Transparent device with homogeneous material parameters

A transparent device is an electromagnetic structure that is explicitly designed to be transparent to incoming electromagnetic waves. Based on coordinate transformation theory, a novel diamond-shaped transparent device is proposed and designed. It can protect electronic equipments inside without affecting their performance. Compared with a traditional transparent device, the material parameters of the novel transparent device feature homogeneity and non-singularity, which can easily be realized in actual applications. Full-wave simulations are made to validate the performance of the transparent device.     

类氦离子高双激发态电子关联效应的研究

采用超球坐标方法研究了类氦O⁶⁺高双激发态的电子关联效应、能级结构、辐射跃迁率和Auger跃迁率,并采用新的量子数集K,T,A标识这些双激发态的Rydberg系列.研究表明,在超球方法的框架下,能级结构、辐射跃迁率和Auger跃迁率均显示出规律性的变化. 关键词： 电子关联效应 高双激发态 Auger跃迁率     

两个苯甲羟肟酸有机锡配合物的合成、结构及抗癌活性

合成了2个苯甲羟肟酸有机锡配合物：[(o-Cl-C₆H₄CH₂)₂Sn (C₆H₅CONO)₂](1)和[(o-CH₃-C₆H₄CH₂)₂Sn (C₆H₅CONO)(C₆H₅COO)](2)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热重分析、单晶X射线衍射等方法对配合物进行了结构表征,对其结构进行量子化学从头计算和体外抗癌活性研究。结果显示：配合物均为单锡核结构,配合物1为六配位的畸变八面体构型,配合物2为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型;配合物1对人宫颈癌细胞(HeLa)、肝癌细胞(HuH-7)和肺腺癌细胞(H1975)显示出比临床使用的顺铂强的抑制活性,而配合物2的抑制活性要弱得多。     

Palladium-catalyzed intramolecular aerobic C-H amination of enamines for the synthesis of 2-trifluoromethylindoles

A new palladium-catalyzed C-H amination of aryl enamines for the synthesis of trifluoromethylated indoles is established. The attractive features of this transformation are the use of atom-economical O₂ as the oxidant and easily prepared enamines as substrates. A variety of pharmaceutically important 2-trifluoromethyl indoles can be targeted in moderate to good yields with good functional compatibility.     

Beta decay of nuclide 56Fe,56Co,56Ni,56Mn,56Cr and 56V due to strong electron screening in stellar interiors

According to a new electron screening theory,we discuss the beta decay rates of nuclide 56Fe,56Co,56Ni,56Mn,56Cr and 56V with and without strong electron screening (SES).The results show that SES has only a slight effect on the beta decay rates for ρ/μe 108 g/cm3.However the beta decay rates would be influenced greatly for ρ/μe 108 g/cm3.Due to SES,the maximum values of the C-factor (in %) on beta decay rates of 56Fe,56Co,56Ni,56Mn,56Cr and 56V is of the order of 95.03%,35.02%,98.05%,80.33%,98.30% and 98.71% at T9 = 4.0 and 98.83%,98.89%,99.65%,10.32%,4.10% and 40.21% at T9 = 7.0,respectively.     

软骨细胞体外增殖去分化的拉曼光谱分析

基于显微拉曼光谱技术,对组织工程的软骨种子细胞在传代增殖过程中的去分化进行单细胞分析。首先,对体外单层培养的第1-4代(P1-P4)大鼠软骨细胞样本进行了单细胞拉曼光谱检测,由此识别出软骨细胞中各种碱基、糖基、氨基酸等主要物质分子结构的特征峰集合。随后,分析拉曼光谱中若干重点特征峰强度随细胞传代次数的变化,发现软骨细胞体外增殖过程中核酸(789、1094、1576 cm~(-1))含量降低、Ⅱ型胶原(特异组分为羟脯氨酸,1207 cm~(-1))和蛋白聚糖(特异组分为糖胺聚糖,1042、1063、1126、1160 cm~(-1))合成下降、脂质(1304 cm~(-1))及磷酸盐(957 cm~(-1))含量增加等分子水平变化,从而在活体单细胞层次初步揭示了去分化引起软骨细胞增殖变缓、分泌减弱、形态纤维化等现象的分子机制。     

Expedient Synthesis of Epigoitrin From L-Ascorbic Acid

Epigoitrin is the main bioactive constituent of an important traditional Chinese herbal medicine, Radix isatidis. Reported pharmacological effects of epigoitrin include antiviral, anticancer, and antithyroid activities. Extensive biological exploration of epigoitrin was constrained by the limited natural source. This article describes our continued effort toward chemical preparation of epigoitrin from the readily available L-ascorbic acid. Our new developed synthetic route is composed of nine steps, with an overall yield of 17%.     

Multifunctional manganese carbonate microspheres with superparamagnetic and fluorescent properties: synthesis and biological application

Multifunctional manganese carbonate microspheres with superparamagnetic and fluorescent properties were fabricated and used as biological labels. The Fe(3)O(4)@MnCO(3) microspheres were synthesized by direct co-precipitation without any linker shell. The Fe(3)O(4)@MnCO(3) microspheres have uniform size distribution and rough surface, which provides a promising template for the assembly of polyelectrolytes (PEs) and CdTe quantum dots (QDs). A luminescent CdTe shell was observed in Fe(3)O(4)@MnCO(3)@PE-CdTe spheres by confocal fluorescence imaging. With excellent solubility in water and rough surfaces, the multifunctional microsphere offers a friendly microenvironment for immobilization of α-fetoprotein (AFP) antibodies (Ab(2)) to fabricate Fe(3)O(4)@MnCO(3)@PE-CdTe-Ab(2) architecture. By using the Fe(3)O(4) @MnCO(3)@PEs-CdTe-Ab(2) bioconjugate as a label, a promising and versatile platform for fluorescence imaging and electrochemical immunosensing of cancer biomarker AFP was developed. The prepared electrochemical immunosensor shows high sensitivity and selectivity with a detection limit of 0.3 pg mL(-1).     

Enantioselective intramolecular Rauhut-Currier reaction catalyzed by chiral phosphinothiourea

Chiral organophosphine-catalyzed enantioselective Rauhut-Currier reaction has been disclosed for the first time. With L-valine-derived phosphinothiourea, the intramolecular Rauhut-Currier reaction of bis(enones) was achieved in good yields (up to 99%) with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99.4% ee).
