A convenient procedure for the preparation of aryl trifluoroacetamides from aryl amines is described that employs 2-4 M equiv of trifluoroacetic acid in refluxing xylene as a trifluoroacetylating agent. Addition of an amount of pyridine that is equimolar to the amount of trifluoroacetic acid present in the reaction mixture facilitates the trifluoroacetylation of rather basic arylamines.  相似文献

The spectrofluorometric behavior of a membrane potential-sensitive dye, 1-(3-sulfonatopropyl)-4-[β-{2-(di-N-butylamino)-6-naphthyl}vinyl]pyridinium betaine (di-4-ANEPPS), at the polarized 1,2-dichloroethane/water interface was studied by means of potential-modulated fluorescence (PMF) spectroscopy. The results, combined with those from cyclic and alternating current voltammetry, clearly suggested that the dye adsorbed at the interface underwent a reorientation with increasing the interfacial potential, giving a well-developed PMF response as well as a voltammetric response. In addition to the PMF response, another PMF response was observed by addition of dilauroyl phosphatidylcholine (DLPC). This additional response was well explained in terms of a reorientation of di-4-ANEPPS at the interface, which would be induced by the potential-dependent desorption of DLPC from the interface. Thus, the present study supported the reorientation/solvatochromic mechanism for the membrane potential-sensitive dye rather than the electrochromic mechanism.  相似文献

The self-assembly of folate dendrimers into pi-stacked supramolecular rosettes is shown to produce ion channels in planar and spherical lipid bilayer membranes. Mere chemical generation of ceramide and related double-chain lipids in the membrane of small unilamellar vesicles (SUVs) induces fusion of the vesicles. The lipids can be successfully prepared by dehydrocondensation between single-chain lipids (fatty acids and sphingosine or its analogues) in a lipid bilayer of the SUV by using a combination of 2-chloro-4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine and amphiphilic tertiary amine catalysts, a process that can be compared to a successive enzyme model system for a fatty acyl-CoA synthetase followed by acyltransferase. The SUV spontaneously undergoes membrane fusion upon this internal chemical stimulation by the artificial enzyme system.  相似文献

The fluorescence intensity of 2,3,5,6-tetrakis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine (TPPZ) begins to increase at concentrations of metal ions (Mn+) above the 1:2 ratio of metal ion concentration to the initial concentration of TPPZ ([Mn+]/[TPPZ]0 > 0.5), when a 2:1 complex of TPPZ with Mn+ [(TPPZ)2-Mn+] is converted to a 1:1 complex of TPPZ with Mn+ (TPPZ-Mn+), which exhibits strong fluorescence.  相似文献

The influence of C60 aggregation on time-resolved (TR) electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) of C60 in the excited triplet state was investigated by multifrequency EPR techniques. Temperature-independent X-band (9.7 GHz) TR-EPR spectra were observed in a fresh toluene solution, while temperature-dependent ones were reported in literatures. The experimental spectra in this study indicated that the pseudorotation of pristine C60 in frozen toluene solution is not frozen out even at lower temperatures. Careful investigations of TR-EPR and its decay kinetics demonstrated that the pseudorotation can be affected by C60 aggregation. A comparison between X- and W-band (94.9 GHz) results indicated that the aggregation can be accelerated by a capillary effect. Three decay constants were extracted from the analysis of the decay kinetics. The fastest component was ascribed to the pseudorotation, which was independent of temperature in the range of 10–40 K. The temperature dependences of the decay kinetics showed that the pseudorotation is not affected by C60 aggregation at higher temperatures.  相似文献

We synthesized Eu(III) and Sm(III) complexes with tridentate phosphine oxide ligands, Eu(hfa)(3)(TPPM) and Sm(hfa)(3)(TPPM) (hfa: hexafluoroacetylacetonato, TPPM: tris(diphenylphosphinyl)methane), and we then examined their luminescent properties. In the complexes the Eu(III) and Sm(III) centres were fully surrounded by low-vibrational frequency ligands, which led to relatively high emission quantum yields (Φ(Eu) = 30%, Φ(Sm) = 4.7%). The X-ray single crystal structures of the Eu(hfa)(3)(TPPM) revealed nona-coordinated Eu(III) complexes and C-H/O hydrogen bonding formations between the acidic hydrogen atom of the TPPM ligand and oxygen atoms of solvent molecules. The C-H/O hydrogen bonding slightly affected the coordination structure around the Eu(III) ion. Despite the seemingly small effect on the structural change, because the emission band profile of the (5)D(0)→(7)F(2) transition is sensitive to changes in the coordination environment of the Eu(III) complex, we observed a red shift in the emission spectral line.  相似文献

Band dispersion and transient population of unoccupied electronic states on Si(1 1 1):√3 × √3-Ag surface have been studied by time-resolved (TR) and angle-resolved (AR) two-photon photoemission (2PPE) spectroscopy. The band dispersions originating from unoccupied electronic states have been identified from the comparison between AR-2PPE spectra and angle-resolved one-photon photoemission spectra with synchrotron radiation. A lifetime of unoccupied surface state has been determined from the TR-2PPE spectra.  相似文献

Visible light-responsive TiO2 (Vis-TiO2) thin films able to absorb UV and visible light in wavelength regions of 250–600 nm were successfully developed by applying a radio-frequency magnetron sputtering deposition method. These Vis-TiO2 thin films exhibited high activity for the photocatalytic oxidation of 2-propanol diluted in water even under visible light irradiation (λ ≥ 450 nm). The photocatalytic activity of Vis-TiO2 thin films was dramatically enhanced by the deposition of Pt particles on the surface. Secondary ion mass spectrometry measurements revealed that Pt particles are distributed from the top surface to the deep bulk of Vis-TiO2 thin films with a columnar structure. The unique columnar structure of Vis-TiO2 thin films plays an important role in the high photocatalytic performance.  相似文献
