介质对配合物稳定性的影响——Ⅳ. Cu(SCN)+-NaNO3-tert-Butyl Alcohol-H2O体系，25℃

本文用分光光度法确定了25℃下配阳离子Cu(SCN)⁺在NaNO₃-叔丁醇-水介质中的稳定常数。混合溶剂中叔丁醇组成为0，5，10，15，20和25 wt%，离子强度范围为0.2～3.0 mole·dm^-3，溶液的pH=1.5～1.6。基于Pitzer理论用最小二乘多项式逼近法，确定了混合溶剂中配合物热力学稳定常数。讨论了配位反应的一级介质效应。     

Effect of Low-Dose Gamma Radiation on HIV Replication in Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

Recent studies have demonstrated that UV light and x-irradiation enhance human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) gene expression. There are few published data on related effects of γ-radiation. This may be of clinical relevance, as radiotherapy has been used extensively for the treatment of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome associated conditions. With this in mind, we have studied the effects of γ-radiation on HIV replication in mononuclear cells (MC). These cells were obtained from five seronegative healthy donors, exposed to0–200 cGy γ-radiation, stimulated with phytohemagglutinin-P (PHA-P) for 24 h, infected with a laboratory strain of HIV (HTLV-IIIB, multiplicity of infection = 0.001), then carried in culture for 14 days. Overall, when considering p24 antigen levels on days 7 and 11 in cultures established from cells exposed to 50 cGy, the maximal levels were significantly higher than those measured in the parallel control cultures taken as a whole (P < 0.05), with viral replication enhanced as much as 1000-fold in one case. No significant cytotoxicity was observed following exposure to doses up to 50 cGy. The mechanism of the observed effect remains unknown but may relate to direct gene activation and/or free radical generation, leading to such activation. To date, there is no evidence that viral stimulation occurs following therapeutic radiation in a clinical setting.

Molecularly imprinted sol-gel nanotubes membrane for biochemical separations

In this study, we report a simple procedure for applying molecular imprinting functional groups to the inner surfaces of the template-synthesized sol-gel nanotubes for chemical separation of estrone. The silica nanotubes were synthesized within the pores of nanopore alumina template membranes using a sol-gel method by simultaneous hydrolysis of a silica monomer-imprinted molecule complex and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). A covalent imprinting strategy was employed by generating a sacrificial spacer through the reaction of the isocyanate group of 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl isocyanate and a phenol moiety of estrone to form a thermally cleavable urethane bond. This allowed us to remove the imprinted estrone by simple thermal reaction and to simultaneously introduce functional groups into the cavity formed by the silica nanotubes. Experiments indicated that estrone could be bound selectively by such an approach and have a binding affinity of 864 +/- 137 (n = 3).     

Sesquiterpene esters from the fruits of Celastrus orbiculatus

Three new beta-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene esters, 6 alpha-acetoxy-9 beta-benzoyloxy-1 beta-cinnamoyloxy-8 beta-butanoyloxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (1), 6 alpha-acetoxy-9 beta-benzoyloxy-1 beta-cinnamoyloxy-8 beta-(2-methylbutanoyloxy)-beta-dihydroagarofuran (2), and 6 alpha-acetoxy-1 beta,8 beta-dibenzoyloxy-9 beta-hydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (6), together with three known compounds (3-5) were isolated from the fruits of Celastrus orbiculatus THUNB. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods. Compound 4 showed moderate activity in inhibiting LPS-induced nitric oxide production in murine macrophage RAW264.7 cells with an IC(50) value of 43.7 microM.     

丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮催化剂研究

用浸渍法制备了丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮负载型催化剂，考察了载体的预处理温度、添加镧助剂对催化剂性能的影响；用BET法测定了催化剂的表面积；采用H2-O2滴定法测定Pd的分散度．结果发现，用经过1．023K焙烧过的Al2O3为载体的催化剂具有较好的催化性能，添加镧助剂后催化剂的分散度、活性有较大的提高．     

两个具有PTP1B抑制活性的4-羟基丁内酯化合物的全合成研究

Two new naturally 4-hydroxylated butenolides were concisely synthesized in excellent enantiomeric purities. An aldol condensation and a Suzuki reaction served successfully as the key steps in the synthesis.     

原子发射光谱法间接测定黄连素片剂中盐酸小檗碱的研究

本文提出了离子对-原子发射光谱间接测定黄连素片剂中盐酸小檗碱的新方法。发现用1,2-二氯乙烷作萃取剂效果最佳。用此怯测定实际样品的结果与药典法一致,相对误差为0.61％,单一测定的相对标准偏差为0.67％。本法还可在盐酸普鲁卡因共存下单独测定盐酸小檗碱。方法可靠、适用,选择性较好。     

铬(Ⅲ)含β一二酮混合配体配合物的合成和表征

首次合了五种Cr(β-dik)Cl_2py_2型(其中β-dik分别为乙酰丙酮、苯甲酰丙酮、三氟乙酰丙酮、2—噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮、二苯甲酰甲烷)和一种Cr(pmbp)Cl_2(thf)混合配体配合物、一种Cr(pmbp)_3配合物。并对上述化合物进行了电子光谱、红外光谱等的表征工作。
