In this study, transesterification and esterification were investigated in batch and continuous process using immobilized Candida rugosa and Rhizopus oryzae lipases. In the case of batch process, stepwise reaction method was investigated to prevent the lipase deactivation. Reaction conditions were as follows: temperature, 45 °C; agitation speed, 250 rpm; enzyme concentration, 20%; and water contents 10%. And then, conversion yield was 98.33% at 4 h. In the case of continuous process, circulation and long-term continuous system were investigated for development of efficient mass transfer system. Optimal reaction conditions were as follows: temperature, 45 °C; flow rate, 0.8 mL/min; and water contents, 10%. And then, conversion yield of biodiesel was 97.98% at 3 h. Especially, the maximum conversion yield using a mixture of immobilized lipases exceeded over 90% for 108 h in long-term continuous system under optimal reaction conditions (45 °C; flow rate, 0.8 mL/min; and water contents, 10%). These results should help in determining the best method for the biodiesel production and improving the design and operation of large scale by enzymatic systems.  相似文献

Complete and reliable knowledge of the ammonia spectrum is needed to enable the analysis and interpretation of astrophysical and planetary observations. Ammonia has been observed in the interstellar medium up to J=18 and more highly excited transitions are expected to appear in hot exoplanets and brown dwarfs. As a result, there is considerable interest in observing and assigning the high J (rovibrational) spectrum. In this work, numerous spectroscopic techniques were employed to study its high J transitions in the ground and ν(2)=1 states. Measurements were carried out using a frequency multiplied submillimeter spectrometer at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), a tunable far-infrared spectrometer at University of Toyama, and a high-resolution Bruker IFS 125 Fourier transform spectrometer (FTS) at Synchrotron SOLEIL. Highly excited ammonia was created with a radiofrequency discharge and a dc discharge, which allowed assignments of transitions with J up to 35. One hundred and seventy seven ground state and ν(2)=1 inversion transitions were observed with microwave accuracy in the 0.3-4.7 THz region. Of these, 125 were observed for the first time, including 26 ΔK=3 transitions. Over 2000 far-infrared transitions were assigned to the ground state and ν(2)=1 inversion bands as well as the ν(2) fundamental band. Of these, 1912 were assigned using the FTS data for the first time, including 222 ΔK=3 transitions. The accuracy of these measurements has been estimated to be 0.0003-0.0006?cm(-1). A reduced root mean square error of 0.9 was obtained for a global fit of the ground and ν(2)=1 states, which includes the lines assigned in this work and all previously available microwave, terahertz, far-infrared, and mid-infrared data. The new measurements and predictions reported here will support the analyses of astronomical observations by high-resolution spectroscopy telescopes such as Herschel, SOFIA, and ALMA. The comprehensive experimental rovibrational energy levels reported here will permit further refinement of the potential energy surface to improve ammonia ab initio calculations and facilitate assignment of new high-resolution spectra of hot ammonia.  相似文献

The reaction between ZnCl2 and N,N-bis[(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl]-1-phenylethylamine (bdmppea) affords [(bdmppea)ZnCl2], whose structure has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The [(bdmppea)ZnEt2] complex in situ prepared by the reaction between [bdmppea] and ZnEt2 exhibited high activity toward the polymerization reaction of rac-lactide at room temperature. However, its activity decreased sharply with decreasing temperature. Stereospecificity of this catalyst characterized by heterotacticity (Pr) was determined by homonuclear decoupled NMR spectroscopy, which value was ∼0.58.  相似文献

Chiral metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have gained rising attention as ordered nanoporous materials for enantiomer separations, chiral catalysis, and sensing. Among those, chiral MOFs are generally obtained through complex synthetic routes by using a limited choice of reactive chiral organic precursors as the primary linkers or auxiliary ligands. Here, we report a template-controlled synthesis of chiral MOFs from achiral precursors grown on chiral nematic cellulose-derived nanostructured bio-templates. We demonstrate that chiral MOFs, specifically, zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF), unc -[Zn(2-MeIm)2, 2-MeIm=2-methylimidazole], can be grown from regular precursors within nanoporous organized chiral nematic nanocelluloses via directed assembly on twisted bundles of cellulose nanocrystals. The template-grown chiral ZIF possesses tetragonal crystal structure with chiral space group of P41, which is different from traditional cubic crystal structure of I-43 m for freely grown conventional ZIF-8. The uniaxially compressed dimensions of the unit cell of templated ZIF and crystalline dimensions are signatures of this structure. We observe that the templated chiral ZIF can facilitate the enantiotropic sensing. It shows enantioselective recognition and chiral sensing abilities with a low limit of detection of 39 μM and the corresponding limit of chiral detection of 300 μM for representative chiral amino acid, D- and L- alanine.  相似文献

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2D) is a chronic, obesity-related, and inflammatory disorder characterize by insulin resistance, inadequate insulin secretion, hyperglycemia, and excessive glucagon secretion. Exendin-4 (EX), a clinically established antidiabetic medication that acts as a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist, is effective in lowering glucose levels and stimulating insulin secretion while significantly reducing hunger. However, the requirement for multiple daily injections due to EX's short half-life is a significant limitation in its clinical application, leading to high treatment costs and patient inconvenience. To address this issue, an injectable hydrogel system is developed that can provide sustained EX release at the injection site, reducing the need for daily injections. In this study, the electrospray technique is examine to form EX@CS nanospheres by electrostatic interaction between cationic chitosan (CS) and negatively charged EX. These nanospheres are uniformly dispersed in a pH-temperature responsive pentablock copolymer, which forms micelles and undergoes sol-to-gel transition at physiological conditions. Following injection, the hydrogel gradually degraded, exhibiting excellent biocompatibility. The EX@CS nanospheres are subsequently released, maintaining therapeutic levels for over 72 h compared to free EX solution. The findings demonstrate that the pH-temperature responsive hydrogel system containing EX@CS nanospheres can be a promising platform for the treatment of T2D.  相似文献

We report a general synthetic strategy for post-encapsulation of metal nanoparticles within preformed zeolites using post-synthetic modification. Both anionic and cationic precursors to metal nanoparticle are supported on 8- and 10-membered ring zeolites and analogues during wet impregnation using 2-aminoethanethiol (AET) as a bi-grafting agent. Thiol groups are coordinated to metal centers, whereas amine moieties are dynamically attached to micropore walls via acid-base interactions. The dynamic acid-base interactions cause the even distribution of the metal-AET complex throughout the zeolite matrix. These processes encapsulate Au, Rh, and Ni precursors within the CHA, *MRE, MFI zeolite, and SAPO-34 zeolite analogues, for which small channel apertures preclude the post-synthesis impregnation of metal precursors. Sequential activation forms small and uniform nanoparticles (1–2.5 nm in diameter), as confirmed through electron microscopy and X-ray absorption spectroscopy. Containment within the small micropores protected the nanoparticles against harsh thermal sintering conditions and prevented the fouling of the metal surface by coke, thus resulting in a high catalytic performance in n-dodecane hydroisomerization and methane decomposition. The remarkable specificity of the thiol to metal precursors and the dynamic acid-base interaction make these protocols extendable to various metal-zeolite systems, suitable for shape-selective catalysts in challenging chemical environments.  相似文献

A unique benzannulation strategy for regioselective de novo synthesis of densely functionalized phenols is described. Through metal-mediated formal [2+2+1+1] cycloaddition of two different alkynes and two molecules of CO, a series of densely functionalized phenols were obtained. The benzannulation strategy allows efficient regioselective installation up to five different substituents on a phenol ring. The resulting phenols have a substitution pattern different from those obtained from Dötz and Danheiser benzannulations.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of ruthenium 1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazolato complexes, 1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles, and a triazolium salt is reported. Treatment of the ruthenium azido complex [Ru]-N3 ( 1 , [Ru] = (η5-C5H5)(dppe)Ru, dppe = Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) with an excess of ethyl propiolate results in the formation of a mixture of the Z- and E-forms of zwitterionic N(1)-bound N(3)-ethyl acryl-4-carboxylate triazolato complexes [Ru]N3(CH=CHCO2Et)C2H(CO2) ( Z - 2 ) and ( E - 2 ). The arylation of 2 with aromatic bromides gives a series of cationic N(1)-bound N(3)-ethyl acryl-4-alkoxycarbonyl triazolato complexes {[Ru]N3(CH=CHCO2Et)C2H(CO2CH2R)}[Br] ( 3a , R = Ph ; 3b , R = C6F5; 3c , R = 4-C6H4CN, 3d , R = 2,6-C6H3F2) and the subsequent cleavage of the Ru-N bond of 3a–d gives 1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles N3(CH=CHCO2Et)C2H(CO2CH2R) ( 4a , R = Ph; 4b , R = C6F5; 4c , R = 4-C6H4CN; 4d , R = 2,6-C6H3F2) and [Ru]-Br. A 1,2,3-triazolium salt [N3(CH=CHCO2Et)(CH2C6F5)C2H2][Br] ( 5 ) was formed by transformation of 4b in BrCH2C6F5/chloroform mixture. The structures of Z-3a and Z-5 were confirmed by single-crystal x-ray diffraction analysis and both complexes participate in non-covalent aromatic interactions in the solid-state structures which can be favorable in the binding of DNA/biomolecular targets and have shown great potential in the application of biologically active anticancer drugs.  相似文献

Anthracyclines, with doxorubicin as the major representative, are amongst the most important chemotherapeutic agents used in cancer therapy. In order to reduce the severe side effects associated with their use, and to increase therapeutic efficacy, analogue development still continues, and analytical requirements change concomitantly. The available methods for bioanalysis of anthracyclines are summarized, with emphasis on high-performance liquid chromatography. Attention is paid to sample pretreatment, the possibilities of liquid—liquid and solid-phase extraction, and the chromatographic behaviour of the anthracyclines.  相似文献
