建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱测定人参中5种原人参二醇型人参皂苷的方法。人参药材经粉碎后通过水饱和正丁醇溶液进行超声提取,经过亲水作用固相萃取柱净化后,在ACQUITY UPLC BEH Shield RP18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7μm)上分离,利用乙腈/水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用光电二极管阵列检测器检测。结果表明,5种原人参二醇型人参皂苷在5~500μg/mL范围内具有很好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。方法精密度的RSD值在0.95%~2.62%(n=6)之间,22 h内样品稳定性的RSD值在0.90%~2.15%(n=8)之间,日内和日间重复性的RSD值分别为5.35%~6.47%(n=6)和5.56%~6.34%(n=8)。方法的加标回收率在87.16%~101.92%之间,相对标准偏差在1.54%~4.01%(n=6)之间。所建立的方法采用亲水作用色谱模式的固相萃取材料,药材的提取液可直接作为固相萃取的上样溶液进行人参皂苷的富集和净化,并且超高效液相色谱大大缩短了分析时间。该方法简单快速、通量高、重现性好,适用于人参中5种原人参二醇型人参皂苷的...  相似文献

The influences of two commercial demulsifiers that have a straight chain and branch chain, respectively, on the dilational viscoelasticity of an oil-water interfacial film containing surface-active fractions from crude oil were investigated. The branch-chain demulsifier AE-121 could efficiently substitute surface-active fractions of different average molecular weights from the oil-water interface, while straight-chain SP-169 could only efficiently substitute those of large average molecular weight. It was apt to form a mix-adsorption layer with surface-active fractions of small average molecular weight. The results showed that the molecular size (or represented by average molecular weights) of the surface-active fractions was an important factor influencing the reciprocity of demulsifiers and surface-active fractions at the oil-water interface. This effect could be well explained by the difference between sizes of surface-active fraction molecules and vacancies between demulsifier molecules at the interface. The results of SDBS also proved this explanation.  相似文献

Ru-based catalysts promoted with Mn and Zn were prepared by a co-precipitation method. In liquid-phase hydrogenation of benzene, the Ru-Mn-Zn catalysts exhibited superior catalytic performance to the catalysts promoted with Zn or Mn alone. The optimum Mn/Zn molar ratio was determined to be 0.3. With the addition of 0.5 g NaOH, the Ru-Mn-Zn-0.3 catalyst, which was reduced at 150 ? C, afforded a cyclohexene selectivity of 81.1% at a benzene conversion of 60.2% at 5 min and a maximum cyclohexene yield of 59.9% at 20 min. Based on characterizations, the excellent performance of Ru-Mn-Zn catalyst was ascribed to the suitable pore structure, the appropriate reducibility and the homogenous chemical environment of the catalyst.  相似文献

Tris(N-methylbenzimidazol-2-ylmethyl)amine (Mentb) and its two complexes, [Mn(Mentb)(DMF)(H2O)](pic)2 1 and [Zn(Mentb)(pic)](pic) 2 (pic = picrate), have been synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the two complexes have different structures. In complex 1, the coordination sphere around Mn(II) is distorted octahedral, whereas in complex 2 the coordination sphere around Zn(II) is distorted trigonal bipyramidal. The DNA-binding properties of the free ligand and its two complexes have been investigated by electronic absorption, fluorescence, and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that the ligand and its two complexes bind to DNA via an intercalation binding mode, and their binding affinity for DNA follows the order 1 > 2 > ligand.  相似文献

Quantum and quasiclassical state-to-state dynamics for the NH + H' reaction at high collision energies up to 1.6 eV was studied on an accurate ab initio potential energy surface. Both of the endothermic abstraction (NH + H' → N + HH') and thermoneutral exchange (NH + H' → H + NH') channels were investigated from the same set of wave packets using an efficient coordinate transformation method. It is found that the abstraction represents a minor reaction channel in the energy range studied, primarily due to endothermicity. The cross section for the abstraction reaction increases monotonically with the collision energy, while that for the exchange reaction is relatively energy insensitive. As a result, the thermal rate constant for the abstraction reaction follows the Arrhenius law, where that for the exchange reaction is nearly temperature independent. Finally, it is shown that the quantum mechanical results can be reasonably reproduced by the Gaussian-binning quasiclassical trajectory method and to a lesser extent by a quantum statistical model.  相似文献

By introduction of 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid as a second organic ligand, two new divalent metal(II) phosphonates with a 3D framework structure, namely, [Zn(HL1)(bdc)(0.5)] (1) and [Cd(1.5)(HL2)(bdc)(0.5)] (2) (H(2)L1 = H(2)O(3)PCH(NH(2))C(6)H(5), H(3)L2 = H(2)O(3)PCH(2)-NC(5)H(9)-COOH, H(2)bdc = HOOCC(6)H(4)COOH), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The two compounds show three-dimensional (3D) framework structure with infinite two-dimensional (2D) networks pillared by H(2)bdc. For compound 1, the {ZnO(4)} polyhedra are interconnected by phosphonate groups into a 2D layer, and the adjacent layers are further cross-linked via the bdc(2-) anions to generate a three-dimensional framework structure with two types of channel system along the c-axis. A notable feature of compound 1 is the presence of alternate left- and right-handed helical chains in the structure. In compound 2, the inorganic chains, composed of {Cd(1)O(7)}, {Cd(2)O(4)} and {CPO(3)} polyhedra, are linked by HL2(2-) ligands to form a double layer structure in the ab plane, and the adjacent layers are further linked by the bdc(2-) anions to form a 3D framework structure with one-dimensional channel systems along the a-axis. Luminescence properties of compounds 1 and 2 have also been studied.  相似文献

BiOCl/BiOI composites with a visible light response were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. Even though both single BiOCl and BiOI show low photocatalytic activity, BiOCl/BiOI composites provide enhanced efficiency in decomposing organic compounds including Methyl Orange (MO) and Rhodamine B (RhB). Furthermore, the 20%BiOCl/BiOI composite shows the highest efficiency for decomposing MO, while the highest performance is observed for the degradation of RhB over 70%BiOCl/BiOI composite. A possible photocatalytic mechanism has been proposed based on the relative experiments and the band positions of BiOCl and BiOI.  相似文献

A series of novel Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes, [PdL(2)Cl(2)]·DMF (1), [Pd(2)(L-H)(2)(bpy)Cl(2)]·(H(2)O)(2)·DMF (2), [Pd(2)(L-H)(2)(phen)Cl(2)]·2H(2)O (3), [PtL(2)Cl(2)]·H(2)O (4), [Pt(2)(L-H)(2)(bpy)Cl(2)]·2H(2)O (5), and [Pt(2)(L-H)(2)(phen)Cl(2)]·H(2)O (6), where bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, and L = 1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine, have been synthesized and characterized. The competitive binding of the complexes to DNA has been investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. The values of the apparent DNA binding constant, calculated from fluorescence spectral studies, were 3.8 × 10(6) (K(app)(4)), 2.9 × 10(6) (K(app)(1)), 2.4 × 10(6) (K(app)(6)), 2.0 × 10(6) (K(app)(5)), 1.2 × 10(6) (K(app)(3)), and 6.9 × 10(5) (K(app)(2)). The binding parameters for the fluorescence Scatchard plot were also determined. On the basis of the data obtained, it indicates that the six complexes bind to DNA with different binding affinities in the relative order 4 > 1 > 6 > 5 > 3 > 2. Viscosity studies carried out on the interaction of complexes with Fish Sperm DNA (FS-DNA) suggested that all complexes bind by intercalation. Gel electrophoresis assay demonstrates that all the complexes can cleave the pBR 322 plasmid DNA and bind to DNA in a similar mode. The cytotoxic activity of the complexes has been also tested against four different cancer cell lines. The results show that all complexes have activity against KB, AGZY-83a, Hep-G2, and HeLa cells. In general, the Pt(II) complexes were found to be more effective than the isostructural Pd(II) complexes. The mononuclear complexes exhibited excellent activity in comparison with the dinuclear complexes in these four cell lines. Moreover, on the KB cell line (the human oral epithelial carcinoma), the observed result seems quite encouraging for the six complexes with IC(50) values ranging from 1.5 to 8.6 μM. Furthermore, apoptosis assay with hematoxylin-eosin staining shows treatment with the six complexes results in morphological changes of KB cells. The results induce apoptosis in KB cells.  相似文献

A stationary phase based on poly(1-vinylimidazole)-grafted silica has been prepared by the surface radical chain-transfer reaction. The stationary phase was characterized by infrared spectra, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Chromatographic characteristics of the stationary phase were investigated in normal-phase HPLC. The results showed that both weak polar compounds (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dialkyl phthalates) and polar compounds (anilines, phenols) could be successfully separated on this stationary phase, implying better separation performance than blank silica and conventional aminopropyl-bonded silica under the same conditions. The excellent performance can be attributed to multiple interactions between surface modifier and the analytes that might include dipole, hydrogen bonding, H-π, electrostatic and inductive interactions.  相似文献
