The TDMM was successfully used to analyze the capacitance, the electric field, and the ESD current of an ESD suppressor. The obtained capacitance was also validated by measurement data. It is found that the maximum electric fields in the air gap between two discharge electrodes for the air gap width of 5–50 μm are much higher than the threshold electric field for air breakdown. A maximum ESD current of 4.7 mA was obtained during an ESD event, which may be sufficient to cause a malfunction in a high sensitivity integrated circuit.  相似文献

Rod-like nanocrystals of the semiconductor alloy (ZnS)x(CuInS2)1−x (ZCIS) have been colloidally prepared by using a one-pot non-injection-based synthetic strategy. The ZCIS nanorods crystallize in the hexagonal wurtzite structure and display preferential growth in the direction of the c axis. The bandgap of these quarternary alloyed nanorods can be conveniently tuned by varying the ratio of ZnS to CuInS2. A non-linear relationship between the bandgap and the alloy composition is observed. The ZCIS nanorods are found to exhibit promising photocatalytic behaviour in visible-light-driven degradation of Rhodamine B.  相似文献

A soft ionic conductor can serve as an artificial nerve in an artificial muscle. A polyacrylamide hydrogel is synthesized containing a hygroscopic salt, lithium chloride. Two layers of the hydrogel are used as ionic conductors to sandwich a dielectric elastomer and fabricate a highly stretchable and transparent actuator. When the two layers of the hydrogels are subject to a voltage, the actuator reduces its thickness and expands. An areal strain of 134% is demonstrated. The voltage‐strain curves are calculated by using a model that accounts for the elastic constraint of the hydrogel and the inhomogeneous deformation of the actuator. For actuators fabricated with the hydrogel of various thicknesses and with the dielectric elastomer of various prestretches, excellent agreements are found between experimental data and theoretical predictions. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The advent of flat-panel displays has opened the era of macroelectronics. Enthusiasm is gathering to develop macroelectronics as a platform for many technologies, ranging from paper-like displays to thin-film solar cells, technologies that aim to address the essential societal needs for easily accessible information, renewable energy, and sustainable environment. The widespread use of these large structures will depend on their ruggedness, portability and low cost, attributes that will come from new material choices and new manufacturing processes. For example, thin-film devices on thin polymer substrates lend themselves to roll-to-roll fabrication, and impart flexibility to the products. These large structures will have diverse architectures, hybrid materials, and small features; their mechanical behavior during manufacturing and use poses significant challenges to the creation of the new technologies. This paper describes ongoing work in the emerging field of research - the mechanics of macroelectronics, with emphasis on the mechanical behavior at the scale of individual features, and over a long time.  相似文献

铂类抗癌药物在水中的溶解度和稳定性直接与药物的活性和毒性有关.几十年来,为了改进药物的效能和降低药物的毒性,做了大量的研究.超分子铂类化合物可能具有与众不同的物理化学性质,我们成功设计和合成了一个新型的超分子抗癌药物-双环铂,己证实双环铂对人类的恶性肿瘤有好的治疗效果.用X射线单晶衍射法测定了双环铂的晶体结构,又用电喷雾离子化质谱研究了它在水溶液中的状态.根据实验结果提出了双环铂在水溶液中的结构模型,解释了双环铂在水中好的稳定性和溶解度.  相似文献

<正>A novel potassium ions sensor based on mode-filtered light detection was reported.The analyzer was consisting of an optical fiber immobilized with a dye of bromocresol green and a fused-silica capillary.It was found that mode-filtered light intensity decreased with the concentration of potassium ions and a linear detection range of 0.25-20 mmol/L(R~2 = 0.9977) was obtained with a detection limit of 9×10~(-5) mol/L as well as fast response,good reproducibility and reversibility in the working concentration range.  相似文献
