The reaction of 3-aminopropylamide of cholic acid with CS? produced a bile acid derivative of dithiocarbamic acid which further formed an ammonium salt with another molecule of 3-aminopropylamide of cholic acid. The cationic 3-ammonium propylamide of cholic acid did not react further with CS? and the formed salt was stable in the reaction mixture, even when excess CS? was used. When the reaction was carried out in the presence of aqueous sodium hydroxide, only the bile acid derivative of sodium dithiocarbamate was formed. The dithiocarbamate derivatives were characterized by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and ESI-TOF mass spectrometry.  相似文献

In this paper we present an adaptive algorithm for calculating the isotropic Compton profile (ICP) for any type of Gaussian basis set. The ICP is a measure of the momentum density of electrons and it can be obtained from inelastic X-ray scattering experiments employing synchrotron radiation. We have performed calculations of the ICP for water and helium monomers and dimers using density-functional theory, Hartree-Fock and post-Hartree-Fock methods, with Dunning-type ((d-)aug-)cc-p(C)VXZ basis sets. We have examined the convergence of the Compton profile as a function of the basis set and the level of theory used for the formation of the density matrix. We demonstrate that diffuse basis functions are of utmost importance to the calculation of Compton profiles. Basis sets of at least triple-ζ quality appended by diffuse functions should be used in Compton profile calculations in order to obtain sufficient convergence with regard to the current, experimentally feasible accuracy for systems consisting of light elements.  相似文献

Temperature Green functions are applied to the analysis of Bose-condensation of weaklyinteracting gas. The character of Goldstone singularities of correlation functions isestablished to all orders in perturbation theory. These singularities are regularized bythe system volume. An anomalous volume dependence of the correlation functions isrevealed. Quantum-field perturbation series are studied in the framework of the instantonapproach. It is shown that there are no time-dependent instantons and that thetime-independent instanton solutions exhibit factorial growth in large orders of thequantum-field perturbation expansion.  相似文献

Abstract

DNA biosensors are realised immobilising a DNA structure on a suitable transducer to obtain selective information. In this paper we show how the determination of low-molecular weight compounds with affinity for DNA was measured by their effect on the oxidation signal of the guanine peak of calf thymus DNA immobilised on the electrode sensor and investigated by chronopotentiometric analysis. The DNA biosensor is able to detect known intercalating and groove binding compounds. Applicability to river water samples was demostrated.

Moreover, a piezoelectric sensor coupled to a short oligonucleotide can be used as detector of the hybridisation reaction. We show as a model the detection of a specific mutation in apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene.

Biotinylated 23-mer probes were immobilised on the streptavidin coated gold surface of a quartz crystal; the protein was covalently bound to the thiol/dextran modified gold surface. The device was able to distinguish different synthetic oligonucleotides. The hybridisation reaction was also performed using real samples of DNA extracted from human blood and amplified by Polymerase chain reaction PCR. The extension of such procedure to samples of environmental interest is discussed.  相似文献

Adsorption of an anionic disazo dye, Food Black 2 on coating pigments from polar solvents was studied. Pigments (kaolin, precipitated CaCO3, amorphous SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, and talc) were chosen to be representative of those used in paper for ink‐jet printing. The predominating driving force for the adsorption was electrostatic interactions for all the pigments except talc, for which hydrophobic interactions were dominant. Lewis acid‐base properties of the pigments were studied by measuring adsorption of Lewis acid‐probe molecules from both polar and nonpolar media. The pigments studied were found to be amphoteric, containing both acidic and basic surface groups. However, in the presence of polar solvents, the adsorption of acid‐base probe molecules was greatly reduced, which indicates that Lewis acid‐base interactions have only a small influence on the adsorption of azo dyes from polar media such as water.  相似文献

A series of amino- and hydroxyalkyl amides of bile acids have been synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), (1)H and (13)C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), as well as electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) measurements. The ability of the synthesized molecules to promote gel formation was systematically investigated. Out of 396 combinations formed by 11 compounds and 36 different solvents, 22 gel-containing systems were obtained with 1% (w/v) gelator concentration. Apart from one exception, the gelator compounds were lithocholic acid derivatives. This challenges the general trend of bile acid-based physical gelators, according to which the gelation ability of lithocholic acid derivatives is poor. A correlation between the values of Kamlet-Taft parameters and solvent preferences for gelators was observed. The morphologies of the solid and gel structures studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed variability from fibers to spherical microscale aggregates, the latter of which are unique among bile acid-based organogels. The gels exhibited more complex behavior than was previously established with bile acid derivatives, judging by the microscale diversity present in gelating and non-gelating systems and the tendency for polymorphism. This study underlines the importance of both the molecular and colloidal scale aspects of the gelation phenomenon.  相似文献
