A mode locked Er-doped fiber laser based on a single-wall carbon nanotube saturable absorber is demonstrated. A high quality single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) absorber film is fabricated by a polymer composite. The pulse duration is 488 fs with 9.6-nm spectral width at the center of 1564 nm. The repetition rate is 30.4 MHz. The maximum output power is 3 mW. And the single pulse energy is 0.1 nJ.  相似文献

The magnetocaloric effect(MCE) in EuCu1.75P2 compound is studied by the magnetization and heat capacity measurements.Magnetization and modified Arrott plots indicate that the compound undergoes a second-order phase transition at TC ~ 51 K.A large reversible MCE is observed around TC.The values of maximum magnetic entropy change(-△SxMma) reach 5.6 J·kg-1·K-1 and 13.3 J·kg-1·K-1 for the field change of 2 T and 7 T,respectively,with no obvious hysteresis loss in the vicinity of Curie temperature.The corresponding maximum adiabatic temperature changes(△Tadmax) are evaluated to be 2.1 K and 5.0 K.The magnetic transition and the origin of large MCE in EuCu1.75P2 are also discussed.  相似文献

The behaviors of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) deposited as the dielectric for high-voltage devices are investigated experimentally and theoretically. The devices demonstrate not only high breakdown voltages above 350 V, but also excellent memory behaviors. A drain current-gate voltage (ID-VG) memory window of about 2.2 V is obtained at the sweep voltages of ±10 V for the 350-V laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor (LDMOS). The retention time of about 270 s is recorded for the LDMOS through a controlled ID-VG measurement. The LDMOS with memory behaviors has potential to be applied in future power conversion circuits to boost the performance of the energy conversion system.  相似文献

The Cauchy problem of one dimensional fourth-order nonlinear Schrödinger equation related to the vortex filament is studied. Local well-posedness for initial data in H s (?) (s > 1/2) is obtained without conditions ν < 0 and μ ? ν/2 = 0 by the Fourier restriction norm method. The result is a refinement of our previous paper (Huo and Jia, 2005 Huo , Z. , Jia , Y. The telescope at a wavelength of 13.2 nm of the TESIS device of the CORONAS-PHOTON satellite is intended for imaging hot plasma (T ~ 10 MK) of the solar corona. In this paper, calibration of optical elements of the telescope is described. The transmittance of multilayer Zr/Si filters and the sensitivity and radiation resistance of the CCD-array-based detector were measured. The transmittance of filters in the operating wavelength range was 40–50% (for filters of various thicknesses); the spectral dependence of the transmittance was close to the calculated one. The transmittance of filters in the visible region was (1–2) × 10?6. The detector sensitivity was 0.01–0.1 analog-to-digital units per photon (adu/photon), the radiation resistance was better than 109 rad.  相似文献

In this work a 1,2,4‐triazole derivative 1‐(4‐aminobenzyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (abtz) was utilized, one new cadmium(II) coordination polymer, namely [Cd(abtz)I2]n ( 1 ) was prepared through the powerful solvo‐thermal synthetic strategy. In compound 1 , the abtz building blocks are interlinked through the central CdII ions forming the two‐dimensional (2D) layer coordination framework. Powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) characterization also reveals that we have prepared the pure phases of coordination polymer 1 . Optical properties have been determined, which can behave the excellent photo‐luminescent emission of coordination polymer 1 . Photo‐luminescent experiment also reveals that coordination polymer 1 can behave the highly sensitive detection for acetone molecules with high Ksv value (Ksv = 4.12 ×104 L · mol–1) in the recyclable detection fashion. Additionally, coordination polymer 1 also can behave the highly sensitive detection for pollutant dichromate with excellent quenching efficiency Ksv (Ksv = 2.12 × 104 L · mol–1) and low detection limit [38 × 10–3 mM (S/N = 3)]. UV/Vis, photo‐luminescent lifetime, and PXRD patterns also have been determined to analyze the detection mechanism.  相似文献

As a class of biocompatible and biodegradable phase‐change materials, natural fatty acids have received considerable interest in recent years for temperature‐controlled release of drugs. However, the poor dispersibility and colloidal stability of their nanoparticles under physiological conditions place a major limitation on their applications in biomedicine. Herein, we report a facile method for encapsulating a mixture of two natural fatty acids (with a eutectic melting point at 39 °C) in a biocompatible, silica‐based nanocapsule to achieve both stable dispersion and controllable release of drugs. The nanocapsules have a well‐defined hole in the wall to ensure easy loading of fatty acids, together with multiple types of functional components such as therapeutics and near‐infrared dyes. The payloads can be released through the hole when the fatty acids are melted upon photothermal heating. The release profile can be controlled by varying the size of the hole and/or the duration of laser irradiation.  相似文献

A new protostane-type triterpenoid, 5β,29-dihydroxy alisol A (1) was isolated from Alisma plantago-aquatica subsp. orientale (Sam.) Sam. as well as 12-deoxyphorbol-13α-pentadecanoate (2). We first report the presence of compound 2 in the genus Alisma. Their structures were established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR, and HRESIMS spectroscopic analyses. All the isolated compounds were assayed for their inhibitory effects against human carboxylesterase 2 (HCE-2). Compounds 1 and 2 displayed inhibitory activities against HCE-2 with IC50 values of 29.2 and 4.6 μM, respectively. The interaction mechanisms of HCE-2 with compounds 1 and 2 were investigated by molecular docking, respectively.  相似文献

Two novel n‐type conjugated polymers based on perylene diimide (PDI), poly(PDI‐vinylene) (PDIV), and poly(PDI‐thienylene) (PDITh), have been designed and synthesized by the Stille coupling reaction. In comparison with the PDI monomer (compound M1), PDIV and PDITh films show a significantly broad absorption band from 380 to 720 nm, and a narrower bandgap of ≈1.71 and 1.74 eV, respectively. Cyclic voltammograms of the two polymers display a couple of reversible reduction/re‐oxidation (n‐doping/dedoping) peaks. The onset reduction (n‐doping) potentials of PDIV and PDITh are at −0.62 V and −0.66 V versus Ag/Ag+ respectively, which correspond to the electron affinities (EAs) of 4.09 eV for PDIV and 4.05 eV for PDITh. The EA values of the two polymers are the highest among the n‐type conjugated polymers reported to date. The results indicate that PDIV and PDITh could be used as polymer acceptors in all polymer solar cells.

With the infection rate of Bordetella pertussis at a 60-year high, there is an urgent need for new anti-pertussis vaccines. The lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of B. pertussis is an attractive antigen for vaccine development. With the presence of multiple rare sugars and unusual glycosyl linkages, the B. pertussis LPS is a highly challenging synthetic target. In this work, aided by molecular dynamics simulation and modeling, a pertussis-LPS-like pentasaccharide was chemically synthesized for the first time. The pentasaccharide was conjugated with a powerful carrier, bacteriophage Qβ, as a vaccine candidate. Immunization of mice with the conjugate induced robust anti-glycan IgG responses with IgG titers reaching several million enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) units. The antibodies generated were long lasting and boostable and could recognize multiple clinical strains of B. pertussis, highlighting the potential of Qβ-glycan as a new anti-pertussis vaccine.  相似文献
