以水溶性C60和TiO2粒子为前驱体,采用水热法制备了载有C60的锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粒子。应用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、荧光光谱对产物进行了表征。以对-硝基苯酚为模型污染物研究了产物的光催化活性,结果表明适量负载C60可以提高TiO2纳米粒子的光催化活性,C60起着传输电子、促进TiO2光生载流子分离的作用,且经7次循环使用后对-硝基苯酚的降解效率仍能达到74%。讨论了载有C60的TiO2纳米粒子光催化降解对-硝基苯酚的机理。  相似文献

以树枝状大分子修饰的硅胶为载体,戊二醛为交联剂,对氨基酰化酶进行固定化研究。考察了树枝状大分子的代数、戊二醛浓度、反应温度与时间对氨基酰化酶固定化效果的影响,并且考察了该固定化酶的最佳酶解条件。结果表明,随着树枝状大分子代数的增加,固定化的酶量随之增大,同时,固定后的酶仍然保持较高的活性。  相似文献

A novel and efficient synthetic method of atorvastatin was described.The key step of the synthesis was the construction of the olefin linkage between the chiral side chain and skeleton via a Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction,resulting in the advanced intermediate of atorvastatin under hydrogenation of the olefin over Pd/C.This novel method is more useful for the practical synthesis of atorvastatin than its document reported methods.  相似文献

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third commonest malignancy cancer worldwide. Clear understandings of global metabolic profiling of the normal mucosa and cancer tissues are vitally important to aid optimizing the clinical management strategy and understanding CRC biology. We studied metabolic characteristics of 20 CRC and 20 distant normal mucosa tissues extracts from 20 patients using high resolution 1H NMR spectroscopy in conjunction with multivariate analyses, such as principal component analysis (PCA). Compared with distant normal mucosa tissues, lactate, taurine, ornithine and polyamine were present at significantly higher levels in CRC tissue extracts whereas myo‐inositol was present at significantly lower level. Two metabolites ratios such as myo‐inositol/taurine and myo‐inositol/(ornithine+polyamine) appear to be the most valuable biomarkers for the differentiation CRC from normal mucosa tissues. Our data suggested that HR 1H NMR spectroscopy combined with multivariate analyses is a potentially useful technology for detecting malignant changes in the normal mucosa tissues, the technique may be further exploited for future CRC biomarker research or identification of targets for therapeutic manipulations.  相似文献

A cobalt(11) complex containing mixed-ligands of 1,10-phenathroline(phen) and glycollic acid(GA).|Co(GA)2(phen)| was synthesized and its structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction.The interaction of the complex with DNA was investigated by electronic absorption spectra and electrochemical methods.Electronic absorption spectrum experiments showed that after interaction with DNA.the characteristic absorption peaks of |Co(GA)2(phen)| underwent hypochromic effect as well as redshift. Also,the binding strength of 3.8×104L/mol was estimated by titration method.Electrochemical assays revealed that the redox peak currents of the complex decreased obviously accompanied by a positive shift of the formal potential after association with DNA.All these results revealed that the synthesized cobalt complex bound with DNA via an intercalation mode.  相似文献

Precipitation polymerizations of divinylbenzene(DVB) in pure supercritical carbon dioxide,and parallel runs with presence of a cosolvent were carried out.The results showed that use of acetone as the cosolvent contributed greatly to the formation of the monodisperse microspheres.PDVB microspheres,with obviously higher uniformity than reported up to date,were achieved using 6-7 mL of acetone in a reactor of 50 mL with DVB concentration of 0.4 mol/L under 16 MPa,a much lower pressure than previously reported without use of cosolvent.  相似文献

As the oil and gas industries continue to increase their activity in deep water, gas hydrate hazards will become more serious and challenging, both at present and in the future. Accurate predictions of the hydrate-free zone and the suitable addition of salts and/or alcohols in preparing drilling fluids are particularly important both in preventing hydrate problems and decreasing the cost of drilling operations. In this paper, we compared several empirical correlations commonly used to estimate the hydrate inhibition effect of aqueous organic and electrolyte solutions using experiments with ethylene glycol (EG) as a hydrate inhibitor. The results show that the Najibi et al. correlation (for single and mixed thermodynamic inhibitors) and the Ostergaard et al. empirical correlation (for single thermodynamic inhibitors) are suitable for estimating the hydrate safety margin of oil-based drilling fluids (OBDFs) in the presence of thermodynamic hydrate inhibitors. According to the two correlations, the OBDF, composed of 1.6 L vaporizing oil, 2% emulsifying agent, 1% organobentonite, 0.5% SP-1, 1% LP-1, 10% water and 40% EG, can be safely used at a water depth of up to 1900 m. However, for more accurate predictions for drilling fluids, the effects of the solid phase, especially bentonite, on hydrate inhibition need to be considered and included in the application of these two empirical correlations.  相似文献
