In, Al共掺杂ZnO纳米串光电探测器的组装与研究

用化学气相沉积法合成了高密度的In, Al共掺杂ZnO纳米串, 用合成出的纳米串组装成了光电探测器. 纳米串为六角纤锌矿结构, 平均长度大约为5 μ m. 研究了光电导的机制以及光电探测器的光电特性, 包括在暗环境及紫外照射下的伏安特性、光电响应率和光电响应时间. 结果表明, 器件存在内部增益机制, 光响应时间小于0.5 s, 衰减时间约为23 s, 可用于光电探测.     

On Möbius form and Möbius isoparametric hypersurfaces

An umbilic-free hypersurface in the unit sphere is called MSbius isoparametric if it satisfies two conditions, namely, it has vanishing MSbius form and has constant MSbius principal curvatures. In this paper, under the condition of having constant MSbius principal curvatures, we show that the hypersurface is of vanishing MSbius form if and only if its MSbius form is parallel with respect to the Levi-Civita connection of its MSbius metric. Moreover, typical examples are constructed to show that the condition of having constant MSbius principal curvatures and that of having vanishing MSbius form are independent of each other.     

Statistics of Wave Functions for a Point Scatterer on the Torus

Quantum systems whose classical counterpart have ergodic dynamics are quantum ergodic in the sense that almost all eigenstates are uniformly distributed in phase space. In contrast, when the classical dynamics is integrable, there is concentration of eigenfunctions on invariant structures in phase space. In this paper we study eigenfunction statistics for the Laplacian perturbed by a delta-potential (also known as a point scatterer) on a flat torus, a popular model used to study the transition between integrability and chaos in quantum mechanics. The eigenfunctions of this operator consist of eigenfunctions of the Laplacian which vanish at the scatterer, and new, or perturbed, eigenfunctions. We show that almost all of the perturbed eigenfunctions are uniformly distributed in configuration space.     

计算对称群S10的所有子群

利用计算机,在GAP的环境下进行编程,计算出对称群S10共有1 593个共轭子群类,29594446个子群.其中循环群有42个共轭子群类,可解群有1 418个共轭子群类,幂零群有531个共轭子群类,超可解群有923个共轭子群类,并且通过本文中的表信息可计算出S10中各阶子群的个数及各共轭子群类中所含子群的个数.     

非线性A_f-B_g型自由基交替共聚反应的固化理论

利用高分子反应统计理论 ,给出了非线性Af-Bg 型自由基交替共聚反应的溶胶 -凝胶分配方程和反应体系的凝胶化条件 ,这些结果是进一步研究与凝胶网络性能相关的网络结构参数的基础     

1:1 Adducts of 2,2′‐[isopropylidenebis(p‐phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid with dimethylammonium and 4,4′‐bipyridine

The title compounds, dimethylammonium 2‐{4‐[1‐(4‐carboxymethoxyphenyl)‐1‐methylethyl]phenoxy}acetate, C₂H₈N⁺·C₁₉H₁₉O₆⁻, (I), and 2,2′‐[isopropylidenebis(p‐phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid–4,4′‐bipyridine (1/1), C₁₉H₂₀O₆·C₁₀H₈N₂, (II), are 1:1 adducts of 2,2′‐[isopropylidenebis(p‐phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid (H₂L) with dimethylammonium or 4,4′‐bipyridine. The component ions in (I) are linked by N—H...O, O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into continuous two‐dimensional layers parallel to the (001) plane. Adjacent layers are stacked via C—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network with an –ABAB– alternation of the two‐dimensional layers. In (II), two H₂L molecules, one bipy molecule and two half bipy molecules are linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds into one‐dimensional chains and rectanglar‐shaped rings. They are assembled viaπ–π stacking interactions and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into an intriguing zero‐dimensional plus one‐dimensional poly(pseudo)rotaxane motif.     

Generation of Glycosyl Radicals from Glycosyl Sulfoxides and Its Use in the Synthesis of C‐linked Glycoconjugates

We here report glycosyl sulfoxides appended with an aryl iodide moiety as readily available, air and moisture stable precursors to glycosyl radicals. These glycosyl sulfoxides could be converted to glycosyl radicals by way of a rapid and efficient intramolecular radical substitution event. The use of this type of precursors enabled the synthesis of various complex C‐linked glycoconjugates under mild conditions. This reaction could be performed in aqueous media and is amenable to the synthesis of glycopeptidomimetics and carbohydrate‐DNA conjugates.     

Needle-like cobalt phosphide arrays grown on carbon fiber cloth as a binder-free electrode with enhanced lithium storage performance

Cobalt phosphide(CoP) is a promising anode candidate for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) due to its high specific capacity and low working potential.However,the poor cycling stability and rate performance,caused by low electrical conductivity and huge volume variation,impede the further practical application of CoP anode materials.Herein,we report an integrated binder-free electrode featuring needle-like CoP arrays grown on carbon fiber cloth(CC) for efficient lithium storage.The as-prepared CoP/CC electrode integrates the advantages of 1 D needle-like CoP arrays for efficient electrolyte wettability and fast cha rge transpo rtation,and 3 D CC substrate for superior mechanical stability,flexibility and high conductivity.As a result,the CoP/CC electrode delivers an initial specific capacity of 1283 mAh/g and initial Coulombic effeciencies of 85.4%,which are much higher than that of conventional CoP electrode.Notably,the Co P/CC electrode shows outstanding cycling performance up to 400 cycles at 0.5 A/cm² and excellent rate performance with a discharge capacity of 549 mAh/g even at 5 A/cm².This work demonstrates the great potential of integrated CoP/CC hybrid as efficient bind-free and freestanding electrode for LIBs and future flexible electronic devices.     

Simple fabrication of Cu~(2+) doped calcium alginate hydrogel filtration membrane with excellent anti-fouling and antibacterial properties

Herein,copper ion doped calcium alginate(Cu~(2+)/CaAlg) composite hydrogel filtration membranes were prepared by using natural polymer sodium alginate(NaAlg) as raw material.The thermal stability and structure of the composite membranes were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The mechanical strength,anti-fouling performance,hydrophilicity and filtration performance of the membrane were studied.The results show that Cu~(2+)/CaAlg hydrogel membrane has excelle nt mechanical properties and thermal stability.The anti-swelling ability of the membrane was greatly enhanced by doping Cu~(2+).After three alternate filtration cycles,the flux recovery rate of Cu~(2+)/CaAlg hydrogel membrane can still reach 85%,indicating that the membrane has good antipollution performance.When the operation pressure was 0.1 MPa,the rejection of coomassie brilliant blue G250 reached 99.8% with a flux of 46.3 L m ~2 h ~1,while the Na_2 SO_4 rejection was less than 10.0%.The Cu~(2+)/CaAlg membrane was recycled after 24 h in the filtration process,and its flux and rejection rate did not decrease significantly,indicating that the hydrogel membrane has long-term application potential.The Cu~(2+)/CaAlg membrane has a wide range of applications prospect in dye desalination,fine separation and biopharmaceutical technology fields.
