ZnO films were deposited on c-plane Al2O3 substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The etching treatments for as-grown ZnO films were performed in NH4Cl aqueous solution as a function of NH4Cl concentration and etching time. It was found that NH4Cl solution is an appropriate candidate for ZnO wet etching because of its controllable and moderate etching rate. The influence of etching treatment on the morphology, optical and electrical properties of the ZnO films has been investigated systematically by means of X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscope, photoluminescence and Hall effect. The results indicated that the surface morphology and optical properties of the films were highly influenced by etching treatment. 相似文献

The microstructure, composition and corrosion performance of oxide coatings formed on AM60B alloy using microarc oxidation techniques at different waveforms of applied current densities were investigated within this study. It is found that the use of optimizing current density waveforms, i.e. decaying freely current density in the later stage and stepped decreasing current density, significantly improved the microstructure of oxide coatings compared with the constant current density mode, which are connected with changes in behaviors of spark discharges on the surface in oxidation process. The optimal waveform of current density is showed to be decaying freely current density in the later stage, which results in sealing the originally formed large micropores. The optimisation of the microstructure results in a significant improvement of the corrosion resistance of oxide coating. 相似文献

An analysis is made on the absorption distribution within a cylindrical active medium lamp pumped by means of fused silica light-guides. The performances of the proposed pump cavities are analysed through a non-sequential 3D ray-trace program and are compared to those of three reflective chambers: an elliptical cavity, a close-coupled cavity and a diffusive close-wrap cavity. Two light-guides cavities with eight and nine guides, respectively, were built and tested. High coupling efficiency and a reasonable uniform absorption distribution were registered. An overall laser efficiency of 1% was measured. The proposed cavities have permitted the tailoring of the absorption distribution within the laser rod. 相似文献

Adsorption, desorption and activity of acid phosphatase on various soil colloidal particles and pure clay minerals were studied. Higher adsorption amounts and low percentage of desorption of acid phosphatase were found on fine soil clays (<0.2 μm). Electrostatic force and ligand exchange are the major driving forces that are involved in the adsorption of enzymes on soil clays. More enzyme molecules were adsorbed on soil clays in the presence of organic components. However, enzymes on organic clays were more easily released. One-third of the enzyme on goethite was adsorbed via ligand exchange process. Some other interactions, such as van der Waals force, hydrophobic force and hydrogen bonding may be more important in the adsorption of enzyme on kaolinite and the enzyme in this system cannot be easily removed. Coarse clays (0.2–2 μm) and inorganic soil clays had higher affinities for enzyme molecules than fine clays and organic clays, respectively. The activity of enzyme bound on soil clays was inhibited and the thermal stability was increased in the presence of organic matter. Data obtained in this study are helpful for a better understanding of the interactions of enzymes with inorganic and organic constituents in soil and associated environments. 相似文献

Studies into the interactions between drugs and human serum albumin (HSA) are extremely important for drug discovery, since
HSA behaves as a carrier for external drugs and internal biological molecules. In this paper, to evaluate the pharmacokinetic
and pharmacodynamic properties of dexamethasone (DXM), the interaction between DXM and HSA was studied by capillary electrophoresis–frontal
analysis (CE-FA). According to the Klotz equation, four binding sites between DXM and HSA were obtained, and the average binding
constant was 1.05 × 103 M−1. Furthermore, according to multiple equilibrium theory, based on the assumption that there are two types of binding site,
the binding constant at one site was calculated to be 3.539 × 103 M−1, and the average of the other three was 1.234 × 103 M−1. In addition, to obtain the detailed binding information at each binding site, new equations were deduced by multivariate
regression. The four binding constants of DXM and HSA were calculated to be 5.558 × 101 M−1, 2.158 × 104 M−1, 7.312 × 103 M−1 and 2.043 × 103 M−1, respectively, which is helpful for detailed studies into the interactions between drugs and proteins with multiple binding
sites.

End-channel indirect amperometry is based on the principle of Kohlrausch regulating function (KRF). A dilute electroactive ionic species is added to the background electrolyte as a continuously eluting electrophore, which is used as probe. The probe concentration variation with the omega value of KRF in the sampling zone was described schematically in this report. Either cathodic or anodic electroosmotic flow (EOF) rates were monitored in microchip. There was no significant difference between the values of EOF rates measured by present method and current-monitoring method. Detection of electroactive and nonelectroactive analytes can also be accomplished by indirect amperometric method. Hence, the effective mobility of analytes can be accurately calculated. And the response mechanism of nonelectroactive analytes K(+), Na(+) and Li(+) in the indirect method was speculated. 相似文献

In this paper, we investigated electrochemical properties of polymer multilayers on gold substrates using impedance spectroscopy. The multilayer was prepared by chemoselective ligation between aldehyde- and oxyamine-functionalized polymers via a layer-by-layer approach. The impedance spectra in a buffer solution in the absence of redox species revealed the formation of highly impermeable and defect-free films. The dielectric thickness of the polymer film, which is proportional to the reciprocal of capacitance, linearly increased as the number of deposition layer increased. The defect area of the polymer multilayer was obtained using the faradaic impedance with redox species. The surface coverage of eight polymer layers was determined to be 99.99%. Thus, the layer-by-layer deposition via chemoselective ligation offers a new way to prepare a highly insulating and defect-free polymer layer with finely tunable capacitance as a function of the number of deposition layers. 相似文献

Monolithic silica capillary columns were prepared by a sol-gel process in fused-silica capillaries with an inner diameter of 50 microm and were modified by coating of cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate). Influences of the factors in the modification process on enantiomer separations were investigated. The prepared columns were used to perform enantiomer separations by CEC. Fifteen and two pairs of enantiomers were separated under aqueous and nonaqueous mobile phases, respectively, and most of them were baseline-separated with very high column efficiencies. The Van Deemter curve was found flat under high linear velocity of the mobile phase, which indicated favorable kinetic properties of the prepared columns. Baseline separation of a pair of enantiomers was achieved in 90 s with high-column efficiency by short-end separation under high voltage. 相似文献

A simple method for EOF measurement by detection of sampling zones with end-channel amperometry in microchip CE is developed. This method is based on the principle of the Kohlrausch regulating function (KRF). A dilute electroactive ionic species is added to the BGE as a continuously eluting electrophore which is used as a probe. When a BGE-like sample at a different concentration is injected, a peak of sampling zone appears and the migration time is related to EOF. In a microchip CE with hybrid PDMS/glass channel, a cathodic EOF of the hybrid glass/PDMS microchip was measured by end-channel amperometry; the effects of sample concentration and different probes on EOF rate were discussed. The present method was applied to monitor EOF rates in glass and in PDMS microchips. There was no significant difference between the values of EOF rates measured by the present method and the current-monitoring method. Detection of nonelectroactive analytes K(+), Na(+), and Li(+) can also be accomplished by the indirect amperometric method. Hence, the effective mobility of analyte can be accurately obtained. 相似文献
