Hexakis‐substituted [60]fullerene adducts with icosahedral symmetry provide an unprecedented scaffold for the spatial arrangement of twelve functional groups with high geometric precision. This unique molecular symmetry identifies such polyfunctional organic building blocks as potential highly connective linkers for coordination polymer and metal–organic framework synthesis. Hereby, the linker exhibits a higher connectivity than the metal ions and with the main connectivity based on the ligand, this can create a new type of inversely cross‐linked framework. Two hexakis adducts bearing either twelve glycolic acid or 3‐hydroxypropionic acid side chains attached to its malonate units were incorporated as organic connectivity centers in the first fullerene‐containing three‐dimensional frameworks by coordination with Zn2+. 相似文献

The streamlined catalytic access to enantiopure allylic amines as valuable precursors towards chiral β‐ and γ‐aminoalcohols as well as α‐ and β‐aminoacids is desirable for industrial purposes. In this article an enantioselective method is described that transforms achiral allylic alcohols and N‐tosylisocyanate in a single step into highly enantioenriched N‐tosyl protected allylic amines via an allylic carbamate intermediate. The latter is likely to undergo a cyclisation‐induced [3,3]‐rearrangement catalysed by a planar chiral pentaphenylferrocene palladacycle in cooperation with a tertiary amine base. The otherwise often indispensable activation of palladacycle catalysts by a silver salt is not required in the present case and there is also no need for an inert gas atmosphere. To further improve the synthetic value, the rearrangement was used to form dimethylaminosulfonyl‐protected allylic amines, which can be deprotected under non‐reductive conditions. 相似文献

Six new ( 2 , 4 – 8 ) and two known polyketides with a basic structure of an anthraquinone‐xanthone were isolated from mycelia and culture broth of the fungus Engyodontium album strain LF069. The structures and relative configurations of these compounds were established by spectroscopic means, and their absolute configurations were defined mainly by comparison of quantum chemical TDDFT calculated and experimental ECD spectra. Compounds 2 and 4 – 8 were given the trivial names engyodontochone A ( 2 ) and B–F ( 4 – 8 ). Compounds 5 – 8 represent the first example of a 23,28 seco‐beticolin carbon skeleton. The relative and absolute configurations of two known substances JBIR‐97/98 ( 1 ) and JBIR‐99 ( 3 ) were determined for the first time. All isolated compounds were subjected to bioactivity assays. Compounds 1 – 4 exhibited inhibitory activity against methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) that was 10‐fold stronger than chloramphenicol. 相似文献

The optical properties of a series of three cyclophanes comprising either identical or different perylene bisimide (PBI) chromophores were studied by UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy and their distinctive spectral features were analyzed. All the investigated cyclophanes show significantly different absorption features with respect to the corresponding constituent PBI monomers indicating strong coupling interactions between the PBI units within the cyclophanes. DFT calculations suggest a π‐stacked arrangement of the PBI units at close van der Waals distance in the cyclophanes with rotational displacement. Simulations of the absorption spectra based on time‐dependent quantum mechanics properly reproduced the experimental spectra, revealing exciton‐vibrational coupling between the chromophores both in homo‐ and heterodimer stacks. The PBI cyclophane comprising two different PBI chromophores represents the first example of a PBI heterodimer stack for which the exciton coupling has been investigated. The quantum dynamics analysis reveals that exciton coupling in heteroaggregates is indeed of similar strength as for homoaggregates. 相似文献

To shed light on intramolecular charge‐transfer phenomena in 1,2,3‐triazole‐linked materials, a series of 1,2,3‐triazole‐linked push–pull chromophores were prepared and studied experimentally and computationally. Investigated modifications include variation of donor and/or acceptor strength and linker moiety as well as regioisomers. Photophysical characterization of intramolecular charge‐transfer features revealed ambipolar behavior of the triazole linker, depending on the substitution position. Furthermore, non‐centrosymmetric materials were subjected to second‐harmonic generation measurements, which revealed the high nonlinear optical activity of this class of materials. 相似文献

HET acid was condensed with either ethylene glycol or 1,4-butanediol to yield the respective oligoesters. These oligoesters were characterized by molecular weight, measured by vapor-pressure osmometry. The degradation mechanism of oligoesters of HET acid with either ethylene glycol or 1,4-butanediol was elucidated. The thermal properties of these polyesters were studied using differential thermal analysis and thermal volatilization analysis. The mechanism of degradation was proposed on the basis of pyrolysis–gas chromatography studies, the degradation products being subsequently identified by mass spectrometry. It turned out that in the course of decomposition, hexachlorocyclopentadiene was formed, which is believed to be the active substance for flame retardance in these systems. The aspect of tailoring flame retardancy by changing the chemical environment, i.e., by using different diols, is discussed. 相似文献

The reaction of CuCl with WOCl3 at 400 °C leads to a mixture of Cu1?x[W2O2Cl6] ( 1 ) and Cu1?x[W4O4Cl10] ( 2 ) in form of black lustrous needles. Both compounds crystallize in space group C2/m with a = 12.7832(5) Å, b = 3.7656(2) Å, c = 10.7362(3) Å, β = 119.169(2)° for 1 and a = 12.8367(19) Å, b = 3.7715(7) Å, c = 15.955(3) Å, β = 102.736(5)° for 2 . The structures are made up of WO2Cl4 octahedra. In the case of 1 two octahedra are edge‐sharing via chlorine atoms to form pairs which are linked via the trans‐positioned oxygen atoms to form infinite double strands . In the structure of 2 two of these double strands are condensed via terminal chlorine atoms to form quadruple strands . Like for all members of the Mx[W2O2X6] structure family (X = Cl, Br) nonstochiometry with respect to the cations M was observed. The copper content of 1 and 2 was derived from the site occupation factors of the respective structure refinements. For several crystals examined the copper content varied between x = 0.27 and 0.17 for 1 and x = 0.04 for 2 . In both structures the oxochlorotungstate strands are negatively charged and connected to layers by the monovalent copper ions, which are tetrahedrally coordinated by the non‐bridging chlorine atoms of the strands. The structure models imply disorder of the Cu+ ions over closely neighboured sites. 相似文献
