High‐energy ionizing radiation is widely used in medical diagnosis and cancer radiation therapy. However, high‐energy radiation can also impose significant damages in healthy tissues during medical treatments via direct DNA damages and indirect damages from production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Therefore, it is urgent to develop highly effective radioprotectants with low toxicities that can meet the increasing needs for alleviating the adverse effects from cancer radiation therapy and nuclear emergency. In this work, strongly catalytic ultrasmall (sub‐5 nm) cysteine‐protected WSe2 dots are employed to protect healthy tissues against radiation via diminishing radiation‐induced free radicals. The WSe2 dots with high surface activities can recover radiation‐induced DNA damages and eliminate the excessive ROS generated from radiation. In vivo experiments confirm that the survival rate of mice treated with WSe2 dots is significantly elevated with radiation damages postponed under exposure to high‐dose ionizing radiation. Furthermore, the free radicals in major organs and hematological system can be appreciably omitted, suggesting their unique role as free radical scavengers. These WSe2 dots in ultrasmall size show rapid renal clearance of ≈74% injection dose via urine excretion in 24 h and do not cause any apparent toxicity in vivo for up to 30 d.  相似文献

We introduce a high-order numerical scheme for fractional ordinary differential equations with the Caputo derivative. The method is developed by dividing the domain into a number of subintervals, and applying the quadratic interpolation on each subinterval. The method is shown to be unconditionally stable, and for general nonlinear equations, the uniform sharp numerical order 3 − $ν$ can be rigorously proven for sufficiently smooth solutions at all time steps. The proof provides a general guide for proving the sharp order for higher-order schemes in the nonlinear case. Some numerical examples are given to validate our theoretical results.  相似文献

McbA was characterized in vitro as a novel amide synthetase in the marinacarbolines A–D biosynthetic pathway, catalyzing amide bond formation between 1-acetyl-3-carboxy-β-carboline (1a) and substituted-β-phenethylamines (1b, 2b, 3b) and tryptamine (4b) in an ATP-dependent manner. Enzyme kinetic analyses highlight β-phenethylamine as the most suitable amine donor. McbA showed broad substrate compatibility with substituted amines; 10 new β-carboline analogues were chemoenzymatically generated.  相似文献

The titanium/silicon mono‐ and co‐doped amorphous carbon films were deposited by mid‐frequency magnetron sputtering Ti target, Si target, and Ti80S20 alloy target, respectively. The effects of doped elements on the composition, surface morphology, microstructure, and mechanical and tribological properties of the films were investigated. The results reveal that the ratio of sp3 and sp2 carbon bonds of the films is regulated between 0.28 and 0.62 by a combination of Ti and Si dopant. The addition of small amounts of silicon leads to an increase in sp3 bonds and disorder degree of the sp2 carbon. The co‐doped film exhibits significantly superior friction performance than the mono‐doped films. The ultra‐low friction (μ < 0.01) was achieved under a load of 2 N in ambient air with 40% RH. By comparing to the mono‐and co‐doped films, it is thought that the sp3/sp2 ratio of the films may play a key role for the superlow friction. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

本文研究运用组合传感器和声压、振速联合信息处理技术进行低品声通过特性的测量。通过特性的背景噪声出非相干的各向同性白噪声和相干的交通干扰组成,交通干扰又分为平稳与非平稳两种,用平均声强器来抗非相干干扰;用交通干扰能量流中心方位抑制技术来抗平稳的相干干扰;对于非平稳的相干干扰而能量流中心方位抑制技术。仿真试验表明效果良好。  相似文献

An asymmetric Michael-type reaction of phosphorus ylides and α,β-unsaturated ketones under the catalysis of a chiral ion pair catalyst has been described. The ion pair catalyst containing a chiral counteranion was prepared by simply mixing 9-amino-(9-deoxy)-epi-quinine with l-N-Boc-proline. The optically active α-methylene-δ-ketoesters could be obtained with good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 95% ee) under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

分析了培养基中的小牛血清、贝血清、水解乳蛋白等几种天然成分和合成培养基TC199对中国马氏珠母贝外套膜组织细胞在体外的生长情况和珍珠质分泌功能的影响,并确定了它们在组成培养基时的适宜含量.其中,贝组织提取物、鸡胚汁对细胞的生长和珍珠质的分泌具有十分重要的作用;5%的小牛血清和10%的贝血清共同使用对维持细胞形促进细胞生长有很好的作用,但单独使用则有一定的负作用.  相似文献
