Corrosion behavior of a material is complicated and can affect strongly its surface physical and chemical properties. In this study, the effect of corrosion on surface morphology and electron work function (EWF) of various Al alloys was comparatively investigated using a scanning electron microscopy and a scanning Kelvin probe. The experimental results showed that the change in EWF with corrosion time was not linear, but firstly increased and then decreased. The theoretical treatments demonstrated that such a change in EWF did not only depend on the surface roughness, but also correlate with oxide layers formed at the surfaces of Al alloys. The present results can also be used to reasonably explain the correlation between surface roughness and EWF reported previously.  相似文献

建立蛹虫草培养基中虫草素的含量测定方法.采用反相高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基键合相硅胶为固定相,0.01mol/L的磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=6.0)-乙腈(93∶7,V/V)为流动相,检测波长260nm,流速1.0mL/min进行分析.结果 虫草素在2.0-40.0μg·mL-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9999);平均加标回收率分别为96.8%、98.1%和100.9%,RSD分别为3.33%,2.88%和1.60%(n=3);方法精密度RSD为0.29%(n=5).该法分析时间短,结果准确,重现性好,适合人工蛹虫草培养基中的虫草素的含量测定.  相似文献

采用双极脉冲磁控反应溅射法在不同参数条件下制备了一系列氮化硅薄膜。利用数字式显微镜和紫外-可见光光谱仪研究了沉积薄膜的表面形貌及其光学带隙,利用共焦显微拉曼光谱仪比较了硅衬底、氮化硅薄膜退火前后的拉曼光谱。结果表明,氮气流量对薄膜的光学带隙影响较大,制备的薄膜主要为富硅氮化硅薄膜。原沉积薄膜的拉曼光谱存在明显的非晶硅和单晶硅峰,退火处理后非晶硅峰减弱或消失,表明薄膜出现明显的结晶化;单晶硅峰出现频移现象,表明薄膜中出现硅纳米颗粒,平均尺寸约为6.6 nm。  相似文献

We present the low temperature testing of an SCD detector, investigating its performance such as readout noise, energy resolution at 5.9 keV and dark current. The SCD's performance is closely related to temperature, and the temperature range of -80 ℃ to -50 ℃ is the best choice, where the FWHM at 5.9 keV is about 130 eV. The influence of the neutron irradiation from an electrostatic accelerator with fluence up to 1×109 cm-2 has been examined. We find the SCD is not vulnerable to neutron irradiation. The detailed operations of the SCD and the test results of low temperature are reported, and the results of neutron irradiation are discussed.  相似文献

提出了一种基于Stokes参量的数字同轴偏振全息方法.在实验中用一束线偏振光和一束椭圆偏振光作为参考光, 分别与物光进行干涉,通过拍摄在两个相互垂直方向上的全息图,计算出物光在这两个方向的振幅和相位信息, 从而得到物光的Stokes参量和物体的全偏振信息,实现对各向异性物体偏振态空间分布的图像重建. 实验结果表明,该方法可用于物体的全偏振特性的测量.这种方法在求出物光Stokes参量的同时, 也可消除零级像和共轭像的干扰,因此也可用于同轴或离轴全息.  相似文献

The line-integrated optical measurement of impurity radiation profiles for the study of light impurity transport is performed in the HT-7 tokamak. The carbon impurity line emissivity is obtained by Abel inversion. The radial transport behaviours of carbon impurities at different central line averaged electron densities ne are investigated in ohmic discharges. The diffusion coefficient Dk(r), the convection velocity Wk(r) and the total flux of the impurity ions Fk decrease with the increase of ne, which shows a reduction in the impurity particle transport at higher electron densities.  相似文献

In this paper we study the regularity of nonnegative solutions and their interfaces for the nonlinear reaction-diffusion equation $$u_t = \left( {u^m } \right)_{xx} + f\left( u \right),\left( E \right)$$ wherem>1 andf(u) is aC 1 function withf(0)=0 and is subject to some other technical conditions. This equation has the property of finite propagation which gives rise to interfaces separating regions whereu=0 andu>0. The analysis is carried out by means of Lagrangian coordinates, formally viewing the reaction-diffusion equation as the equation governing the evolution of the density of a certain continuum. Lagrangian coordinates have been successfully applied to study nonlinear diffusion equations posed in one space dimension. The usual formulation applies to equations which can be written in the form of a conservation law, which is not the case here because of the reaction term. In problems exhibiting interfaces such technique has the merit of rendering the interfaces straight lines, much simplifying the analysis. In this paper we present anon-standard Lagrangian formulation that works innon-conservation cases. Equation (E) is then translated into this framework and we find in a natural way the necessary estimates to prove theC 1 regularity of moving interfaces and the regularity of the weak solution near such an interface, that allows us to establish the dynamic properties of the interface for the solutions. We end the paper by describing how the method can be applied to similar problems inseveral space dimensions with radial symmetry.  相似文献

In this paper we present a generalization of the classical bitangential Nevanlinna-Pick theory in which one bounds not the norm of the interpolating functions but their structured singular value This work was motivated by some problems arising in robust control of systems with structured uncertainty.
