The authors show the real-time growth of ZnO nanowalls and nanowires on zinc particles via in situ observation in an environmental scanning electron microscopy. It was observed that a ZnO polycrystalline film is first deposited on zinc particles. The nanowires started to grow when the nanowalls had just formed and they grew epitaxially on the junctions of the nanowalls. The nanowalls and the nanowires grew together until the source of zinc was exhausted. The vapor–solid mechanism is deemed to be the growth mechanism as it quantitatively accounts for the growth speed of the nanowalls and nanowires observed in the experiment. Cathodoluminescence reveals that the growth at low zinc concentration leads to blue emission from defects, which may be zinc vacancies. 相似文献

目前,利用纳米粒子传递药物并用于恶性肿瘤组织的靶向识别,进一步提高肿瘤的诊断和治疗水平是一个比较热点的领域,人们期望用制备容易、价格便宜、毒性小的纳米技术来提高肿瘤的治疗效率。然而,由近年的报道来看,所摄入的纳米粒子仅有约0.7%能够到达肿瘤部位,传递效率较低,这无疑加大了治疗应用的难度。本综述中,我们分析了造成纳米粒子靶向药物转运效率较低的原因,包括纳米粒子的转运途径,纳米粒子转运过程中所遇到的屏障,纳米粒子在体内的清除途径等;随后我们介绍了较早应用的聚合物纳米粒子、磁性氧化铁纳米粒子以及目前广泛研究的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子在药物传递系统构建中的应用情况,还介绍了细胞膜仿生纳米粒子在药物传递系统中的应用;最后,对纳米粒子在药物传递中的研究进行总结和展望。我们希望通过对纳米粒子传递药物的系统研究,进一步促进纳米粒子在药物传递上的研究,加速纳米药物的临床应用。 相似文献

When using a single reference to measure the bi-directional scattering distribution function (BSDF), the incident zenith angle of the tested sample must be identical to that of the reference. In order to get the hemisphere space scattering characteristic on the sample surface, usually a motor drives the sample tilting, then the incident zenith angle is changed and needs to be the compensated by another motor. We mathematically deduce the expression of compensation angle when the incident zenith angle is changed by the rotation of motor. After the incident angle is compensated, the scattering zenith angle and azimuth angle are deduced too. The uncertainty of the system is 0.75%. Scattering measurements are performed on copper sample with visible light under different temperatures. 相似文献

Infrared images are firstly analyzed using the multifractal theory so that the singularity of each pixel can be extracted from the images. The multifractal spectrum is then estimated, which can reflect overall characteristic of an infrared image. Thus the edge and texture of an infrared image can be accurately extracted based on the singularity of each pixel and the multifractal spectrum. Finally the edge pixels are classified and enhanced in accordance with the sensitivity of human visual system to the edge profile of an infrared image. The experimental results obtained by this approach are compared with those obtained by other methods. It is found that the proposed approach can be used to highlight the edge area of an infrared image to make an infrared image more suitable for observation by human eyes. 相似文献

提出一种计算太阳能聚光器聚光焦斑能流密度分布的新方法。在考虑太阳形状、聚光器表面形状误差、跟踪误差、接收器位置误差、漫反射及接收器遮挡作用等各项光学误差和影响因素的基础上,结合旋转抛物面聚光器的光学特性,采用有限元法对焦面能流密度分布进行计算,并与文献中的结果进行比较,证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。同时又对半球形接收器和圆柱形接收器进行了实例计算,结果表明该方法不受聚光器或接收器面型的限制,算法简单,通用性也较强,从而为系统的优化设计和能流密度的测量奠定基础。 相似文献

Amorphous poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET), which possess a low softening temperature (T(s)=75 degrees C), was exploited to fabricate the electrophoresis chip with an integrated gold electrode for amperometric detection, with emphases being focused on the PET surface modification via UV light and air plasma. Both UV irradiation and plasma treatment were found to be able to improve the surface wettability, enhance the supported electroosmotic flow (EOF), and increase thermal bonding strength of PET sheets, with the latter being more efficient and less time-consuming than the former in the surface modification. Upon treated with plasma for 2 min, the PET sheets could be thermally bonded at 65 degrees C. T-peer test showed that the bonding strength increased from 10 g/cm for native PET sheets to 1250 g/cm for the plasma treated sheets when chips were bonded at the softening point, Attenuated-total-internal-reflection spectrum showed that, after being exposed to the UV light, carboxylic groups site-selectively formed in the UV-exposed region on PET surface. These UV-induced carboxylic groups were further utilized as the scaffold for preparation of micro-gold electrode via electroless gold plating. By using this established UV-directed electroless plating and the plasma-assisted thermal bonding techniques, the full PET electrophoresis chip with an integrated micro-gold electrode could be fabricated in common chemistry laboratory without the need of clean rooms. The fabricated PET chips were demonstrated for separation and detection of model analytes of dopamine (DA) and catechol (CA). Satisfactory resolution of the two analytes was achieved within 40s, and detection limits of 0.87 microM and 1.28 microM for DA and CA were obtained, respectively. 相似文献

用ICP-AES法对兰州百合和湖南百合、药用百合中的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn等18种元素进行了分析研究。结果表明,百合中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素;湖南食用百合比兰州百合的微量元素含量高,Fe含量高于兰州百合的5倍之多,Zn含量几乎是兰州百合的10倍之多。加标回收率为83%~106%,该法具有操作简便、快速和准确度高等优点。说明湖南百合具有较高的保健价值,为进一步开发百合提供了科学依据。 相似文献

We propose a single phase encoding scheme for encrypting image by using fractional Fourier transform. Single phase mask is designed in order to be symmetrical about certain direction, which can be used in the process of both encryption and decryption. A conjugate mask is not required in the image decryption process, which is very convenient for the practical application in optics. Moreover, the optical implementation of the image encryption and decryption is given. The implementing structure is composed of lens and spherical mirror. Numerical simulations have demonstrated the validity and security of the encryption algorithm. 相似文献
