通过电聚合沉积在基底上的聚吡咯膜容易剥离的问题可以通过粘合增强剂解决。我们设计并合成一类新化合物w-3-吡咯烷基磷酸将聚吡咯膜 通过化学键键合到金属基底上。本文描述了合成含有表面反应功能团的3-取代吡咯的过程。1-苯磺酰吡咯作为起始物经付-克反应得到3-取代吡咯。两种方法可以合成w-3-吡咯烷基磷酸酯。一种路线是:先磷酸化然后脱保护基最后还原羰基。这种方法适用于含有六个碳及以上的取代基。另一种路线是:先还原羰基然后磷酸化及脱保护。这种方法适用于短链及长链取代基。最后水解得到w-3-吡咯烷基磷酸。  相似文献

Abstract  

BaF2/YSZ (yttria stabilized zirconia) bicrystals are investigated by means of impedance spectroscopy. The spectra show two semicircles in the complex impedance plane, and both arcs exhibit very similar temperature dependences. The high frequency semicircle can be attributed to the ideal (quasi one-dimensional) bulk resistance of BaF2, and the low frequency arc is caused by an additional resistance in BaF2 due to the current constriction taking place close to the contact spots at the imperfect bicrystal interface. This interpretation is supported by finite element calculations revealing that bicrystals with imperfect contacts indeed exhibit an additional semicircle in the complex impedance plane even without any ion transfer resistance between the two crystals. The low frequency arc of the BaF2/YSZ bicrystal drastically increases upon bias voltage, but relaxes to its original value after removing the bias. This phenomenon can be associated with a strong decrease of the vacancy concentration in YSZ (close to the interfacial contact spots), which is caused by F ions being pumped into YSZ and acting as a counter dopant to Y3+.  相似文献

The chemical composition of essential oils of cabreuva (Myrocarpus fastigiatus Allemao, Fabaceae) from Brazil, cedarwood (Juniperus ashei, Cupressaceae) from Texas, Juniper berries (Juniperus communis L., Cupressaceae) and myrrh (Commiphora myrrha (Nees) Engl., Burseraceae) were analyzed using GC/FID and GC/MS. The antimicrobial activity of these essential oils and some of their main compounds were tested against eleven different strains of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria by using agar diffusion and agar serial dilution methods. Animal and plant pathogens, food poisoning and spoilage bacteria were selected. The volatile oils exhibited considerable inhibitory effects against all tested organisms, except Pseudomonas, using both test methods. Higher activity was observed against Gram-positive strains in comparison with Gram-negative bacteria. Cabreuva oil from Brazil showed similar results, but in comparison with the other oils tested, only when higher concentrations of oil were used.  相似文献

Temperate ecosystems are susceptible to drought events. The effect of a severe drought (104 days) followed by irrigation on the plant C uptake, its assimilation and input of C in soil were examined using a triple 13CO2 pulse-chase labelling experiment in model grassland and heathland ecosystems. First 13CO2 pulse at day 0 of the experiment revealed much higher 13C tracer uptake for shoots, roots and soil compared to the second pulse (day 44), where all plants showed significantly lower 13C tracer uptake. After the third 13CO2 pulse (day 70), very low 13C uptake in shoots led to a negligible allocation of 13C into roots and soil. During irrigation after the severe drought, the 13C tracer that was allocated in plant tissues during the second and third pulse labelling was re-allocated in roots and soil, as soon as the irrigation started. This re-allocation was higher and longer lasting in heathland compared to grassland ecosystems.  相似文献

Despite widespread use of multiphoton fluorescence microscopy, development of endoscopes for nonlinear optical imaging has been stymied by the degradation of ultrashort excitation pulses that occurs within optical fiber as a result of the combined effects of group-velocity dispersion and self-phase modulation. We introduce microendoscopes (350-1000 microm in diameter) based on gradient-index microlenses that effectively eliminate self-phase modulation within the endoscope. Laser-scanning multiphoton fluorescence endoscopy exhibits micrometer-scale resolution. We used multiphoton endoscopes to image fluorescently labeled neurons and dendrites.  相似文献

Polyurethanes have the potential to impart cell-relevant properties like excellent biocompatibility, high and interconnecting porosity and controlled degradability into biomaterials in a relatively simple way. In this context, a biodegradable composite material made of an isocyanate-terminated co-oligoester prepolymer and precipitated calcium carbonated spherulites (up to 60% w/w) was synthesized and investigated with regard to an application as bone substitute in dental and orthodontic application. After foaming the composite material, a predominantly interconnecting porous structure is obtained, which can be easily machined. The compressive strength of the foamed composites increases with raising calcium carbonate content and decreasing calcium carbonate particle size. When stored in an aqueous medium, there is a decrease in pressure stability of the composite, but this decrease is smaller the higher the proportion of the calcium carbonate component is. In vitro cytocompatibility studies of the foamed composites on MC3T3-E1 pre-osteoblasts revealed an excellent cytocompatibility. The in vitro degradation behaviour of foamed composite is characterised by a continuous loss of mass, which is slower with higher calcium carbonate contents. In a first pre-clinical pilot trial the foamed composite bone substitute material (fcm) was successfully evaluated in a model of vertical augmentation in an established animal model on the calvaria and on the lateral mandible of pigs.  相似文献

Sulfamethoxazole (SMX) is a commonly applied antibiotic for treating urinary tract infections; however, allergic reactions and skin eczema are known side effects that are observed for all sulfonamides. Today, this molecule is present in drinking and surface water sources. The allowed concentration in tap water is 2·10−7 mol L−1. SMX could unintentionally be ingested by healthy people when drinking contaminated tap water, representing unnecessary drug intake. To assess the quality of tap water, fast, specific and sensitive detection methods are required, in which consequence measures for improving the purification of water might be initiated in the short term. Herein, the quantitative detection of SMX down to environmentally and physiologically relevant concentrations in the nanomolar range by employing surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) and a microfluidic cartridge system is presented. By applying surface-water samples as matrices, the detection of SMX down to 2.2·10−9 mol L−1 is achieved, which illustrates the great potential of our proposed method in environmental science.  相似文献
