A comprehensive study on the efficient one‐pot synthesis of polyhedral octaphenylsilsesquioxane (OPS) is reported via the hydrolytic condensation of phenyltrimethoxysilane (PTMS) in the presence of basic catalyst to investigate the specific synthesis mechanism. The synthetic reactions are monitored with real time infrared (RTIR) spectroscopy. Then RTIR coupled with 29Si nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI‐TOF‐MS) are used to monitor the reactions and identify the intermediary species during the reaction. The rapid hydrolysis of PTMS is detected by RTIR. Contrary to previous reports, the ladder‐like structured species are identified as intermediates during the reaction process. It is suggested that formation of caged T8 OPS is realized through the chain break and rearrangement of the ladder‐like phenyltrimethoxysilanes. Accordingly, a scheme from hydrolysis of the PTMS to formation of the OPS is provided.  相似文献

Two stable heterometal‐organic frameworks, {Na[LnCo(DATP)2(Ac)(H2O)](NO3)?DMA?11 H2O}n (Ln=Er( 1 ) and Yb( 2 )), have been prepared with H2DATP (4′‐(3,5‐dicarboxyphenyl)‐2,2′:6′,2′′′‐terpyridine) as organic building block. These two isostructural compounds featuring two‐dimensional layer architectures possess outstanding thermal stabilities and excellent chemical stabilities in common organic solvents and different acid/base solutions with pH range changing from 1 to 13. Moreover, compounds 1 and 2 serving as heterogeneous catalysts can efficiently catalyse the CO2 fixation reaction with various aziridines to result in corresponding oxazolidinones at 70 °C. Importantly, a good recyclable performance of 1 for at least 10 cycles is observed based on the experimental results, which are further confirmed by PXRD, TGA and ICP analyses.  相似文献

The skeleton of fused benzimidazole‐pyrazine was constructed via an Ugi/deprotection/cyclization (UDC) and hydroamination cascade reaction. This four‐step reaction was carried out in a one‐pot procedure with only one‐time column chromatography purification. The representative compound 7b exhibited 67% cell growth inhibitory activity against human breast cancer cell line MDA‐MB‐453 at the concentration of 10μM.  相似文献

Skin cancer is the most prevalent cancer, and its assessment remains a challenge for physicians. This study reports the application of an optical sensing method, elastic scattering spectroscopy (ESS), coupled with a classifier that was developed with machine learning, to assist in the discrimination of skin lesions that are concerning for malignancy. The method requires no special skin preparation, is non‐invasive, easy to administer with minimal training, and allows rapid lesion classification. This novel approach was tested for all common forms of skin cancer. ESS spectra from a total of 1307 lesions were analyzed in a multi‐center, non‐randomized clinical trial. The classification algorithm was developed on a 950‐lesion training dataset, and its diagnostic performance was evaluated against a 357‐lesion testing dataset that was independent of the training dataset. The observed sensitivity was 100% (14/14) for melanoma and 94% (105/112) for non‐melanoma skin cancer. The overall observed specificity was 36% (84/231). ESS has potential, as an adjunctive assessment tool, to assist physicians to differentiate between common benign and malignant skin lesions.  相似文献
