A novel reaction-based probe for the dual signaling of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) was investigated. The selective H2S-induced cleavage of the ether linkage of the 7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD) and 7-hydroxycoumarin conjugate resulted in a dual signaling behavior. The colorimetric and fluorogenic signaling behaviors were attributed to the H2S-induced generation of 7-nitrobenzo-2,1,3-oxadiazole-4-thiol (NBD-SH) and 7-hydroxycoumarin, respectively. The signaling behavior was analyzed by ratiometry. The selective signaling of H2S over other common metal ions and anions was possible with a detection limit of 1.6 × 10−6 M in an aqueous DMSO solution.  相似文献

Polyoxometalates K7[α-PW11O39]·14H2O (PW11) modified mesoporous silica (MCM-48) with cubic structure, was prepared by impregnation and calcination methods. The modified mesoporous silica sorbent (PW11/MCM-48) was studied as a potential adsorbent for U(VI) from aqueous solutions. MCM-48 and PW11/MCM-48 were confirmed by X-ray diffraction and nitrogen physisorption techniques. The results indicate the original keggin structure of PW11 and mesoporous structure of MCM-48 are maintained after supporting PW11 on mesoporous silica MCM-48. The effects of contact time, solid-to-liquid ratio (m/V), solution pH and ionic strength on U(VI) sorption behaviors of the pure and modified mesoporous silicas were also studied. Typical sorption isotherms such as Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms were determined for sorption process. The results suggest that the sorption of U(VI) on MCM-48 or PW11/MCM-48 are strongly dependent on pH values but independent of ionic strength. The sorption capacity of PW11/MCM-48 for U(VI) is about ten times more than that of MCM-48.  相似文献

The magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticle was functionalized by covalently grafting amine group with (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxy silane, and the Fe3O4–NH2 nanoparticle and the Fe3O4 nanoparticle were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, and X-ray diffraction. And the results indicated the amine-group was immobilized successfully on the surface of Fe3O4. The adsorption behavior of uranium from aqueous solution by the Fe3O4 nanoparticle and the Fe3O4–NH2 nanoparticle was investigated using batch experiments. The pH of initial aqueous solution at 5.0 and 6.0 were in favour of adsorption of uranium, and the adsorption percentage of uranium by the Fe3O4 nanoparticle and the Fe3O4–NH2 nanoparticle were 81.2 and 95.6 %, respectively. In addition, the adsorption of uranium ions could be well-described by the Langmuir, Freundlich isotherms and pseudo-second kinetic models. The monolayer adsorption maximum capacity of the Fe3O4 nanoparticle and the Fe3O4–NH2 nanoparticle were 85.35 and 268.49 mg/g at 298.15 K, respectively, which indicate the adsorption capacity the Fe3O4 nanoparticle was improved by amine functionalization.  相似文献

The mass of the tritium produced in 6Li(n,α)T reaction was obtained by quantitatively analyzing the byproduct 4He with mass spectrometer. The self-expending seal method was employed to quantitatively prepare the Li–Pb alloy targets in room temperature. They were irradiated for 2 h in two rabbit irradiation channels in Xi’an pulsed reactor and measured after cooling 15 days. A sample purifying unit was set up to get rid of the hydrogen isotopes to remarkably reduce the interference to helium isotopes when measuring. And the sample disposal platform including purifying unit was testified with simulative gas and nature atmosphere. The targets were melted at 700 °C to release most of the 4He atoms which were measured by adding dilution gas 3He. And it was testified that 4He had released completely by repetitiously melting the targets. This approach had solved the problem that the tritium couldn’t be accurately determined by directly analyzing it because of non-complete releasing from lithium alloy.  相似文献

近年来,我们基于1,1'-联萘基-2,2'-二酚(BINOL)为手性源成功地发展了一类多手性中心化合物联萘-2-芳甲羟基-2'-醇(Ar-BINMOLs),它是BINOL的单苄醚化合物经过不对称[1,2]-Wittig重排合成得到的,涉及C—O键的断裂与新C—C的构建反应,由轴手性诱导产生新的碳手性中心,结构独特新颖,同时具有C2轴手性和sp3碳手性的光学纯醇酚类化合物.目前,Ar-BINMOLs作为新型手性配体应用于不对称催化反应已有不少的报道.基于BINOL衍生物以及近几年Ar-BINMOLs及其衍生物的研究进展,重点阐述了其作为新型手性配体或手性骨架在不对称催化反应中的应用研究进展.  相似文献

By connecting a quinine or quinidine moiety to the peptoid chain through the C9‐position carbamate group, we synthesized two new chiral selectors. After immobilizing them onto 3‐mercaptopropyl‐modified silica gel, two novel chiral stationary phases were prepared. With neutral, acid, and basic chiral compounds as analytes, we evaluated these two stationary phases and compared their chromatographic performance with chiral columns based on quinine tert‐butyl carbamate and the previous peptoid. From the resolution of neutral and basic analytes under normal‐phase mode, it was found that the new stationary phases exhibited much better enantioselectivity than the quinine tert‐butyl carbamate column; the peptoid moiety played an important role in enantiorecognition, which controlled the elution orders of enantiomers; the assisting role of the cinchona alkaloid moieties was observed in some separations. Under acid polar organic phase mode, it was proved that cinchona alkaloid moieties introduced excellent enantiorecognitions for chiral acid compounds; in some separations, the peptoid moiety affected enantioseparations as well. Overall, chiral moieties with specific enantioselectivity were demonstrated to improve the performance of peptoid chiral stationary phase efficiently.  相似文献

The herbal combination is the basic unit of a herbal formula that affects the chemical characteristics of individual herbs. In the present study, a method of simultaneous determination of the 11 marker compounds in Jakyakgamcho‐tang was developed using high‐performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection. The validated analytical method was successfully applied to approach the chemical interaction between Paeonia lactiflora and Glycyrrhiza uralensis in co‐decoction. In P. lactiflora, the contents of gallic acid, oxypaeoniflorin, (+)‐catechin, paeoniflorin, and benzoylpaeoniflorin were decreased, while those of albiflorin and benzoic acid were increased; in G. uralensis, the contents of liquiritin, isoliquiritin, ononin, and glycyrrhizin were decreased, when decocting two herbs together. Moreover, as the ratio between P. lactiflora and G. uralensis was increased, the contents of chemical contents from each herb were proportionally increased. However, each content of marker compound per the gram of herbal medicine was decreased as the ratio of combinative herbs increased. The results showed that P. lactiflora and G. uralensis affect the extraction efficiency of chemical compounds in a Jakyakgamcho‐tang decoction. Overall, the method established in this study was simple, rapid, and accurate, and would be useful for the determination of marker compounds and for the investigation of the chemical interaction between herbal medicines.  相似文献

Detection of pathogenic bacteria that pose a great risk to human health requires a rapid, convenient, reliable, and sensitive detection method. In this study, we developed a selective filtration method using monoclonal antibody (MAb)–magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) nanocomposites for the rapid and sensitive colorimetric detection of Salmonella typhimurium. The method contains two key steps: the immunomagnetic separation of the bacteria using MAb–MNP nanocomposites and the filtration of the nanocomposite-bound bacteria. Color signals from the nanocomposites remaining on the membrane were measured, which reflected the amount of bacteria in test samples. Immunomagnetic capture efficiencies of 8 to 90 % for various concentrations of the pathogen (2?×?104–2?×?101 cells) were obtained. After optimization of the method, 2?×?101 cells of S. typhimurium in pure culture solution was detectable as well as in artificially inoculated vegetables (100 cells/g). The method was confirmed to be highly specific to S. typhimurium without cross-reaction to other pathogenic bacteria and could be concluded within 45 min, yielding results in a shorter or similar time period as compared with recently reported antibody immobilized on magnetic-particle-based methods. This study also demonstrated direct application of MAb–MNP nanocomposites without a dissociation step of bacteria from magnetic beads in colorimetric assays in practice.  相似文献

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)constructed from conjugated organic ligands are candidates for hybrid photoactive materials with potential applications.Compared to that from the ligands only,the intensity and wavelength of the luminescence could be tuned after they were incorporated in extended framework.In this report,by using an organic ligand with azolate moiety,benzo-bis(imidazole)(H2BBI),we synthesized two new MOF structures.Framework 1([Co(H2BBI)(DMSO)2Cl2]n,DMSO=dimethyl sulfoxide),constructed from tetrahedral Co(II)and H2BBI,exhibits zigzag 1D structure.Meanwhile,framework 2([Cu2(H2BBI)3(DMSO)6(NO3)4]n),a layered structure with hcb topology,was assembled from tetragonal pyramidal Cu(II)and H2BBI.Furthermore,2 exhibits strong luminescence emission(ex=280 nm).A blue shift of 40 nm(from 359 nm to 319 nm)was observed in framework 2 compared to the free ligand,which could be explained by the ligand-to-metal charge transfer in the network.  相似文献

A series of neutral bimetallic lanthanide aryloxides p-C6H4[OLnL(THF)n]2 [Ln = Y(1), Yb(2), Sm(3)(n = 1) and La(4)(n = 2), L = Me2NCH2CH2N{CH2-(2-O–C6H2–tBu2-3,5)}2] and alkoxides p-C6H4CH2[OLnL(THF)]2 [Ln = Y(5), Yb(6)] supported by an amine-bridged bis(phenolate) ligand have been synthesized through one-pot reactions of Ln(C5H5)3(THF), LH2 with p-benzenediol and 1,4-benzenedimethanol, respectively. All complexes have been fully characterized by elemental analyses, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, and IR and multi-nuclear NMR spectroscopy(in the cases of 1, 4 and 5). Study of their catalytic behavior revealed that, in general, all complexes are efficient initiators for the polymerization of rac-lactide(LA) and rac-β-butyrolactone(BBL), except for 3 and 4 in the case of BBL. The influence imposed by lanthanides of different ionic radii and initiating groups of different structures on the activity, controllability, and stereoselectivity of polymerization were systematically studied and compared. Highly heterotactic PLA(Pr up to 0.99) and syndiotactic PHB(Pr ≈ 0.81) with high molecular weight and narrow polydispersity formed and were automatically capped with hydroxyl functionality at both ends.  相似文献
