将黄光磷光材料bis[2-(4-tertbutylphenyl)benzothiazolato-N,C2’]iridium (acetylacetonate) [(t-bt)2Ir(acac)]超薄层作为黄光发光层,两个蓝光磷光染料iridium(Ⅲ) bis(4’,6’-difluorophenylpyridinato)tetrakis(1-pyrazolyl)borate (FIr6)和bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2’](picolinate) iridium (Ⅲ) (FIrpic)掺杂层作为蓝光发光层,制备了三元发光层的白光有机电致发光器件。该器件具有三元磷光染料分子协同发光特性,并且利用合适厚度的隔层,将三线态激子束缚在各自激子复合区域内,获得了稳定电致发光光谱,CIE色坐标为(0.29±0.01, 0.34±0.01),处于理想的白光区域。通过器件电学特性的测试,验证了磷光染料在三元发光层器件中电致发光作用的机理,同时结果表明,三元发光层器件由于稳定的激子复合区域而有效减弱了器件效率滚降现象。 相似文献

为了解决高功率激光装置光束质量诊断系统的自验证问题,研究了基于空间相位调制的径向剪切干涉法综合诊断光束质量的实验应用。该方法理论上只需一台干涉仪且从单幅干涉图中获取光束的近场、相位和远场分布信息。实验结果表明,目前可以得到高分辨率的相位分布,由测量近场和相位恢复出的远场同CCD直接测量得到的远场形态相同,环围能量比曲线相当吻合,不足之处在于只能提取近场较低空间频率成分,还达不到CCD直接测量的空间分辨水平。 相似文献

利用光线追迹法和四阶龙格-库塔法分析了光参量啁啾脉冲放大系统中实际展宽器和压缩器所带来的各阶色散,并将其代入放大过程数值模拟了脉冲变化的情况,讨论了压缩器光栅对表面不平行、刻线不平行、信号光强度、泵浦光强度等因素对输出脉冲宽度和时间波形的影响。结果表明,光栅对表面不平行将引起脉冲宽度变大,且光栅顺时针旋转对脉冲宽度和波形影响更大。而光栅刻线不平行时,当仅考虑二阶色散时,夹角为0.8°时脉宽最小,考虑到三阶色散时,夹角为1°脉宽最小,且光栅顺时针和逆时针旋转对脉冲的作用相同。对实际OPCPA系统,当放大晶体材料及长度一定时,尽量调整压缩器光栅平行,信号光强度和泵浦光强度有一最佳值能使输出脉冲宽度达到最小。 相似文献

The vibrational behaviour of the Langevin transducer is usually analysed using 1D Mason model which is valid when the lateral dimensions of the transducer are smaller than a quarter wavelength at the fundamental longitudinal resonance. In this work a 3D finite element analysis of the Langevin transducer's behaviour operating in the underwater sonar range of frequencies (30-140 kHz) is presented. Several samples with total length greater, comparable to, and smaller than the diameter of the transducer are analysed. For each sample, the resonance frequencies in the observed frequency range are computed and compared with those obtained experimentally from the measurements carried out using several in-house built prototypes. For the most important aspect ratios the resonance displacement distributions are presented and discussed. The results obtained permit to gain insight into the coupling phenomenon between thickness-extensional and radial modes and suggest that in practical applications transducers with diameters comparable to or greater than total length of the active stack can also be used. The trade-off between the efficiency and power handling ability for different designs is also discussed. 相似文献

A post-processing technique is presented for correcting images undersampled in k-space. The method works by taking advantage of the image's background zeros (dynamically segmented through the application of a threshold) to extrapolate the missing k-space samples. The algorithm can produce good quality images from a small set of k-space frequencies with only a few iterations of simple matrix operations, using the image entropy as the focus criterion. It does not require any special patient preparation, extra pulse sequences, complex gradient programming or specialized hardware. This makes it a good candidate for any application that requires short scan times or where only few frequencies can be sampled. 相似文献

设计并研制了柱面结构的1-3型复合材料凹面线聚焦换能器,在提高换能器带宽的同时,可以实现声场的线聚焦。将换能器内部PZT柱作为独立声源,应用瑞利积分和叠加原理,推导出了柱形凹面换能器总声场的理论表达式。通过仿真计算分析了换能器在聚焦线上的声场特点以及相关参数对聚焦性能的影响。对换能器参数做出合理设计,使换能器在实现线聚焦的同时,声场在聚焦线上的起伏较小,从而设计并制作出聚焦性能良好的线聚焦凹面换能器探头。实验测试结果表明采用本文方法计算得到的换能器声场与实测的声场分布基本符合,柱形凹面换能器在其几何焦点附近范围内均可实现聚焦,并在侧向上形成清晰的聚焦线,其聚焦线长度为换能器的侧向结构长度,在聚焦线上声场分布起伏较小。 相似文献

Integrated information theory (IIT) provides a mathematical framework to characterize the cause-effect structure of a physical system and its amount of integrated information (). An accompanying Python software package (“PyPhi”) was recently introduced to implement this framework for the causal analysis of discrete dynamical systems of binary elements. Here, we present an update to PyPhi that extends its applicability to systems constituted of discrete, but multi-valued elements. This allows us to analyze and compare general causal properties of random networks made up of binary, ternary, quaternary, and mixed nodes. Moreover, we apply the developed tools for causal analysis to a simple non-binary regulatory network model (p53-Mdm2) and discuss commonly used binarization methods in light of their capacity to preserve the causal structure of the original system with multi-valued elements. 相似文献

We undertook this study to compare the digestibility of heat- and high pressure-induced gels produced from whey protein isolate (WPI). To simulate in vivo gastrointestinal digestion of WPI gels, a pepsin–trypsin digestion system was used. The in vitro protein digestibility of WPI gels induced by high pressure (400 MPa and 30 min; P-gel) and those induced by heat (80°C and 30 min; H-gel) was compared using a protein concentration of 0.14 g mL?1. The in vitro protein digestibility of P-gels was significantly greater than that of H-gels (p<0.05). The size-exclusion chromatography profiles of the hydrolysates showed that the P-gel generated more and smaller peptides than natural WPI and H-gels. Furthermore, Sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis showed some soluble disulfide-mediated aggregation in the P-gel, while there was more insoluble aggregation in the H-gel than the P-gel. The P-gel was more sensitive to proteinase than the H-gel, which was related to the content of S–S bonds, and this in turn could be attributed to the differences in the gelation mechanism between the H-gel and P-gel. 相似文献

PurposeTo investigate parotid perfusion in early-to-intermediate stage after parotid-sparing radiation dose using fat-saturated DCE-MRI, and to verify whether the perfusion alteration was related to radiation dose and the PSV.Methods and MaterialsThirty-two parotid glands from 16 consecutive patients with pathologically proven nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by IMRT were examined. The parotid glands received a radiation dose of 28.9 ± 3.9 Gy with a PSV of 43.1% ± 13.9%. Perfusion parameters were calculated using time-shifted Brix model from fat-saturated DCE-MRI data before (pre-RT) and in early-to-intermediate stage after (post-RT) IMRT. Paired t-test was used to evaluate perfusion changes, while Pearson's correlation test was used to examine perfusion dependency on radiation dose and PSV. For multiple comparisons Bonferroni correction was applied.ResultsSuccessful fat saturation was achieved in 29 of 32 parotid glands. Compared with pre-RT, the post-RT parotid glands showed significantly higher A, peak enhancement, and wash-in slope, plus a lower Kel, suggesting a mixed effect of increased vascular permeability and acinar loss. Linear regression showed that peak enhancement was positively associated with radiation dose in post-RT parotid glands. Kel and slope were negatively associated with PSV, while time-to-peak was positively associated with PSV significantly.ConclusionsOur results suggest that time-shifted Brix model is feasible for quantifying parotid perfusion using DCE-MRI. The perfusion alterations in early-to-intermediate stage after IMRT might be related to a mixed effect of increased vascular permeability and acinar loss with dose and PSV dependencies. 相似文献
