Chemical synthesis and electric properties of the conducting copolymer of aniline and o‐aminophenol

A copolymer, poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol), was prepared chemically by using ammonium peroxydisulfate as an oxidant. The monomer concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline strongly influences the copolymerization rate and properties of the copolymer. The optimum composition of a mixture for the chemical copolymerization consisted of 0.3 M aniline, 0.021 M o‐aminophenol, 0.42 M ammonium peroxydisulfate, and 2 M H₂SO₄. The result of cyclic voltammograms in a potential region of ?0.20 to 0.80 V (vs.SCE) indicates that the electrochemical activity of the copolymer prepared under the optimum condition is similar to that of polyaniline in more acid solutions. However, the copolymer still holds the good electrochemical activity until pH 11.0. Therefore, the pH dependence of the electrochemical property of the copolymer is improved, compared with poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol) prepared electrochemically, and is much better than that of polyaniline. The spectra of IR and ¹H NMR confirm that o‐aminophenol units are included in the copolymer chain, which play a key role in extending the usable pH region of the copolymer. The visible spectra of the copolymers show that a high concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline in a mixture inhibits the chain growth. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Stability control of the electrooptic effect with new maleimide copolymers containing photoreactive tricyanopyrrolidene‐based chromophores

New photocrosslinkable maleimide copolymers have been synthesized by the attachment of a tricyanopyrrolidene‐based chromophore. The 2‐(3‐cyano‐4‐(2‐{4‐[hexyl‐(6‐hydroxy‐hexyl)‐amino]‐phenyl}‐vinyl)‐5‐oxo‐1‐{4‐[4‐(3‐oxo‐3‐phenyl‐propenyl)‐ phenoxy]‐butyl}‐1,5‐dihydro‐pyrrol‐2‐ylidene)‐malononitrile chromophore exhibits nonlinear optical activity and contains a chalcone moiety that is sensitive to UV light (λ = 330–360 nm) for crosslink formation. The maleimide monomers have also been functionalized with chalcone moieties. The resultant copolymers exhibit great processability, and one of them shows a maximum electrooptic coefficient of 90 pm/V at 1300 nm. We could control the thermal stability of the electrooptic coefficient with the newly synthesized photoreactive copolymers successfully. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Effect of C layer on the structures and magnetic properties of (0 0 1)-oriented [C/CoPt]n/Ag films

CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag thin films have been prepared onto the glass substrates by magnetron sputtering. We investigated the evolution of texture and magnetic properties of CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag films. The results show that C-doping plays an important role in improving (0 0 1) texture, improving the order parameter S, reducing the intergrain interactions, and making the magnetization reversal mechanism more close to Stoner-Wolfarth rotational mechanism. The growth mechanism of (0 0 1) texture also seems to be related strongly to the films thickness. Our results show that the highly (0 0 1)-oriented films with ordered fct phase have a significant potential for the perpendicular media of extremely high-density recording.     

Large time behavior of the solutions to the Boltzmann equation with specular reflective boundary condition

In this paper a half space problem for the one-dimensional Boltzmann equation with specular reflective boundary condition is investigated. It is shown that the solution of the Boltzmann equation time-asymptotically converges to a global Maxwellian under some initial conditions. Furthermore, a time-decay rate is also obtained.     

高精度的光纤衰减系数测试系统的设计

利用常规仪器设备，设计了一套集光、机、电为一体的光纤衰减测量,实现了数字化监测显示，并可与微机接口；采用双光路法，消除了由于光源光强不稳定产生的误差。     

Transverse Effects in Slow Light Propagation

The effect of finite control beam on the transverse spatial profile of the slow light propagation in an electromagnetically induced transparency medium is studied. From the second-order wave equation and linear response of an EIT medium to the signal field, we find it is possible to produce an effective waveguide for the signal field. The existence and properties of a set of localized, stationary transverse modes are demonstrated. Especially, by carefully manipulating the profile of the control beam, we can realize single-mode propagation for the signal field, which may be important for potential applications.     

多时滞随机神经网络的稳定性

通过构建李雅普偌夫函数的方法和利用半鞅收敛定理对一类随机时滞神经网络的全局指数稳定进行了分析,提出了易于判定随机时滞神经网络几乎必然指数稳定性新的代数判据,推广了[1]中的主要结论.     

轻型汽车后桥半轴断裂件的组织及断口特征

采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等手段，对某轻型汽车40Cr后桥半轴断裂件的组织及断口特征进行了分析结果表明：半轴在调质处理时的淬火温度不够高，使其表层和心部组织中存在较多的铁素体相，造成了工件最终的硬度和疲劳强度不足，导致半轴在使用中发生扭转疲劳断裂．
