Separation of glyceride positional isomers by silver ion chromatography   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Separation of triglyceride and diglyceride positional isomers by silver ion high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with an evaporative light-scattering detector is described. The triglyceride isomers had a fatty acid composition of CLC and CCL, where C and L were caprylic acid and linoleic acid, respectively. Diglyceride isomers, 1,2(2,3)-diglyceride and 1,3-diglyceride, which contained caprylic acid were separated too. A solvent system based on n-hexane, 2-propanol, ethyl acetate, and acetonitrile with a flow-rate of 0.8 ml/min was developed. Calibration curves of CLC and CCL were achieved with triolein as internal standard. Using this method, the incorporation of linoleic acid onto specific a position of glycerol backbone can be monitored.  相似文献

A method is described for the determination of 251 pesticide and degradation product residues in fruit and vegetable samples. Extraction of the sample with acetonitrile is followed by a salting-out step. Co-extractives are removed by passing a portion of the acetonitrile extract through an octadecyl (C18) solid-phase extraction cleanup cartridge and then, in a second cleanup, through a carbon cartridge coupled to an amino propyl cartridge. Determination is by gas chromatography with mass-selective detection in the selected-ion monitoring mode, and by liquid chromatography with post-column reaction and fluorescence detection for N-methyl carbamates. The method has been used for analysis of various fruits and vegetables, such as apple, banana, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, orange, pear, pepper, and pineapple. Limits of detection range between 0.02 and 1.0 mg/kg for most compounds. Over 80% of the compounds have a limit of detection of < or = 0.04 mg/kg.  相似文献

A method was developed for the elemental analysis of size segregated particles ranging from 0.03 to 10 microns. Sampling and analysis problems are discussed in this paper. Particles were collected with a Dekati low-pressure cascade impactor. PTFE filters coated with oleic acid were used as substrate. Particles were microwave digested in closed vessels. The optimum digestion mixture was composed of HNO3 (1 mL), HF (50 microL) and H2O (1 mL). The optimal power setting and digestion time were studied in order to achieve an efficient digestion. A ca. 35 min microwave digestion cycle at a 650 W maximum power allowed complete digestion of the samples. Special emphasis was placed on the pressure in the closed vessels to avoid sample losses. Solution samples were analysed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry using an ultrasonic nebuliser for 18 elements (Al, Ba, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Pb, S, Sr, Ti, V, Zn). This procedure was tested with NIST Standard Reference Material 1648 Urban Particulate. Recoveries for certified elements ranged from 95 to 105% except for Al (90%). The influence of cascade impactor materials was investigated with 44 field samples. Strong artefacts due to contamination were shown for analysis at environmental concentrations of Al, Cr, Mn and Ni.  相似文献

Donor-acceptor cyclopropanes or cyclobutanes are dipolar reagents, which are widely used in the synthesis of complex organic (hetero)cycles in ring expansion reactions. Applying this concept to boron containing heterocycles, the four-membered borete cyclo-iPr2N-BC10H6 reacted with the carbon donor ligands 2,6-xylylisonitrile and the carbene IMes :C(NMesCH)2 with ring expansion and ring fusion, respectively. In particular, the tetracyclic structure formed with IMes displays zwitterionic character and absorption in the visible region. In contrast to the carbene IMes, the heavier carbenoids :Si(NDippCH)2 and :Ga(AmIm) with a two-coordinate donor atom afford spiro-type bicyclic compounds, which display four-coordinate geometry at silicon or gallium. (TD-)DFT calculations provide deeper insight into the mechanism of formation and the absorption properties of these new compounds.  相似文献

We introduce the differential polynomial of a graph. The differential polynomial of a graph G of order n is the polynomial B(G; x) :=∑?(G)k=-nB_k(G) x~(n+k), where B_k(G) denotes the number of vertex subsets of G with differential equal to k. We state some properties of B(G;x) and its coefficients.In particular, we compute the differential polynomial for complete, empty, path, cycle, wheel and double star graphs. We also establish some relationships between B(G; x) and the differential polynomials of graphs which result by removing, adding, and subdividing an edge from G.  相似文献

Plants produce volatile organic compounds that are important in communication and defense. While studies have largely focused on volatiles emitted from aboveground plant parts upon exposure to biotic or abiotic stresses, volatile emissions from roots upon aboveground stress are less studied. Here, we investigated if tomato plants under insect herbivore attack exhibited a different root volatilome than non-stressed plants, and whether this was influenced by the plant’s genetic background. To this end, we analyzed one domesticated and one wild tomato species, i.e., Solanum lycopersicum cv Moneymaker and Solanum pimpinellifolium, respectively, exposed to leaf herbivory by the insect Spodoptera exigua. Root volatiles were trapped with two sorbent materials, HiSorb and PDMS, at 24 h after exposure to insect stress. Our results revealed that differences in root volatilome were species-, stress-, and material-dependent. Upon leaf herbivory, the domesticated and wild tomato species showed different root volatile profiles. The wild species presented the largest change in root volatile compounds with an overall reduction in monoterpene emission under stress. Similarly, the domesticated species presented a slight reduction in monoterpene emission and an increased production of fatty-acid-derived volatiles under stress. Volatile profiles differed between the two sorbent materials, and both were required to obtain a more comprehensive characterization of the root volatilome. Collectively, these results provide a strong basis to further unravel the impact of herbivory stress on systemic volatile emissions.  相似文献

The influence of phosphonated groups on thermal degradation and flammability has been investigated in the case of two chemically modified PMMA. Thermogravimetric analysis as well as pyrolysis combustion flow calorimetry have been used to define the efficiency of phosphorus in both condensed and vapor phases. A theoretical study was also performed to determine the contribution of phosphonated groups to the effective heat of combustion, residue content and heat release capacity. Empirical and theoretical approaches agreed to highlight that PMMA modified with monophosphonated comonomer is more efficient in both condensed and vapor phases in terms of flammability and char formation. These results were attributed to the ability of phosphonate groups to interact with ester groups and also to the weakness of the P–C–N bonds. Moreover, this study proposes a method for designing the chemical environment of phosphonate group in polymers to achieve better flame retardancy.  相似文献

Directed ortho lithiation of diphenylphosphinic acid and subsequent electrophilic trapping provides mono ortho-functionalized derivatives including enantiopure γ-aminophosphinic acids in moderate yields. Copper catalyzed coupling of the ortho anion leads to biphenyl-2,2′-diylbis(phenylphosphinic acid), a phosphorus analogue of biphenyl-2,2′-dicarboxylic acid. Preliminary studies of the metal-binding abilities of this O,O-chelating ligand towards a series of metal cations are included.  相似文献

This work reports the theoretical study of the aromaticity of a series of carbocycles (benzene, cyclohexane, bent and planar cyclooctatetraene) and heterocycles (pyridine, furan, thiophene, pyrrole) and their didehydro forms (arynes and hetarynes). As aromaticity probe Schleyer's NICS were used and represented in two 3D isosurfaces of the electron density. The spatial 3D representation of the NICS is shown to be a powerful tool to visualize the aromaticity (or its absence) of different molecules.  相似文献
