以D-核糖为原料,合成了1,4-脱水一双(氧特丁基二甲基甲硅烷基)-α-D-吡喃核糖(ADSR)和1,4-脱水-2,3-氧-亚异丙基-α-D-吡喃核糖(AIRP),研究了它们在SbCl5催化下的开环共聚合反应,并测定了共聚产物的比旋光度、分子量及1H、13CNMR谱。结果表明,尽管AIRP在均聚中总是得到单一的1-4β结构产物,而在共聚产物中,AIRP结构单元则为1—4β和1-5α的混合结构。同时发现,聚合温度对共聚物的产率和立体结构均有较大的影响。  相似文献

采用毛细管流交仪测定了PBT/PC共混物的表观粘度、剪切应力,观察了不同共混物组成和不同温度下共混物的流变行为,并借助扫描电镜对共混物和微观形态结构进行分析。结果表明:PBT/PC熔体共混物的流变行为接近假塑性流体.温度对共混物的流变行为影响很大,共混物的熔体粘度在PBT/PC为90/10和60/40时呈双极值.共混物为两相结构,PC含量为4-50%时呈两互锁结构。  相似文献

A facile and easily controlled route was designed to synthesize nano-structured Fe2O3, CuO, and CuO/Fe2O3 hybrid oxides with different Cu/Fe molar ratios via a hydrothermal procedure. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The results showed that the morphologies of the samples changed with different Cu/Fe ratios. The electrocatalytic properties of the samples modified on a glassy carbon electrode for p-nitrophenol reduction in a basic solution were investigated. The results indicated that CuO/Fe2O3 hybrids with lower Cu/Fe ratio exhibited higher electrocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic performances of the samples for methyl orange degradation with assistance of oxydol under irradiation of visible light were studied. The results revealed that CuO/Fe2O3 hybrids with higher Cu/Fe ratio showed efficient photocatalytic activity.   相似文献

High-level ab initio calculations are carried out to study the relative stability of the two hydrogen bonded structures of water-hydrogen sulfide complex, one with water as the proton donor (A) and the other with hydrogen sulfide as the proton donor (B). The results show that structure A is considerably more stable than B at the correlated level, which is in contrast with previous results obtained from Hartree-Fock calculations.  相似文献

We report on a simple amperometric detector for use in microchip capillary electrophoresis. A disposable syringe serves as the electrode holder that is fixed at the outlet of the separation channel. A carbon paste electrode is used to detect dopamine (DA) and catechol (CA) after electrophoretic separation. The two model analytes were well separated within 60 s. The response is linear in the concentration range from 4 to 500???M, and the detection limit is 1.2???M for DA (S/N = 3:1). The relative standard deviations of the inter-run and inter-electrode peak currents, respectively, are 2.8% and 5.7% for DA, and 3.9% and 6.5% for CA. Favorable column efficiency (expressed by the theoretical plate number which is 5.3 × 104 m-1 for DA) is achieved. The method was successfully applied to the separation and detection of 3-aminophenol (3-AP) in an injection powder containing sodium 4-aminosalicylate. The detection limit of 3-AP is as low as 1.7???M, which meets the demand of the impurity test. The facile assembly allows convenient replacement of working electrodes and improves the longevity of the microanalytical system.

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, a horseradish peroxidase-catalyzed fluorogenic reaction, and chemiluminescence (CL) analysis have been combined to develop a sandwich ELISA for Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) using monoclonal antibodies for different epitopes of SEB. The enzyme catalyzed reaction of 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl propionate) with the urea complex of hydrogen peroxide produced a fluorescent dimer which was detected by chemiluminescence analysis. The CL response to SEB is linear in the range from 6.0 to 564?pg?mL?1 (r?=?0.9993), and the detection limit is 3.3?pg?mL?1 (S/N?=?3). Intra- and interassay coefficients of variation are <7.0% at three concentrations (24, 96 and 384?pg?mL?1). The method was applied to the analysis of SEB in serum, lake water and milk samples. The results compared well with those obtained by conventional ELISAs.

The Monascus fermentation product red mold rice (RMR) has been found to contain the cholesterol-lowering agent monacolin K (MK) in both its lactone (MKL) and acid (MKA) forms and the mycotoxin citrinin (CT). The yellow pigments in RMR, namely, monascin (MS) and ankaflavin (AK), have been reported to exhibit antimetastatic and antiangiogenic activities. Currently, MK and these yellow pigments are usually detected in RMR by different analytical methods that are inconvenient, expensive, and time-consuming. The goal of this study was to establish a rapid, synchronous analytical method for determination of the MKA, MKL, MS, AK, and CT levels in RMR. MKA, MKL, MS, AK, and CT were extracted by the same extraction method, then separated by RP-HPLC with a C18 column. The effluent from the column was passed through a photodiode array detector and then introduced directly into a fluorescence detector. The results showed that high recovery rates of MKA, MKL, MS, AK, and CT are possible if RMR powder is extracted with 75% ethanol (10 mL) at 80 degrees C for 30 min. With regard to the optimal conditions of the HPLC, the peaks of MKA, MKL, MS, AK, and CT can be clearly separated from any noise peaks by isocratic elution with a mobile phase comprising 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid in acetonitrile-water (62.5 + 37.5, v/v).  相似文献

Nucleophilic thiol-acrylate Michael reaction between a hydrophobic thiol and hydrophilic acrylate derivative generated a nonionic surfactant with acid-labile β-thiopropionate linker. Micellization of the surfactant, its ability to encapsulate hydrophobic dye, acid-induced disruption of the aggregate and pH-selective dye release profile have been revealed in this report. The micellar aggregates were found to be stable under neutral conditions, but they could be disrupted in acidic pH (5.3), and thus the encapsulated hydrophobic dye molecules could be selectively released. Appropriate control experiments revealed that the sulfur atom in the β-position is essential for acidic hydrolysis of the ester functionality of the surfactant.  相似文献
