Abstract

A series of novel Mahkoside A derivatives was synthesized, and their in vitro cytotoxic activities were evaluated against the human cancer cell line Ec‐9706. A Preliminary structure–activity relationship study showed compounds 7 and 8 have obvious cytotoxic activities (IC50: 30.0 and 12.5 µg · mL?1, respectively).  相似文献

A number of 4,5‐dichloro‐ and 4,5‐dibromopyridazin‐3‐ones and ‐3,6‐diones with polyfluoro substituents at position 2 were obtained in good yields by microwave‐assisted method. The oxopyridazines as well as their respective 5‐dimethylaminoethylamino derivatives were tested for antibacterial, antiviral, and antiprotozoal activity.  相似文献

A series of cyclophanes composed of two triarylelement caps linked by two-atom bridges has been synthesized. The bridgehead functional groups include phosphines in combination with amines, hydrosilanes, methylsilanes, and ethoxysilanes. Computational studies accurately predicted that when the bridgehead substituents are small (lone pairs or protons), an in,in bridgehead stereochemistry is strongly favored, but larger bridgehead substituents favor the formations of in,out stereoisomers. The X-ray structures, spectra, and reactivity of these compounds are discussed, as well as the resolution of one of the cyclophanes into pure enantiomers.  相似文献

Two dinuclear succinato‐bridged nickel(II) complexes [Ni(RR‐L)]2(μ‐SA)(ClO4)2 ( 1 ) and [Ni(SS‐L)]2(μ‐SA)(ClO4)2 ( 2 ) (L = 5, 5, 7, 12, 12, 14‐hexamethyl‐1, 4, 8, 11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane, SA = succinic acid) were synthesized and characterized by EA, Circular dichroism (CD), as well as IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that the NiII atoms display a distorted octahedral coordination arrangement, and the succinato ligand bridges two central NiII atoms in a bis bidentate fashion to form dimers in 1 and 2 . The monomers of {[Ni(RR‐L)]2(μ‐SA)}2+ and {[Ni(SS‐L)]2(μ‐SA)}2+ are connected by O–H ··· O and N–H ··· O hydrogen bonds into a 1D right‐handed and left‐handed helical chain along the b axis, respectively. The homochiral natures of 1 and 2 are confirmed by the results of CD spectroscopy.  相似文献

The first enantioselective Michael reaction of β-aryl-α-ketophosphonates and nitroalkenes has been realized by using a new bifunctional Takemoto-type thiourea catalyst. The primary Michael adducts obtained were converted in situ to the corresponding amides through the aminolysis. High yields, excellent diastereoselectivities (>95:5 dr), and good enantioselectivities (up to 81% ee) have been achieved for the corresponding α,β-disubstituted γ-nitroamides. This reaction again demonstrated that α-ketophosphonates are interesting pronucleophiles that can be used as amide surrogates in organocatalyzed reactions.  相似文献
