采用XRD、Raman、XPS及催化剂性能评价等手段,考察了Bi_3(FeO_4)(MoO_4)_2和Fe_2(MoO_4)_3分别存在及两者共存时对Bi-Mo复氧化物体系催化性能的影响.结果表明,这两种含Fe物种的存在都有助于改善Bi-Mo系复氧化物催化剂对丙烯选择氧化反应的催化性能.但两者在作用机理上有所不同.Fe_2(MoO_4)_3本身无催化活性,但在反应条件下可部分还原为FeMoO_4形成Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)氧化还原对;且其地结构上与α-Bi_2(MoO_4)_3相匹配,这些因素都有助于促进催化体系中电子和氧物种的传递及催化剂表面活性中心的再生,从而提高催化性能.Bi_3(FeO_4)(MoO_4)_2在反应条件下也可形成Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)氧化还原对,但由于其Fe~(3-)所处的化学环境与Fe_2(MoO_4)_3很不相同,且Fe的含量也不及Fe_2(MoO_4)_3,因此它在促进催化体系中电子和氧物种的传递及催化剂表面活性中心的再生等方面的性能较差,但它对提高催化剂表面的活性中心(Bi-Mo对)数目有贡献.  相似文献

Four poly(methyl 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl siloxanes) with trifluoro-propyl group content (group substitution) between 8 and 35 percent have been synthesized and characterized as stationary phases for gas chromatography in borosilicate glass capillary columns. Results are compared with those from two commercial stationary phases–a polydimethylsiloxane and a poly(methyl 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl siloxane) with a fifty percent trifluoropropyl group content (group substitution). Retention index values, McReynolds constants, polarity (as defined by McReynolds) and retention polarity (as defined by Takács) increase regularly with the trifluoropropyl group content of the stationary phase. The temperature coefficient of the retention indices of the McReynolds probes, and that of the polarities, have been determined at temperatures between 60 and 180 °C. Specific retention volumes do not follow the linear dependence on trifluoropropyl group content observed for retention indices or polarities. Substances with electron-donor groups show maximum retention for a trifluoropropyl group content of ca 30%, whereas the retention of hydrocarbons, halogenated compounds, and alcohols decreases as the degree of trifluoropropyl group substitution increases from 0 to 50%. It is felt that a polysiloxane with a trifluoropropyl group content of ca 30 to 35% would be the best choice for the separation of ketones, nitro compounds or amines.  相似文献

Measurement of the quantum yield of triplet formation has been made for the prototypical conjugated polymer polyspirobifluorene in solution and solid state. An updated method has been described based on femtosecond time resolved ground state recovery following photoexcitation of the polymer. The two components to the recovery of the ground state due to the decay of the singlet and triplet excited states are clearly visible and from these it is possible to calculate Phi(T)=0.05+/-0.01 in solution, this gives k(isc)=5.4 x 10(7) s(-1) which compares favorably with other conjugated polymers. In polymer films an increased triplet yield of Phi(T)=0.12+/-0.02 is found to be independent of temperature, the increased yield is attributed to triplet recombination from charged states.  相似文献

Although tremendous efforts have been devoted to understanding the origin of boosted charge storage on heteroatom-doped carbons, none of the present studies has shown a whole landscape. Herein, by both experimental evidence and theoretical simulation, it is demonstrated that heteroatom doping not only results in a broadened operating voltage, but also successfully promotes the specific capacitance in aqueous supercapacitors. In particular, the electrolyte cations adsorbed on heteroatom-doped carbon can effectively inhibit hydrogen evolution reaction, a key step of water decomposition during the charging process, which broadens the voltage window of aqueous electrolytes even beyond the thermodynamic limit of water (1.23 V). Furthermore, the reduced adsorption energy of heteroatom-doped carbon consequently leads to more stored cations on the heteroatom-doped carbon surface, thus yielding a boosted charge storage performance.  相似文献

Dexmedetomidine (DEX) is an anesthetic that is widely used in the clinic, and it has been reported to exhibit paradoxical effects in the progression of multiple solid tumors. In this study, we sought to explore the mechanism by which DEX regulates hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression underlying liver fibrosis. We determined the effects of DEX on tumor progression in an orthotopic HCC mouse model of fibrotic liver. A coculture system and a subcutaneous xenograft model involving coimplantation of mouse hepatoma cells (H22) and primary activated hepatic stellate cells (aHSCs) were used to study the effects of DEX on HCC progression. We found that in the preclinical mouse model of liver fibrosis, DEX treatment significantly shortened median survival time and promoted tumor growth, intrahepatic metastasis and pulmonary metastasis. The DEX receptor (ADRA2A) was mainly expressed in aHSCs but was barely detected in HCC cells. DEX dramatically reinforced HCC malignant behaviors in the presence of aHSCs in both the coculture system and the coimplantation mouse model, but DEX alone exerted no significant effects on the malignancy of HCC. Mechanistically, DEX induced IL-6 secretion from aHSCs and promoted HCC progression via STAT3 activation. Our findings provide evidence that the clinical application of DEX may cause undesirable side effects in HCC patients with liver fibrosis.Subject terms: Cancer microenvironment, Cell growth  相似文献

Reactions of 1,4-dilithiobutadienes (from 1,4-diiodo-1,2,3,4-tetraethylbutadiene (1) and 2,2′-dibromobiphenyl (7) with t-BuLi) with Me3SiCl gave siloles (3 and 9a) as the major products. No evidence for a disilylated butadiene was obtained. Use of higher molecular weight chlorosilanes ((allyl)Me2SiCl, BnMe2SiCl, and PhMe2SiCl) with dibromide 7 gave dimethylsilole 9a and a silane (10a, 10b, or 10c) resulting from trapping of the organic group by the chlorosilane.  相似文献

For newly prepared sodium tetrakis(3-heptafluorobutylryl-(+)-camphorato) Ln(III) complexes, the X-ray crystal analysis revealed an unprecedented pseudo-achiral dodecahedron (DD-8 (D(2d))), whereas in CHCl3 solution, the exciton CD and 19F NMR spectra showed a novel chiral Delta-SAPR-8 (C4) configuration which is stereospecifically formed by a trapped Na+ ion with Na+...FC (fluorocarbon) interactions.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic detection of the anaesthetic halothane on a multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode is reported with a low limit of detection of 4.6 microM. A thorough investigation of the underlying cause of this apparent catalytic effect is undertaken by comparing the response of various carbon electrodes including glassy carbon, basal- and edge-plane pyrolytic graphite electrodes (bppg and eppg respectively) to increasing additions of halothane. The reduction of halothane is shifted by 250-300 mV to more negative potentials at an eppg electrode than that observed at the GC-CNT electrode. Therefore the results of this investigation show that, surprisingly, the electrocatalysis is not solely due to the introduction of edge-plane-like defect sites on the carbon nanotubes as is commonly found for many other substrates showing favourable voltammetry at nanotube modified electrodes. Instead, we reveal that in this unusual case the electroactive sites for the reduction of halothane are due to the presence of copper nanoparticles occluded within the carbon nanotubes during their production, which are never completely removed by standard purification techniques such as acid washing. This is only the third known case where apparent electrocatalysis by carbon nanotube modified electrodes is due to occluded metal-related nanoparticles within the nanotube structure, rather than the active sites being the edge-plane-like defect sites on the nanotubes. Furthermore this is the first case where the active sites are nanoparticles of copper metal, rather than metal oxide nanoparticles (namely oxides of iron(II)/(III)) as was found to be the case in the previous examples.  相似文献

A light-emitting poly (distyryldimethylbenzene-co-triethylene glycol) rod-coil block copolymer was used to fabricate films with three-dimensionally ordered honeycomb structures by the breath-figure method. Photocurrent generation and photovoltaic performance are studied, and the dependence of photocurrent on applied electric field is investigated. Introducing the ordered porous structure significantly improves the photoelectric conversion behavior, because porous structures not only enhance the light-harvesting efficiency but also benefit charge separation and charge transfer. This phenomenon may have great prospects for enhancing the photovoltaic behavior of organic thin-film devices.  相似文献
