A novel gap-plasmon-tunable Ag bilayer nanoparticle film for immunoassays is demonstrated. Different from a traditional Ag monolayer nanoparticle film, a desired number of polyelectrolyte (PEL) layers are deposited on the nanoparticles before the self-assembly of a second Ag nanoparticle layer. Interestingly, by controlling the number of the PEL interlayers, the gap plasmon between the two Ag nanoparticle layers can be tuned across the visible spectral range. The ability of the presented Ag bilayer nanoparticle films in fluorescence enhancement has been examined experimentally. A maximal enhancement of around 15.4 fold was achieved when 7 layers of polyelectrolyte were used. When this optimal Ag bilayer nanoparticle film was applied to fluorescence immunoassay, a performance with approximately 3.3-fold enhancement was obtained compared with that performed on a traditional glass substrate. The experimental results suggest that the presented gap-plasmon tunable Ag bilayer nanoparticle films have great potential in fluorescence-based immunoassays. The method of the bilayer-film construction presented here also provides new insights into the rational design of the plasmonic substrates.  相似文献

理论研究了有ITO(indium tin oxide)透明导电膜的多层平面分层介质系统的电磁性能,给出的理论曲线和实测曲线符合很好.多层平面分层介质系统的电磁性能与ITO膜(方块电阻为8Ω)所在界面位置和平面分层介质系统层数及各层厚度等有关.优化设计了一种含有ITO透明导电膜的厚度仅7.35mm的四层平面分层介质系统,其在8—18GHz频段内电磁波反射性能很好.作为多层平面分层系统中的ITO导电膜,其方块电阻应低于30Ω,并且越小,其反射性能越好. 关键词: 多层平面介质系统 电磁性能 ITO透明导电膜  相似文献

Based on the beyond-mean-field Skyrme–Hartree–Fock model, impurity effects of the Λhyperon in the hypernuclear systems ${}_{\,{\rm{\Lambda }}}^{25}$ Mg and ${}_{\,{\rm{\Lambda }}}^{29}$ Si are investigated, respectively. Four cases, in which the Λhyperon occupies the single-particle orbitals ${\rm{\Lambda }}$[000]${\tfrac{1}{2}}^{+}$, ${\rm{\Lambda }}$[110]${\tfrac{1}{2}}^{-}$, ${\rm{\Lambda }}$[101]${\tfrac{3}{2}}^{-}$ and ${\rm{\Lambda }}$[101]${\tfrac{1}{2}}^{-}$, are focused. In each case, the potential energy surface and the energy curves projected on certain angular momenta are employed to show the influence of the Λhyperon on the nuclear core. Beside the shrinkage effect that is induced by the Λhyperon occupying the sΛ orbital, it is found that the Λhyperon on the pΛ orbital, ${\rm{\Lambda }}$[110]${\tfrac{1}{2}}^{-}$, drives the nuclear core toward a prolate shape, while the ones on the other two pΛ orbitals, ${\rm{\Lambda }}$[101]${\tfrac{3}{2}}^{-}$ and ${\rm{\Lambda }}$[101]${\tfrac{1}{2}}^{-}$, drive the nuclear core toward an oblate shape. The energy spectra and the corresponding intra-band E2 transition rates for the rotational bands are given as a prediction for future experiments.  相似文献

Transport models cannot simultaneously explain very recent data on pion multiplicities and pion charged ratios from central collision of Sn+Sn at 0.27 A GeV.This stimulates further investigations on the pion dispersion relation,in-medium Nπ→Δ cross sections,and Δ→Nπ decay widths near the threshold energy or at subthreshold energy of pion production in isospin asymmetric nuclear matter.In this study,the pion dispersion relation,in-medium Nπ→Δ cross section,and Δ→Nπ decay width near the threshold energy are investigated in isospin asymmetric nuclear matter by using the one-boson-exchange model.With the consideration of the energy conservation effect,the in-medium Nπ→Δ cross sections are enhanced at s1/2 <1.11 GeV in a nuclear medium.The prediction of pion multiplicity and π-/π+ ratios near the threshold energy could be modified if this effect is considered in transport model simulations.  相似文献

Cryptographic algorithm is the most commonly used method of information security protection for many devices. The secret key of cryptographic algorithm is usually stored in these devices’ registers. In this paper, we propose an electromagnetic information leakage model to investigate the relationship between the electromagnetic leakage signal and the secret key. The registers are considered as electric dipole models to illustrate the source of the electromagnetic leakage. The equivalent circuit of the magnetic field probe is developed to bridge the output voltage and the electromagnetic leakage signal. Combining them, the electromagnetic information leakage model’s function relationship can be established. Besides, an electromagnetic leakage model based on multiple linear regression is proposed to recover the secret key and the model’s effectiveness is evaluated by guess entropy. Near field tests are conducted in an unshielded ordinary indoor environment to investigate the electromagnetic side-channel information leakage. The experiment result shows the correctness of the proposed electromagnetic leakage model and it can be used to recover the secret key of the cryptographic algorithm.  相似文献

We derive a simple analytical expression for the electric potential produced by a point charge in a cylindrical pore with relative permittivity different from that of the surrounding medium. The interface between the pore and the surrounding media may contain electric charge or be electrically neutral. The expression reduces to the known solutions when the surrounding dielectric medium is identical to the pore or an electric conductor. We discuss the convergence of the series expansion and numerically evaluate the electrostatic potential inside the cylindrical pore. The calculated potential shows the effect of the dielectric permittivity difference of the media. The results demonstrate that the expression can be implemented in a numerical dynamic simulation of charged systems in cylindrical geometry. We also give an expression for the case when the source charge is in the medium outside the cylinder.  相似文献

The interaction between neuroglobin (Ngb) and caffeine was studied by spectroscopy. UV-Vis spectra revealed that caffeine did not influence the native hexa-coordinated heme structure of neuroglobin. Fluorescence spectra indicated that caffeine could quench the intrinsic fluorescence of neuroglobin through static quenching mechanisms. The calculated thermodynamic parameters showed that the electrostatic force was the main intermolecular force in the reaction. Results also indicated that the microenvironmental changes of tryptophan and tyrosine residues within neuroglobin are inapparent. Furthermore, the circular dichroism (CD) spectra implied that caffeine could induce the formation of α-helix structure of neuroglobin.  相似文献

Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy in combination with thermal methods were used to identify and characterize Mn2+ in the Chinese loess that is a multimineral system. EPR spectra of the loess samples from the classic loess-paleosol section in central China show the presence of trace amounts of Mn2+; whereas paleosol samples present no Mn2+ EPR signal. The spectral changes upon step heating from room temperature to 1000 °C suggest that this EPR signal in the loess arises from Mn substituted into CaCO3. This study provides a direct evidence that the loess-paleosol profiles were formed under the changing redox conditions caused by a past climatic change.  相似文献
