Raman-spektroskopische Untersuchungen an koordinationspolymeren Metall-tricyanmethaniden M[C(CN)3]2

Raman Spectroscopic Investigations of Coordination Polymeric Metal Tricyanmethanides The Raman spectra of 3d-metal tricyanmethanides M{C(CN)₃}₂ as well as of [Ni{C(CN)₃}₂py₂] are investigated. The observed Raman lines are assigned, characteristic variations of position and intensity of these lines are discussed.     

ADENOSINE-MEDIATED PHOTOREACTION OF 4,5',8-TRIMETHYLPSORALEN WITH ALCOHOLS

Abstract— Irradiation of thin films consisting of 4,5',8-trimethylpsoralen (TMP), adenosine and small amounts of alcohols led to TMP-alcohol photoadducts in addition to TMP-adenosine photoadducts. Four TMP-ethanol and two TMP-methanol adducts have been separated and characterized. Covalent bonds were formed between the 4-carbon of TMP and the α-carbon to the hydroxy group in the alcohols. The TMP-alcohol photoadducts were formed only in the TMP film containing small amounts of alcohol and adenosine. Furthermore, no photoadduct of TMP and ribose was detected upon photolysis of a TMP-ribose film, suggesting that the adenine moiety plays a specific role in the reaction. The interaction of adenosine with psoralens in a dry film may be related to the DNA sequence selectivity observed for the photoreaction of psoralens with DNA.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Compound of （C2N2H8O2） H6V10O28

A novel vanadate decamer, involving all vanadium atoms present in +5 oxidation and one formhydroxamic acid dimer cation readical, has been synthesized. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the orange crystal is formed in the triclinic system, space group Pi, a = 8. 4960 (17), b = 10.447 (2), c = 11.299 (2) A, α= 68. 82 (3)°,β= 87.35 (3)°, γ = 66.97(3)°. V = 855. 3(3) A3, Z = 8, R1 = 0. 0857, wR2=0. 2551. X-ray crystallographic and packing in superlattice studies showed that the crystal structure was constructed by electrostatic attraction of O-H…O hydrogen bonds between formhydroxamic acid dimer cation and decavanadate polyanion. Formhydroxamic acid dimer is got through controlling the condition of the reaction using formhydroxamic acid.     

Click chemistry to construct fluorescent oligonucleotides for DNA sequencing

"Click chemistry" 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between alkynyl 6-carboxyfluorescein (FAM) and azido-labeled single-stranded (ss) DNA was carried out under aqueous conditions to produce FAM-labeled ssDNA in quantitative yield. The FAM-labeled ssDNA was successfully used as a primer to produce DNA sequencing products with single-base resolution in a capillary electrophoresis DNA sequencer with laser-induced fluorescence detection.     

Study on glucose oxidase fermentation coupled with membrane dialysis

The repression of glucose oxidase (GOD) biosynthesis by catabolites during fermentation can be alleviated through membrane dialysis fermentation (MDF). The results show that the volumetric enzyme productivity of MDF was two times higher than that of the control (fermentation without dialysis), and its total enzyme activity was increased by 30–50%. The operation conditions of MDF, such as pore size of the membrane, initiating time for membrane dialysis, and volume of dialysate used, were optimized. The content of amino acids and organic acids in the fermentation broth and the dialysate in the reservoir were assessed by amino acid analyzer and ionic chromatography, respectively. The relationship among the contents of pyruvic acid, gluconic acid, and enzyme activity during fermentation was analyzed quantitatively. Furthermore, the effect of membrane dialysis technology applied to the low-yield strain was found to be more effective than that applied to the high-yield strain.     

An attempt on the VOC oxidation using mechanically activated catalyst

A catalytic action of the mechanochemical products of copper hydroxocarbonate with calcium carbonate was investigated in n-butyl alcohol oxidation tests. The solid products of high-energy milling were identified using thermogravimetry supplemented by X-ray diffraction method. It was shown that the mechanical activation induces more effective tested catalyst because it promotes the alcohol conversion at lower temperatures than that unmilled one. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Asymmetric silyl nitronate cycloadditions with bornane-10,2-sultam derivatives

Asymmetric silyl nitronate cycloadditions with N-acryloyl (2R)-bornane-10,2-sultam, N-acryloyl (2S)-bornane-10,2-sultam, and N-methacryloyl (2R)-bornane-10,2-sultam have been studied. The asymmetric silyl nitronate cycloaddidon/elimination methodology provides a general route for the asymmetric synthesis of 2-isoxazolines.     

光学活性含硅氨基酸的合成

光学纯的硅取代氨基酸是一类非天然的手性氨基酸合成子，在药物，植物保护 剂和精细化学品的合成具有极为广阔的应用前景，其合成方法包括化学不对称合成 及化学合成外消旋体－生物学拆分两种，综述了该方面的研究进展。     

2,3,7‐Triazabicyclo[3.3.0]octenes Prepared by Tandem Cascade Reaction of Allyl Azides and Olefinic Dipolarophiles

Tandem cascade reactions of allylazides and olefinic dipolarophiles to give cis‐fused 2,3,7‐triazabicyclo [3.3.0]octenes ( 5, 6 or 7 ) are reported. Therein, an intermolecular dipolar cycloaddition of azide and alkene gave a triazoline which was followed by isomerization of the triazoline to a diazoester ( 4 ) and then an intramolecular dipolar cycloaddition from the diazo functional group and the double bond in 4 to give 5 . Compound 5 may further more undergo a Michael addition to give 7‐substituted‐ 2,3,7‐ triazabicyclo [3.3.0]oct‐2‐ene ( 6 ) or a tautomerization to give 2,3,7‐triazabicyclo[3.3.0]oct‐3‐ene ( 7 ). The reaction may be manipulated to stop at a particular stage by adopting a suit able solvent or an appropriate temperature.     

桑色素修饰碳糊电极吸附溶出伏安法测定人尿中痕量铅

制作了用桑色素作修饰剂的碳糊修饰电极 ,利用该电极为工作电极 ,建立了测定痕量铅的新方法。在甲酸钠 盐酸缓冲溶液 (pH 4 .9)中 ,在 - 0 .10V(vs .SCE)下搅拌富集 ,铅 (Ⅱ )与化学修饰碳糊电极表面的桑色素形成电活性络合物而吸附富集于电极表面 ,经 - 0 .85V(vs.SCE)静止还原后 ,阳极化线性扫描 ,在 - 0 .4 3V(vs .SCE)获得一灵敏的二次导数溶出峰。在最佳条件下分别富集 360s和 180s ,其二次导数峰电流与铅 (Ⅱ )浓度分别在 5 .0× 10 - 9～ 1.0× 10 - 7mol·L- 1和 2 0×10 - 8～ 1.0× 10 - 6 mol·L- 1两个范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,富集 6min ,检出限可达 1.0× 10 - 9mol·L- 1(S/N =3)。同时 ,探讨了电极反应机理。方法应用于尿铅测定 ,获得满意的结果
