carboxylic acid ( 10 ), 2‐methylindol ( 11 ), 5‐ethoxy‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole ( 12 ), and 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐one ( 13 ).  相似文献

From heteroarylaminomethyleneoxazolones 4 , obtained from N-heteroarylformamidines 2 and 2-phenyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazole ( 3 ), the following β-heteroarylamino-α,β-dehydro-α-amino acid derivatives were prepared: methyl 8 and ethyl esters 9 , amides 10 and 11 , hydrazides 12 , and azides 15 . By catalytic hydrogenation the compounds 4 were converted into β-heteroarylamino substituted amides 18 and β-heteroarylamino-α-amino acids 20 .  相似文献

Good quality, highly monodispersed capped copper metal nanoparticles have been synthesised in a non-hydrolytic approach using thermal decomposition of the Cu(II) precursor [Cu(OCH(Me)CH2NMe2)2] in a hot coordinating solvent without further reducing agents; the copper nanoparticles have been characterised by optical spectroscopy (UV/VIS), electron microscopy (TEM), electron diffraction (SAED), and dynamic light scattering (DLS).  相似文献

The title complex, μ‐octane‐1,8‐dioato‐bis[bis(3‐aminopyridine)chloro(methanol)cobalt(II)], [Co2(C8H12O4)Cl2(C5H6N2)4(CH4O)2], is located on a crystallographic centre of inversion. The coordination around each of the Co centres is distorted octa­hedral, involving two N, three O and one Cl atom. The expert system CARBON is built around a knowledge base consisting of spectra/structure correlations, tables of data, mathematical formulae and graph-theory procedures and on a data base of 2500 assigned 13C-NMR spectra. The built-in knowledge enables the user to obtain suggestions for solutions to problems of different types arising in 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Use of the system is facilitated by appropriate command files, large on-line help files, and user-friendly dialogue. The system can be used with spectrometries other than 13C-NMR and in other fields concerned with correlations between chemical structures and properties.  相似文献

Multiple-species plasma-stability testing and pharmacokinetic studies in rats and dogs were performed on LK-157, a novel 10-ethylidene tricyclic carbapenem and potent inactivator of β-lactamases of classes A, C, and D. An LC–MS–MS method was developed and validated for analysis of LK-157 in rat and dog plasma. Separation was achieved on a C18 column by gradient elution. The lower limit of quantification for LK-157 in plasma was 50 ng mL?1. Intra-day and inter-day precision were <12.5 and <11.8%, respectively. When degradation of LK-157 was assessed in buffer solutions and in rat, dog, and human plasma, the compound was found to be stable in pH 7.0–9.0 phosphate buffer for 24 h at room temperature, and in human plasma for 60 min at 37 °C. The stability of LK-157 was species-dependent. Results from study of in vitro metabolism showed that the enzymes liver cytochrome P450 and uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferase do not metabolize LK-157. LC–MS–MS was also successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study. The pharmacokinetics of LK-157 after bolus intravenous administration (10 mg kg?1) to Wistar rats and Beagle dogs was described by a two-compartment pharmacokinetic model. Human pharmacokinetic data were extrapolated from dog pharmacokinetic data. The extrapolated human terminal-phase half-life of LK-157 was 2.3 h. Stability and pharmacokinetic data for LK-157 are in agreement with results for other inactivators of β-lactamases.  相似文献
