Battery energy storage technology is an important part of the industrial parks to ensure the stable power supply, and its rough charging and discharging mode is difficult to meet the application requirements of energy saving, emission reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency increase. As a classic method of deep reinforcement learning, the deep Q-network is widely used to solve the problem of user-side battery energy storage charging and discharging. In some scenarios, its performance has reached the level of human expert. However, the updating of storage priority in experience memory often lags behind updating of Q-network parameters. In response to the need for lean management of battery charging and discharging, this paper proposes an improved deep Q-network to update the priority of sequence samples and the training performance of deep neural network, which reduces the cost of charging and discharging action and energy consumption in the park. The proposed method considers factors such as real-time electricity price, battery status, and time. The energy consumption state, charging and discharging behavior, reward function, and neural network structure are designed to meet the flexible scheduling of charging and discharging strategies, and can finally realize the optimization of battery energy storage benefits. The proposed method can solve the problem of priority update lag, and improve the utilization efficiency and learning performance of the experience pool samples. The paper selects electricity price data from the United States and some regions of China for simulation experiments. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional algorithm, the proposed approach can achieve better performance in both electricity price systems, thereby greatly reducing the cost of battery energy storage and providing a stronger guarantee for the safe and stable operation of battery energy storage systems in industrial parks.  相似文献

探讨了化学探头法和荧光光谱法测定水中溶解氧的关系。分别用F检验和t检验对两组数据进行了比较,结果表明两组数据的精密度和系统误差都没有显著差异,两种方法测定溶解氧的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)分别为0.35%,0.33%。进而又探讨了溶解氧与NaCl含量、温度之间的关系,结果表明溶解氧含量随NaCl含量的增加、温度的升高而逐渐降低。  相似文献

In this paper, a Novel Parallel Quantum Genetic Algorithm (NPQGA) is proposed for the stochastic Job Shop Scheduling Problem with the objective of minimizing the expected value of makespan, where the processing times are subjected to independent normal distributions. Based on the parallel evolutionary idea and some concepts of quantum theory, we simulate a model of parallel quantum computation. In this frame, there are some demes (sub-populations) and some universes (groups of populations), which are structured in super star-shaped topologies. A new migration scheme based on penetration theory is developed to control migration rate and direction adaptively between demes, and a novel quantum crossover strategy is devised among universes. The quantum evolution is executed in every deme by applying some improvement operators (the coding mechanism aiming at job shop, the new quantum rotation angle and the catastrophe operator). Experiment results show NPQGA's effectiveness and applicability.  相似文献

The W-doped Fe/TiO2 catalyst prepared by an impregnation method exhibited a good NH3-selective cata- lytic reduction(SCR) activity and N2 selectivity with broad operation temperature window. The interaction between Fe and W could increase the amount of surface chemisorbed oxygen, and thus enhances the low temperature SCR activity by facilitating the fast SCR of 2NH3+NO+NO2 →2N2+3H2O. The NH3-SCR reaction mechanism over the W-Fe/TiO2 was fully investigated via in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(in situ DRIFTS). In the low temperature range(〈250 ℃), the reactive surface species were mainly coordinated NH3, ionic NH~ and adsorbed NO2 species, and the SCR mainly followed the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism, during which the adsorbed NO2 species became the important active sites. In the high temperature range(〉250 ℃), the reactive surface species were mainly NH2, and the SCR mainly followed the Eley-Rideal mechanism, during which the for- mation of NH2NO intermediate species after H-abstraction of NH3 was the rate-determining step.  相似文献
