用峰鉴别技术反相高效液相色谱法测定火锅汤料中微量吗啡

本文报道了以峰鉴别技术为定性依据的测定火锅汤料中微量吗啡的反相高效液相色谱法。本法采用改良的Ｓｔａｓ－ｏｔｔｏ法分离提取复杂样品中的微量吗啡。由于采用峰鉴别技术，增加了定性参数，大大提高了定性方法的准确性。本法简便、快速。最低检出浓度为０．０４ｍｇ／Ｌ。在数十例样品分析中，与其它仪器分析结果比照，非常符合。     

用4,4‘—壬二酰基—双（1—苯基—3—甲基—吡唑酮—5）萃取分离钍

本文研究了标题试剂(简称H_2A)与Th(Ⅳ)的络合作用及萃取行为,考查了H_2A对Fe(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、La(Ⅲ)、Yb(Ⅲ)和U(Ⅵ)的萃取作用,试验了它对Th(Ⅳ)与上述元素及Ca(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅲ)、In(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)、Zr(Ⅵ)的分离效果。

Coumarin-conjugated cyclodextrins: remarkable enhancement of the chemical-to-light energy transfer efficiency

One or two coumarin units were incorporated to the primary face of γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD), and the resultant coumarin derivatives were employed to harvest the chemical energy generated in the reaction of bis(trichlorophenyl)oxalate with hydrogen peroxide. In comparison with the coumarin without CD cavity for molecular recognition, the coumarin–CD conjugates demonstrated much higher chemiluminescence inetensity, indicating that the CD moiety remarkably improves the chemical energy transfer.

用^3HNMR波谱法分析微波激发催化交换制备的^3H标记颠茄类生物碱

用~3H NMR波谱法测定了微波激发催化交换制备的四种~3H标记颠茄类生物碱示踪剂的氚标记位置及其相对百分含量。并在用~1H NMK归属原料纯度及标记物分子各基因化学位移时采用了水峰抑制技术(简称WEFT),既能同时消除溶剂氘代甲醇及水峰的影响;又能提高灵敏度(近10倍),从而计算出所得标记产物的化学纯度值与放化纯度值。为快速、准确寻找制备标记生物碱的最佳实验条件和控制标记物质量提供了唯一的物理无损分析方法。     

An in situ STM study on the long-range surface restructuring of Au(1 1 1) in a non-chloroaluminumated ionic liquid

We report an in situ STM study of a potential-dependent long-range surface restructuring of Au(1 1 1) electrode in neat 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborates (BMIBF₄) ionic liquid. Au(1 1 1) undergoes a significant long-range surface restructuring upon cathodic excursion to −1.0 V vs. Pt quasi-reference. The restructuring involves the formation of tiny pits, which then develops into a stable worm-like network with an average width of the network grids 2 nm. Electrochemical annealing occurs at the cathodic limit with the presence of a reduction product of cation BMI⁺. A smooth surface is recovered with the appearance of the typical (√3 × 22) reconstruction of Au(1 1 1). The surface restructuring is reestablished upon anodic excursion to −1.3 V after the adsorbed reduction product is oxidized. The long-range surface restructuring phenomenon is tentatively explained as a result of partial charge transfer to the weakly adsorbed BMI⁺, which reduces the metal–metal cohesive energy. In addition, the synergetic effect of the counter anion BF₄⁻ may also be involved. The results provide a knowledge of Au(1 1 1) electrode behavior in the neat ionic liquid and are beneficial to understanding in situ STM results involving surface morphological changes in such a media.     

反相高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中曲尼司特浓度

 报道了用反相高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中曲尼司特浓度。以甲醇－磷酸二氢钾缓冲液（６０∶４０，Ｖ／Ｖ；ｐＨ４．２）为流动相，色谱柱采用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８不锈钢柱，紫外３３３ｎｍ波长检测，血浆样品经甲醇沉淀蛋白后直接进样测定。血浆浓度在０．６５～４０ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内线性良好，方法的平均回收率为１００．０％±４．１％。血浆最低检测浓度为０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ。对１０名健康志愿者口服２００ｍｇ曲尼司特后不同时间的血药浓度进行了测定。     

应用扩展的重叠分辨率法优化液相色谱条件分离二茂铁类化合物

本文对优化液相色谱分离条件的重叠分辨率法进行了改进与扩展：首先利用全范围的二元线性梯度淋洗进行溶剂强度的优化，再通过重叠分辨率法进行了溶剂选择性的优化，并且建立了计算机系统，使此方法程序化。利用此方法建立了分离Ｎ－二茂铁甲酰基－Ｎ＇－芳基硫脲类衍生物的最佳流动相体系。
