飞秒激光能够在极短时间内烧蚀炸药产生高温高压等离子体。可以利用飞秒激光对含能材料或含能元器件进行精密加工。深入认识飞秒激光烧蚀炸药过程中,炸药内部的热效应是发展飞秒激光加工炸药技术的基础。建立了单脉冲飞秒激光烧蚀炸药过程的流固耦合计算模型,考虑了在高温高压等离子体和炸药自热反应的共同作用下,炸药内部的热效应。对飞秒激光烧蚀TNT炸药过程进行了流体力学数值模拟。计算结果表明:TNT炸药中未烧蚀区域产生了热效应,峰值温度高于TNT炸药的点火温度,但由于炸药内热效应区域极小,高温持续时间极短,因此炸药内温度迅速下降,没有发生点火现象。 相似文献

The anechoic performance and mechanism of underwater elastic spherical shell covered with coating are studied at low frequencies.The acoustic cloak is anisotropic material,which can be designed with homogeneous isotropic materials on the basis of effective medium approximation theory.The analytic expression of scattering acoustic field from the shell covered with multilayered medium is formulated and the scattering form function,resonance mode,acoustic field distribution are computed,the scattering characteristics and mechanism of transmission are analyzed.The results show that the direction of sound transmission inside the multilayered medium is changed,the acoustic field is deflected gradually,and the acoustic energy flux is guided around the target,which reduces the scattering intensity at low frequencies,the acoustic intensity of target's surface is very weak.Excepting the first resonance peak in spectrum produced by the zero order partial wave,the other resonance modes of elastic spherical shell are not excitated and the multilayered medium can suppress the resonance of the spherical shell effectively. 相似文献

Polymer scaffold systems consisting of poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) were investigated for possible application as a matrix for the three-dimensional growth of chondrocyte culture. The PHBV scaffolds were fabricated by a compression moulding, thermal processing and salt particulate leaching method without using organic solvent. The porous structure of the scaffolds was investigated with an optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the porosity was calculated. Then, the chondrocytes were cultured on the PHBV scaffolds for lone time to investigate whether it can be applied to construct the cartilage tissue in vitro. The results showed that the chondrocytes maintained their activity, fully expressed their phenotype and produced the extracellular matrix after incubation in vitro on the scaffolds for 7 days. In addition, in the prolonged incubation time, the percent of chondrocytes in their nature round morphology increased with an increase in the incubation period and they could synthesize the type II collagen and cartilage-specific proteoglycans. All of these results showed that the PHBV scaffolds had the potential to be used as chondrocytes carrier for cartilage engineering. 相似文献

Poly(butylene succinate) (PBSU) can be easily synthesized by condensation polymerization of the starting materials of succinic acid and butan-1,4-diol. It has good degradability and possesses excellent processability. Due to these advantages, PBSU was first evaluated in the present study for its potential application as a novel biomaterial. The in vitro biocompatibility of the PBSU was evaluated by monitoring proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts cultured on the PBSU film substrates for different periods. The results showed that the PBSU was biocompatible as the osteoblasts could proliferate and differentiate on the PBSU plates. In addition, the hydrolytic degradation behavior of the PBSU films in the phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was also investigated and the results suggested that the PBSU degraded in the PBS solution with the same behavior as that of the degradable poly(alpha-hydroxyesters). In addition to the biocompatibility and hydrolytic degradation, some physical properties, including hydrophilicity, and mechanical and thermal properties of the PBSU substrates, were also determined and the results revealed that the PBSU was hydrophilic and ductile with excellent processability. The biocompatibility of the PBSU, together with the advantages of hydrolytic degradability, hydrophilicity, and excellent processability, indicated that PBSU has the potential to be used as a biomaterial for tissue repair. Hydrogenated carbon nitride (a-CN:H) films were deposited on n-type (1 0 0) silicon substrates making use of direct current radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (DC-RF-PECVD), using a gas mixture of CH4 and N2 as the source gas in range of N2/CH4 flow ratio from 1/3 to 3/1 (sccm). The deposition rate, composition and bonding structure of the a-CN:H films were characterized by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR). The mechanical properties of the deposited films were evaluated using nano-indentation test. It was found that the parameter for the DC-RF-PECVD process had significant effects on the growth rate, structure and properties of the deposited films. The deposition rate of the films decreased clearly, while the N/C ratio in the films increased with increasing N2/CH4 flow ratio. CN radicals were remarkably formed in the deposited films at different N2/CH4 flow ratio, and their contents are related to the nitrogen concentrations in the deposited films. Moreover, the hardness and Young’s modulus of the a-CN:H films sharply increased at first with increasing N2/CH4 flow ratio, then dramatically decreased with further increase of the N2/CH4 flow ratio, and the a-CN:H film deposited at 1/1 had the maximum hardness and Young’s modulus. Tannase has been extensively applied to synthesize gallic acid esters. Bioimprinting technique can evidently enhance transesterification-catalyzing performance of tannase. In order to promote the practical utilization of the modified tannase, a few enzymatic characteristics of the enzyme and its kinetic and thermodynamics properties in synthesis of propyl gallate by transesterification in anhydrous medium have been studied. The investigations of pH and temperature found that the imprinted tannase holds an optimum activity at pH?5.0 and 40?°C. On the other hand, the bioimprinting technique has a profound enhancing effect on the adapted tannase in substrate affinity and thermostability. The kinetic and thermodynamic analyses showed that the modified tannase has a longer half-time of 1,710?h at 40?°C; the kinetic constants, the activation energy of reversible thermal inactivation, and the activation energy of irreversible thermal inactivation, respectively, are 0.054?mM, 17.35?kJ?mol?1, and 85.54?kJ?mol?1 with tannic acid as a substrate at 40?°C; the free energy of Gibbs (??G) and enthalpy (??H) were found to be 97.1 and 82.9?kJ?mol-1 separately under the same conditions. 相似文献

研究了新试剂5-[4-(3-N-甲基麻黄素丙氧基)苯基]-10,15,20-三(4-甲氧苯基)卟啉溴化物与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应,试验表明,在pH4的HOAc-NaOAc缓冲溶液中,沸水浴加热7min,形成M:R=2:3的络合物,λmax=418nm,在0~200μg·L-1范围内吸光度与Cu(Ⅱ)的浓度符合比耳定律,加入乙醇能提高灵敏度,=4.2×105.方法具有灵敏度高及干扰少的特点,用于测定水样中痕量Cu(Ⅱ),结果满意. 相似文献
