(±)-金锦香酸二甲酯甲醚的合成

本文以呋喃甲酸甲酯为原料, 经羟烷基化反应, 醇解反应和O-甲基化反应合成(±)-金锦香酸二甲酯甲醚。同时, 还发现了制备2-乙烯基呋喃衍生物的新方法。     

Promotion of Ionic Liquid to Dimethyl Carbonate Synthesis from Methanol and Carbcn Dioxide

Promotion of ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (emimBr), to the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from methanol and carbon dioxide in the presence of potassium carbonate and less amount of methyl iodide under mild conditions was investigated. The results showed that the high selectivity and raised yield of DMC was achieved due to the addition of emimBr in the reaction system. And effect of several reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure and amount of emimBr was discussed.     

Study on the interaction of trypsin with some DNAs and their analytical application by resonance Rayleigh scattering spectra

When trypsin reacts with Herring sperm DNA (hsDNA), Salmon sperm DNA (sDNA), and Calf thymus DNA (ctDNA) to form a complex, the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) was remarkably enhanced and new RRS spectra appear. These new spectra have similar characteristics of RRS spectra. The maximum RRS peaks are at 307 nm (hsDNA, sDNA) and 290 nm (ctDNA), and other peaks are at 350 nm. The scattering intensity is proportional to the concentration of DNA or trypsin; so this intereaction can be used to determine trypsin using DNA or DNA using trypsin. In the determination of DNA using trypsin, the linear ranges for hsDNA, sDNA, and ctDNA are 0–2.3, 0–2.5, and 0–1.9 μg·mL⁻¹, and the detection limits are 0.4, 0.7, and 1.1 ng·mL⁻¹, respectively. In the determination of trypsin using hsDNA, the linear range is 0–30.0 μg·mL⁻¹, and the detection limit is 39.0 ng·mL⁻¹. In this paper, the intereaction conditions were optimized. The affecting factors, chemical properties of the complex, and the composition ratio of trypsin with DNA were investigated. Using trypsin as RRS probe, a sensitive method for the determination of trace amounts of DNA was developed. Translated from Chemical Journal of Chinese Universities, 2006, 27(3) (in Chinese)     

Low dielectric thermoset. II. Synthesis and properties of novel 2,6‐dimethyl phenol–dipentene epoxy

A 2,6‐dimethyl phenol–dipentene adduct was synthesized from dipentene (DP) and 2,6‐dimethyl phenol, and then a 2,6‐dimethyl phenol–DP epoxy was synthesized from the reaction of the resultant 2,6‐dimethyl phenol–DP adduct and epichlorohydrin. The proposed structures were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared, elemental analysis, mass spectra, NMR spectra, and epoxy equivalent weight titration. The synthesized 2,6‐dimethyl phenol–DP adduct was cured with 4,4‐diamino diphenyl methane, phenol novolac, 4,4‐diamino diphenyl sulfone, and 4,4‐diamino diphenyl ether. The thermal properties of the cured epoxy resins were studied with differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic mechanical analysis, dielectric analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. These data were compared with those for the bisphenol A epoxy system. The cured 2,6‐dimethyl phenol–DP epoxy exhibited a lower dielectric constant (ca. 3.1), a lower dissipation factor (ca. 0.065), a lower modulus, lower thermal stability (5% degradation temperature = 366–424 °C), and lower moisture absorption (1.21–2.18%) than the bisphenol A system but a higher glass‐transition temperature (ca. 173–222 °C) than that of bisphenol A system. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Synthesis of Some Novel 3,6‐Bis(1,2,3‐triazolyl)‐s‐triazolo[3,4‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole Derivatives

The cyclization of 1‐amino‐2‐mercapto‐5‐[1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl]‐1,3,4‐triazole which was synthesized from p‐ethoxyaniline with various triazole acid in absolute phosphorus oxychloride yields 3,6‐bis(1,2,3‐triazolyl)‐s‐triazolo[3,4‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives 9a?j , and their structures are established by MS, IR, CHN and ¹H NMR spectral data.     

1→2 Migration and concurrent glycosidation of phenyl 1-thio-α-mannopyranosides via 2,3-O-cyclic dioxonium intermediates

Treatment of phenyl 2,3-O-cyclic ketene acetal- and 2,3-O-thionocarbonyl-1-thio-mannopyranosides with TMSOTf and MeOTf, respectively, gave the corresponding 2,3-O-cyclic dioxonium intermediates, which proceeded via 1→2 migration and concurrent glycosidation in the presence of alcohols to provide the corresponding 2-S-phenyl glycosides stereoselectively. While the former donors were too labile, the latter donors have proved superior for the present purpose. The X-ray crystallographic structures of phenyl 4-O-methyl-2,3-O-thiocarbonyl-1-thio-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (1), a typical donor for the present reaction, and its anomeric azide analogue (6), which could not undergo the present reaction under similar conditions, are provided.     

Two new C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum delavayi

Further phytochemical investigation of the unique C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum delavayi Franch ledto the isolation of two new norditerpenoid alkaloids,delavaconitine F 1 and delavaconitine G 2.Their structures were determinedfrom spectroscopic evidence.     

A Clean Synthesis of 1,4‐Diarylquinoline Derivatives Catalyzed by TEBAC in Aqueous Media

A series of 1,4‐diarylquinoline derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of arylmethylidenemalononitriles or 2‐cyano‐3‐aryl‐1‐acrylate and 3‐arylamino‐5,5‐dimethylcyclohex‐2‐enone in aqueous media at 100 °C catalyzed by TEBAC. Meanwhile, the water medium was chosen as green solvent.     

用硼酸作催化剂一锅法合成双（二氢化嘧啶酮-4-基）苯

A simple effective synthesis of bis(dihydropyrimidinone-4-yl)benzene derivatives, using boric acid as catalyst,from isophthalic aldehyde or terephthalic aldehyde, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea or thiourea in glacial acetic acid was described. As the expansion of the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields 83%-94% and short reaction time 0.5-1.5 h.
