Sm2Fe17合金的氢化-歧化过程演化 总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9
通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDX)等手段重点研究了Sm2Fe17合金在氢化-歧化过程中的相组成、相的变化以及微观结构的演化规律。研究表明:在0.1MPa的H2气氛下,Sm2Fe17合金首先吸氢;400℃时合金出现部分脱氢现象;在T≥500℃逐渐开始歧化为SmHx和α—Fe,同时生成了大量的微晶或非晶组织;随着温度的升高,合金中的微晶非晶逐渐晶化,750℃时晶化完全,晶粒长大至20~100nm。通过对Sm2Fe17合金的氢化一歧化过程研究,建立了该过程的微观结构变化规律的物理模型。 相似文献

在过去几十年中,光纤的应用已经渗透到多个学科领域。光纤的抗电磁干扰、可远程监控、多重监测、体积小及质量轻等特点,使其在传感器研究领域备受关注。聚电解质层层自组装膜构建的光纤传感器自2000年诞生以来,已快速发展成为传感器领域新的研究热点。该类光纤传感器在微量物质的监测方面具有广泛的应用前景。本文从光纤和光纤传感器优点出发,总结了基于层层自组装多层膜的光纤传感器种类、性能、检测原理以及相应的光纤结构和自组装材料;进而结合作者已做的相关工作,论述了在光纤基底上的聚电解质层层自组装及基于自组装膜的光纤传感器的测试;重点综述了近十年层层自组装膜的光纤pH传感器、湿度传感器、气体传感器、生物传感器及其他类型的光纤传感器的制备与应用,并展望了今后聚电解质层层自组装多层膜光纤传感器的发展。 相似文献

为了评估舷侧液舱在大型撞击物下的抗碰撞特性,采用有限元法和简化理论法对典型球鼻艏在不同撞击速度和液舱水线工况下的舷侧外板和内板的抗破坏性能进行了分析。结果表明:舷侧水效应可以显著提升双舷侧结构的抗破坏性能,但是提升的幅度是有限的,而且水效应对外板的破坏作用力影响较小,对舷侧内板的破坏作用力影响较大;当球鼻艏撞击速度逐渐增高时,舷侧外板和内板的破坏作用力也逐渐增大,但增大速率逐渐降低,其中舷侧外板较舷侧内板的增大速率更快趋于平缓。对不同液舱水线的分析表明:舷侧液舱水线在受撞击的强框架以上时,对抗碰撞性能影响较小;当舷侧液舱水线在受撞击的强框架以下时,对舷侧外板的抗碰撞特性影响较小,但对舷侧内板的抗碰撞特性影响很大,并且随着球鼻艏碰撞速度的增高,不同水线位置对船舶抗碰撞性能的影响也随之增大。 相似文献

Many efforts have been performed on the poly(vinylidene fluoride), PVDF, due to its piezoelectric, pyroelectric and ferroelectric potentials. In this regard, how to fabricate the PVDF with high content of β-phase, which is also the direct contribution to PVDF's prominent property, becomes a critical issue. In this study, starting with the α-phase dominated sample, the PVDF with extremely high content of β-crystalline phase was obtained by the incorporation of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified by hyperbranched copolymers (HBCs). We proved that, via XRD, DSC as well as the structural characterizations from the polarized optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the success of this strategy was ascribed to the enhanced dispersibility and stability of MWCNTs endowed by the HBCs, which significantly favors the formation of the β-crystalline phase of PVDF. 相似文献

The influences of pH and NaCl concentration of dipping solutions and the pH and NaCl concentration of disintegration solutions on the disintegration behaviors of poly(4-vinylpyridiniomethanecarboxylate) (PVPMC)/poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) (PVPMC/PSS) multilayer films were investigated by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). It was found that the disintegration rates and degrees of PVPMC/PSS multilayer films in neutral water could be well controlled by changing pH of dipping solutions and immersion time during the disintegration process. Furthermore, PVPMC/PSS multilayer films could be disintegrated completely and rapidly in pH 8 alkali solution or physiological condition (i.e., 0.15 M NaCl solution). The controllable disintegration of PVPMC/PSS multilayer films was then utilized to fabricate PEC/PSS free-standing multilayer films, in which PEC was a positively charged polyelectrolyte complex made from excessive poly(diallyldimethylammonium) (PDDA) and PSS. The experimental results indicated that the disintegration rates of PVPMC/PSS sacrificial sublayer strongly affected the integrity of the resultant PEC/PSS free-standing multilayer films. Only free-floating PEC/PSS was released from neutral water by disintegrating PVPMC/PSS multilayer sublayers. However, large size flat and tube-like PEC/PSS free-standing multilayer films with good mechanical properties were obtained facilely from pH 8 alkali solution and 0.15 M NaCl solution, respectively. A high average power line-tunable TEA CO2 laser is described. Average output power up to 3 kW is achieved at repetition rate of 180 Hz.
