On 3H-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamide (3MPC), Single crystal XRD, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Raman Spectroscopy, Molecular Electrostatic Potential, Density function theoretical analysis and Molecular docking analysis are conducted. The target protein docking experiments revealed that the small molecule (MET) is a good molecule that docks well with several Nav channel 1 targets. Molecular Electrostatic Potential (MEP) aids in the optimization of protein-ligand electrostatic interactions. The molecular surface and hydrogen bonding interactions in the 3MPC crystal structure were located and analyzed using a fingerprint plot and Hirshfeld Surfaces. DFT–B3LYP calculations with the 6-31G (d,p) basis set are used to establish the optimised structure of the MET molecule, and the measured vibrational frequencies are compared to experimental values. The parameters of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion (ADME) and toxic (Tox) were assessed using the online server preADMET.  相似文献

New saponin components, Sg-6 saponins, have been recently reported from the seeds of wild soybean (Glycine soja) which may have specific health benefits. To evaluate the possible health benefits, a large amount of Sg-6 saponins are needed, but general group A acetyl saponins and new Sg-6 saponins are eluted in overlapping peaks by ordinal preparative high-performance liquid chromatography and/or open column methods. A new method is proposed in this report. This method includes (1) deacetylation of group A acetyl saponins in alkali condition with KOH, (2) precipitation of Sg-6 saponins in acid condition with HCl, (3) recovery of Sg-6 saponins with aqueous methanol from the precipitate, and (4) elution of Sg-6 saponins by preparative reverse-phase open column. With this method, from 450?g of wild soybean whole seed powder, about 1?g of Sg-6 saponins (mixture of six components) was clearly separated from other saponins with 61% recovery.  相似文献

Enthalpy measurements have been taken on GdSmTi2O7 and DySmTi2O7 by using a high-temperature differential calorimeter at temperature between 800 and 1655 K. Thermodynamic function, such as heat capacity, entropy and Gibbs energy functions of GdSmTi2O7 and DySmTi2O7, was derived using the data obtained in this study. The results are presented and compared with the data available in the literature. In the present study, a pot culture experiment was conducted to estimate the ameliorating effect of propiconazole (PCZ) on drought stress in cowpea (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.) plants. From 30 days after sowing (DAS), the plants were subjected to 3, 6 and 9 days interval drought (DID) stress and drought stress with PCZ at 15 and 15 mg l(-1) PCZ alone and 1 day interval irrigation was kept as control. The plant samples were collected on 34 DAS (3 DID), 37 DAS (6 DID) and 40 DAS (9 DID). The plants were separated into root, stem and leaf for estimating the antioxidant contents and activities of antioxidant enzymes. Individual and combined drought stress and PCZ treatments increased ascorbic acid (AA), alpha-tocopherol (alpha-toc) contents, superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), catalase (CAT) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activities when compared to control. The PCZ treatment mitigated the adverse effects of drought stress by increasing the antioxidant potentials and thereby paved the way for overcoming drought stress in V. unguiculata plants.  相似文献

Europium titanate is a potential control rod material. Enthalpy increments of europium titanate (Eu2TiO5) were measured in the temperature range 770–1,747 K by employing the method of inverse drop calorimetry using a high-temperature differential calorimeter. The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl(C18H37N4O2){ZnCl3}], has been determined by X‐ray diffraction.Cmeso‐5,5,7,12,12,14‐Hexa­methyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetra­aza­cyclotetradecane‐N‐acetate acts as a bridging ligand to coodinate with CoIII and ZnII ions. The CoIII ion is six‐coordinate in a nearly octahedral environment provided by one Cl atom, four N atoms of the bridging ligand, and one O atom. The ZnII ion is four‐coordinate in a distorted tetrahedral environment completed by three Cl atoms and an O atom of the bridging ligand.  相似文献
